Poor customer service with no interaction… Food with zero Italian influences, overloaded with Garlic does not make it Italian. Staff training is definitely neededDo not waste your hard earned cash in this eatery

Definitely a place I will go back to. the food was delicious my prawn and crab ravioli was amazing and check out the size of the entree of king prawns.

The pizzas are to die for a must go to place,and dinner is great as well.

We ordered the seafood marinara pasta, seafood pizza with a thick crust and the tiger prawns! The pizza was so delicious the seafood flavours were there and it was done so perfectly, pasta was good also very tasty and the tiger prawns were amazing! The let down was that they were out of stock of some of the seafood so we fully couldn’t order what we wanted and was abit restricted. Other than that, was satisfied.

Everything was great except the food. Sadly the Ravioli was thick, dry and tough. My wifes vegetarian choice was missing two of the five ingredients so also a disappointment.

Only had a takeaway but boy, it was delicious!Chicken/mushroom, served with rice, $12!Had a beer while we waited, equally tasty.Owner is fastidious about his (beerlines, ice cold and delightful on the palate.Couldnt fault it!

People, from the moment we stepped through the door for an evening dinner we were treated to a warm welcoming, smiling, friendly experience by the very attentive staff. With an extensive food & beverage menu, we chose the chicken fettuccine which was absolutely divine in a beautifully, flavoured creamy sauce. The lovely decor with the easy listening background paino music made for a very relaxing ambience. Debateably one of the best value for money restaurants on Raro. I have never left a review for anything so first time and I’m sorry it can’t be positive. My partner and I came in for a meal and we walked in happy spirits as we usually are - It was about 5pm and I asked the lady at front of the house, hello, what time do you guys open for dinner? (The restaurant was empty, so wasn’t sure they were open yetShe looked at me with a cold expression on her face and said “do you have a reservation?” So basically answered my question, with a question! No I don’t have a reservation (hence why I’m asking what time you openshe then replies you don’t need one anyway and takes us to a table. Pretty much seemed like being rude for no apparent reason. We bought a meal for takeaway and left that place as fast as possible. The vibe while waiting for our meal wasn’t nice either, it seemed we were unwanted and very un invited. We were left feeling unhappy and confused as to why she was rude for no reason. We are such happy people it was just a disappointment to our evening. A prime example on how to NOT conduct customer service

After 5 years this place still is a must go too. Food fabulous staff friendly and pretty fast. Will be revisiting and great position sizes at a realistic price.

Good food (with good variety on the menu), clean comfortable surroundings, very nice staff, with timely service of each course. Reasonably priced. Our party of 7 had an excellent evening and happily recommend this restaurant.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a 1 star for anything!!! I ordered the Prawn and Crab Ravioli and I was really looking forward to this.What I was given I cannot believe, 3 huge Raviolis, each contained 1 prawn and as for the Crab, well this turned out to be seafood sticks that had been minced up inside, the pasta was homemade and way to think, this was not fully cooked through either.When I told the waitress it was not good I didn’t even get an apology. I ordered a bruschetta as I hardly touched the pasta dish; equally as terrible, appeared as a pizza base and chopped tomatoes.AVOID is my honest review.

Extremely great pizza! The spaghetti Bolognas was good too.Only the arancini was not hot enough / cooked through?Would go back for the pizza without a doubt 👍

Enjoyed the food very much and staff were friendly and accommodating.

First trip this week the steak and bacon salad was the best I had ever had. Tonight same order was worst Ive ever had. Cold chewy steak over lettuce and little else. The others in our group had nice meals and the staff are lovely.I will order something else next time.

I have never given a restaurant takeaway a one star before and the one star was for quick service which is reflected in the pizza. That has to be the saddest meatlovers $23 dollar pizza I have ever purchased.... Will leave it at that.

Ordered the Spaghetti Marinara and the Rolandos (SupremePizza on regular crust. The pasta was the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten. The sauce was on par with the sauce you get in a canned tin of spaghetti. The seafood was not very fresh and the crab meat they used was fake crab sheets that must have been old as they were extremely soft. The pizza was average at best. I would rate a frozen McCains pizza over theres. I read the reviews for this restaurant and find it extremely surprising that some people rate it. If you think this is good Italian Cuisine then you have never eaten Italian food. The only good thing was that they did not charge for the dish they call Spaghetti Marinara which by the way came recommended as a great dish by one of the waitresses. Never go here people!

Im a huge pizza lover and have had pizza from every country/city Ive traveled to and no pizza Ive had has compared to the 4 cheese pizza I had here. I visited flavor town omg! Even 10x better than pizza in Chicago. Do yourself a favor and go here.

Very average food. Lots of staff working to turn the tables over very quickly. All felt we were rushed. The rib eye with pepper sauce was sinewy and tasteless. Hardly a good quality rib eye. Disappointed overall.

Just had one of the worst meals Ive ever experienced. In fact 1 star is too much.Greasy cabonara ... pizza was shocking, bought base .. we all feel sick.Over priced rubbish.Didnt bother complaining. ..we all just want to go home and have a proper meal.Anyone who has given this place a great review have never eaten proper Italian food.

Great food for a slightly higher price however the steak with mushrooms was delicious. The one lost star - dont order a pizza 🍕 there ..even if it has italian name,but the pizza is far from italian :-)

The food was great and the value was reasonable considering prices at other similar restaurants nearby. It is also fun to draw on the paper table mats. Plenty of friendly staff.

Staff are very friendly, and the gluten free pizza bases are delicious! Spaghetti House was a very convenient place to eat when staying at the Edgewater, and did not disappoint at all. Id return for a pizza even if I was staying elsewhere.

Had to sit as we didnt have a reservation. Took about 10 minutes to get a table. Food was large portions and yum. Service was good.

Great selection on the menu. Lasagne was incredible, Marinara was very good. Quality wine list, and was open on Sunday when a lot of places were either closed or booked out.

I have traveled the world and have been in many Italian restaurants. Quite ironic to find one of the best Ive ever been on a little Pacific island. The pasta "al dente", the sauces delicious and being served by friendly staff made my visit a really pleasant experience. And if you happen to love sea food this place will beat any restaurant in Italy anyway since the Mediterranean Sea is almost fished empty. Indulge authentic Italian cuisine!

Where to start! Polite but totally disorganized staff. Our food was delivered in bits and pieces all in the wrong order over 60 minutes meaning our party of four didn’t get to eat together!Trying to get the bill was an even greater shambles. The food itself was just OK, the pasta dishes are more like school dinners than restaurant food. The pizzas looked better.

Sgetti House is the Cobb n Co of Raro but the main difference is that the food is incredible. These days I’m the kind of scrounger looking for decent family restaurants and this is as good as it gets. The food is scrum-diddily-umptious and the wine pours make you feel like royalty. The service is friendly as long as you don’t be a knob. Just treat the staff like real people and not like your slave and you’ll have a great night. It’s important to remember that you are in Rarotonga for goodness sake and not in the hustle and bustle of New York or London. Sgetti House is where happy family memories are made. If you don’t go you’ve missed out on something special.

Awesome authentic Italian cuisine which I was pleasantly surprised by. Came here three times out of four nights from the Edgewater. Well priced and good service.

We showed up here on a rainy day without a reservation. At first we were glared at for coming in with umbrellas. Then when we were asked if we had a reservation, we told them we did not and their response was they think they could fit us in...... (there was only one table being used). Once we were sat down, it took a long time for our waitresses to come to our table, a couple of them were more interested in talking. In the end the pizzas we ordered were good (like most food on the island The service and manners could be improved.

We dined at spaghetti house for a birthday and enjoyed it. The menu has a large range of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and service was great. They allowed us to bring a cake for dessert. The first glass of wine was very small for the price, but the 2nd glass was normal size. Its generally quite busy so you may want to book to dine. We also had some takeaway pizzas which were also really nice.

Great restaurant for a dinner. A wide range of options on the menu. Great for couples of families. Portions are good and the dishes are quality made.

Amazing food here. Not just because its on an island, but its seriously delicious. Probably the best eggplant parmesan Ive ever had. We ate here twice and it was always great.

This family restaurant is in an ideal location for those stayed at the local hotel. For those of us that were not, it is worth the effort to dine there. We both had very nice meals with generous portions. My wife was able to squeeze in a crème Brule, which so said was one of the best she had tried. After my sampling I must agree with her too. I look forward to trying more of their dishes on our next visit, and washing down with the local brew.

Staff does their best, friendly and smiling. The taste was a disappointment to us. Pizza was more "US style" (not thin), lasagne was basically a single layer.
