Clean, no frills motel.Stayed again but this time the sheets on one of the beds were filthy. Its a good thing I reserved a room with two queen beds.

Dirty over priced room. Very loud ...VERY LOUD! I would travel 3 mile to the east and stay at comfort for 10.00 more..if going west and you need to stop..and cant make it 35 mile go back to comfort!

They have raised there prices to the extent that I went somewhere else. Its is not a Holiday Inn Express. Will not return there.

An older facility but very clean room. Refridgerator in room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Lots and lots of restaurants and delivery choices in the area. Great price.

The lady behaves very badly she talks to the guests badly. dirty rooms smell ugly a lot of noise in the mornings. the clean towels and bed sheets looks all dirty i never use them and they give you only on toilet paper you have to go to rhe office and ask for toilet paper because they dont give it to you i stay there one week for work i had a very bad experience

Dirty bed sheets, a/c doesnt work, they only give you toilet paper for weekly stay, the owners wife is rude

I was wary of the place so asked to see a room before I paid, and the lady just yelled at me. I was in town for a bike race and so I felt I had no other option, but just dont stay here. We got bedbugs, its not clean, and at 2 am someone started blasting music so loud it would have woken everyone on the premises up

In a bad situation... a break up... just wanted to get away after work and chill.. wanted a bath and couldnt... the drain didnt work to have a bath, plus there was black hairs all over the bathtub. The woman at the front desk just told me to take a shower instead... dont come here... Ive traveled all over the U.S. and this is the worst hotel Ive ever been to.

They have the most worst customer service, the indian guy on the desk he is very rude, i was trying to get in for checking in and he was sitting inside and not even to direct me there was another door, don’t watse your money there spend it somewhere else

A nice little place for a weary traveler to rest for the night. The room was dated but clean, the bed was comfortable. I was glad to be able to park directly in front of my room, especially since I was traveling on my own.

This place is nasty they have bed bugs tried to say they dont have bed bugs needless to say I got up at 2am got my money back and left its awful there

Was stuck here Memorial Day weekend due to availability of rooms. This older scary looking motel overall was not bad the staff super accommodating and precautions in place . Can’t beat the price

They want a cash deposit along with payment. Youll get the deposit back in morning after inspection. The price was kind of high for the quality. Bring your own shampoo.

Iam a disable viet nam vet and I have been staying here for almost 4 years . The Patels have been so gracious and kind and extremely honest since I have been here .

My friends lives there. She. Seems to think its ok. I dont. Care for it. Think they need to do some repairs. The parking lot. Is horrible and nasty

Ok....this place is hard for me to rate but I think a 3 is pretty close. The service was very friendly and the room appeared very clean for what they are working with. It had a fridge and microwave which was nice but no coffee pot. I looked the room over for bugs of any kind and only found 1 dead stink bug so that was a relief. King size bed but it was awful on our backs and there werent nearly enough pillows. The room was cheap tho and thats what we were needing for the weekend! I would use this place again if I needed bare minimum and cheap.

Me and my girlfriend stayed there when we got back from Kansas because we had no where else to go until my first paycheck from my job we rented a month and was there for 2 weeks and and the heat did not work I told the owner and he said he would refund my money. He gave me $16 dollars back when I paid $700 dollars.and called the police on me and had us thrown out. The police officer said we had done nothing wrong and this was not the first time he had done this. If you book an extended stay here READ THE FINE PRINT ON THE CONTRACT BEFORE YOU DO

We noped outta there once we got up close. Im sure the rooms are probably fine, but the outside definitely needs work/updated.

Its very clean & professional, but management and staff were very rude, & we had to wait almost 30 mins for someone to check us in, we clsntvgwt anyone to answer ?!

Well first off all rooms are smoking, bed is new but very firm no blankets, holes in wall that were patch but i guess paint wasnt in the budget, tv was the same one i had in College in the early 90s on the up sude shower was hot and heater worked

Okay, but work needs to be done on the rooms. Wood has rotted away around the tub and rather than repair, it was just heavily painted. Air was not on and took all night to get room cool. Price was good though.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Stayed for 2 weeks for family reunion. Owner and wife extremely rude. Says pet friendly but charged me $10 a night for a dog that is housebroken. Room was cleaned 2 times during those weeks. Sheets never changed. Towels smelled like burnt rubber. Insects crawling under doors. Was told after 1st week no refunds so didnt have a choice but to stay there the 2nd week.

The manager is rudeAnd condescending.He was agitated about my registered service dog and charged me to have her. He claimed she had left poop in the room, but I had double checked floor (including under the bedfor any of her toys before leaving. I would have seen any accident if she had had one.

Terrible customer service, had pubic hair in the tub. They advertised WiFi and there was none. The TV had maybe 3 channels and they were all static and the beds were hard. I do not recommend staying here.

This place was horrible. I never give bad reviews but this was... okay, we got there and the people werent even addy the front desk. It took them 20 minutes to come down and check me in. Then we get in the room, and there is no wifi as advertised and told to me by the rude woman at the desk. There was pubic hair all over the tub. The bed was like sitting on concrete. The TV was from late 80s early 90s and while cable was connected it was so staticky that you couldnt really watch it. All the vending machines were empty and out of order and housing spider webs. I wad there not even 2 hours and left. I will be calling kayak in the morning for a refund. Or put a stop payment on my bank card.

I had a pleasant stay, the room was clean, refrigerator and microwave worked well, the TV was kind of old but it worked fairly.

Absolutely nasty! Smells so bad. We actually had 2 rooms after a party and ended up leaving. Afraid of the roaches!

This place is absolutely DISGUSTING. The owners are rude and have no idea how to treat paying customers. The owner called the police on me because I asked for our room to be cleaned. She proceeded to verbally harass me and tell me I was not allowed to be there, even though it was my room. The towels are so thin you’ll need about three of them to dry off one person; however, don’t bother asking for more because you will be reprimanded for that also. These people are crazy and need to go back to where they came from! This dump should be torn down.

I stayed at this Motel before years ago and it was kept up and affordable now its just affordable. I made Reservations over the phone for my sons Graduation .I was kinda stuck for a place. I stayed 2 nights . I couldnt even sleep. Bedbugs, Cockroaches and spiders in the room! The owner doesnt care, he insists he has it sprayed Once a month But just normal upkeep isnt done here. The walls have holes in them and are filthy from not being scrubbed and washed down regularly. The facet leaked , The toilet leaked. and I didnt notice the stink until Later like a place that never gets cleaned but is lived in ...YUCH! I only gave it 1 star meaning This place should be torn down . I would never recommend this place to anyone . Its Just Disgusting !!

BED BUGS!!!! Dirty rooms! Blood spots on the sheets and pillow cases! Bed bug nest in the head board and chair! Rude people at the desk. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I NEVER WILL AGAIN!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Its complete filth and she be shut down. Just Google the news about it if you dont want to take my word for it. I wouldnt stay here again if they let me stay for free. And they wont give you a refund.Anyone that gave this roach motel a 5 star rating has to be a friend or family member of the owners.

This was the worst hotel I ever stepped foot in. There was holes in the walls, it was not clean and there was a spider the size of my finger by the light switch. The bathroom was disgusting, worst customer service. The women got an attitude with us because we told her it was unacceptable and her response was this is not a chain hotel. Regards the room should not look this way. There was water stains comin from the light switch, it was just disgusting. 0 stars but it won’t let me post without giving them 1!!!!

The woman employee charged me a price for a single room and when I went to extend my stay, the male manager tried to charge me $30 more for the same room. He was very rude and disrespectful. I will never stay there again!

I would really like to speak on the Country Hearth because we had a sweet but the owner said since we had 5 people we would have to rent 2 rooms because of fire code.Now Southern Hills we rented a room for 2 weeks.While we were settling in I seen a bed bug ,I immediately found a plastic bag and put the BUG in it I then began to repack what I had already packed in plastic bags and sealed them so I could run the clothes thru the dryer.As I was putting the bag outside the room the owner came by and asked what was going on I explained I found a bed bug and gave him the plastic bag with the bug in it ,he examined it and said he had just had the " bug Guy " there 3 days prior but he would refund us our money which he did without any problem.The owner or what I presumed to b the owner was extremely helpful ,nice and considerate.I was very pleased with the service the only problem was the bug ,which happens .It wasnt an infestation and I only seen 3 all together 2 young adults and 1 adolescent .

We had to leave after being there for 1hr cuz of bed bugs. We did get our money back tho

Nothing like pics Dried Blood on sheets chair needs thrown away dirty covers no plastic cover around bed no clock or radio if you want coffee go to McDonalds none here in room or lobby one kitchen chair for the both of you Not worth 57.00 a night. Beds are broke down

Room had lots of water damage, holes in the walls, very little water pressure, not one I would stay in again

This place treated me as rudly as I have ever been treated in my life. Obviously the staff here missed the memo on hospitality. My daughter got sick as we travelled and if you have been in this area, there are very few places to stop. I took her inside and asked if there was a restroom we could use to wash her hands and wet some towels. The lady responded that we could not and left. We stood in the lobby while my husband cleaned out the car seat. She came back to inform us that we were not allowed in the lobby either. So I had to take my daughter outside with no coat (it had taken the bruntin 20deg weather because we were not allowed in.I will admit, I never stepped foot in a room to speak to its quality. But I can say I have never been so dissapointed at how rudely we were treated.

Booked this "hotel" through Expedia to go up north for a family reunion. There were only two nearby. The pictures werent that great but nothing prepared me for what I discovered upon arrival. Absolutely disgusting place and disgusting owners. Horrible customer service. They have absolutely no business being in the hospitality business as they have zero hospitality. I literally have a video of the wife/owner saying she would steal my mothers money and the husband calling me stupid because I wanted a refund and refused to stay there (an 11 minute video of unbelievably horrible owners who were aware they were being taped and could not care any less). The place is filthy. 22 mattresses by the dumps all plastered with bed bug residue and I counted no less than 20 live bed bugs crawling on them before I ran for the hills. Celing falling through in lobby, smells musty, damp, dirty and moldy, the furniture with burn marks, dirty sheets, dirty towlels, filthy toilet, filthy shower, evidence of cockroaches, disgusting carpets, rooms stacked floor to ceiling with crappy furniture with the curtains wide open. Just a generally filthy place with owners who are equally disgusting, rude and self proclaimed thieves. The only reason I gave it one star was so I was able to warn others. Dont book there ... Period. Youll just be throwing your money away because anyone in their right mind would never EVER take your shoes off in one of those rooms let alone sleep in one of theirs bug infested beds. I CANT EXPRESS THIS ENOUGH, this place is the worst of the worst, one of those

I can not even rate this hotel. We stayed 2 nights, and on day 1 we exchanged towels and was treated as though we had used 40 towels for requesting 3 towels for me, my girl, and our 2yr old. So the next day we had to unplug the phone to stop the baby from playing with and and the female in charge of house keeping come to the door with an attitude, and as we departed 8 mins after 11am check-out. The lady makes a comment that the room was trashed even though we were cleaning as she came to the door, and her and her husband who ran the place were upset because the sheets had a grape stain on it as though if they were clean they would re-use the sheets without washing them. they did not have any mattress covers over the mattresses either.

It is clean quit and has a nice view and is inexpensive 175$ a week after tax.

Great little hotel that is inexpensive. The owners are great people. I enjoyed my stay there.
