Warm welcoming staff, rooms clean, tidy and comfortable. Located next door to 24/7 Gourmet food, Bottle shop and IGA.

Rooms, cleaning staff, and location were great. But check out process ruined the stay for us. We were overcharged by 10 nights ($100+for parking and didnt receive a receipt until I asked about the irregular charge a week later. Was refunded, but only for 8 of the 10 nights I was owed and had to follow up AGAIN to receive payment. We were surprised by the lack of transparency, glad I checked my accounts.

Fantastic place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location fir a weekend in Perth.

Excellent Location, Fantastic view, clean and spacious apartment and best was the front office manager Rahul Aggarwal and the owner himself Mr Miachel. We stayed for 10 days. It was like home away from home with such helping front office people

I was return customer and the General manager Rahul assigned me on the top floor facing River . Is the best view in sauth of Perth . Highly Recomented

From the staff to the actual building, this Quest location is amazing. I had a long term stay here( about 4 monthsand enjoyed every minute of it. The housekeeping consistently comes and gives great service. The building and amenities are tidy and modern. The owner, Michael, is visible and very hands on. Any issues you may have are addressed in a timely fashion. Great experience, 10/10

Great base when in Perth but not wanting to stay in city close to ferry, local Eateries & fabulous grocery store

I have booked to stay here for about a month and so far the first week met my expectations except that the unit I am staying in now is without a good view. Hopefully the management will move me to a better view room next week 🙂

Only thing I can ask for is if tv could swivel so you dont have to sit on the bed to watch tv . Everything else was amazing

We have loved staying here. The location and view is amazing and the rooms are great. Every single staff member at this hotel is awesome. They have gone above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. There is always a cheery hello and a lovely chat which has made our move to Perth so perfect. I would highly recommend staying here.

Although, looking fancy but they should try better. I called earlier to get any apartment with views for Australia day and just before finishing my sentence just fully booked and after that what you looking for!!!??? ( demand and supply game)And yet we wondering why the industry is still behind..

This is a great place to stay, friendly staff and really good rooms. Handy to the Ferry, great riverside Walks, good coffee, a 24hour good Grocer downstairs, in short, ticks all the boxes.

This is a good small size hotel where you can chill out. I stayed here a couple of nights with my wife.It was great. The staff are helpful and kind. While we were staying, they showed us good support.Around the hotel, there are a variety of shops and small cafes you can jump in.The Swan river is next to you, so it is awesome to stroll around it whenever you want.

This hotel is one of the best that Ive been to. It is by far my favourite one. The staff are friendly, the rooms are neat, tidy, clean, homey... ah, just perfect.With that cool barbeque grill on the second floor, accompanied by the chilling, yet lovely breezes on an evening visit, it has put the cherry-on-the-top for me.

Book 6th floor river/city views, great apartments, fabulous staff. Good value. Would stay again and again

Many thanks to the staff at Quest South Perth Foreshore. My wife and I recently moved to Australia and recently completed a several month stay here while we looked for housing. The staff was friendly, helped with all our problems, and assisted us with adjusting to life in a new country. The location is also excellent, with great views and plenty to do in walking distance.

Thank you to the team at Quest Appartments South Perth. I stayed the night before our wedding and had my bridal party over for hair and make up on our wedding day. They were so kind as to give us the best room they can. They also made sure we had everything we needed and were so helpful with showing the bridal party and our suppliers to our room. Thank you very much! We’re looking forward to our next stay 🙂

Stayed Friday to Wednesday with a friend. Checking in was easy and hassle free. The cheapest studio room (serviced apartment), comes with comfy double bed, slim kitchen and en-suite bathroom, but didnt really use the kitchen.We were lucky enough to have a view of the city from our 5th floor window. The place is non-smoking, but with plenty of balconies, it was inevitable that we would smell smoke from other guests, easily solved by closing the window.The shower is an aggressive bathroom floor leaker, but easily evaporated after a day of leaving the fan on.We had to chase up housekeeping one day because our room was missed, but by the time we returned it was all sorted, so problem solving is not an issue.There is on-site parking and $20 a day I think it was, it is very secure and half of the spaces are indoors, though I have a feeling that they over-sell the spaces as there were a couple of times I had to dump my car parked against a wall. I called and they were ok with it. Exiting the car park can be difficult if in a large vehicle (landcruiser and above), due to the tall kerbed chicane on exit.Did checkout the gym and it is decent with a number of cardio, multi gym and free weights equipment.Quest is on top of a small shopping centre with hairdressers, grocers and cafes. Plenty of excellent cafes nearby and a pair of overpriced restaurants too.2mins walk from the Mends Street Jetty which runs Ferries every 15mins to Elizabeth Quay and back. Theres also a Zoo just around the corner.

Great location with restaurants, the river and hotel etc. so close. A fantastic boutique 14 hour IGA supermarket in the same complex makes supplies and food shopping so easy. Great range of gourmet fresh prepared meals available as well as hot food ready to go. Great, helpful staff too.

I loved my stay at the Quest South Perth because mostly because the room I was provided with was clean and organised but also the city view which I specifically requested was the main highlight of my stay. Despite the extra $50 per day fee it was truly worth every penny, I feel like having such a spectacular view from the room is what makes the day even more special. I have had an amazing vacation here in Perth and the stay was right up there amongst many amazing places I got to visit along the way.

Our sporting organisation had a fantastic stay at Quest South Perth. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff, they went out of their way to accomodate us at all times, including rearranging the conference room in various configurations at a minutes notice. Contemporary, clean open plan apartments in a stunning location. Big thank you to Michael, Bart, Jacqueline and the whole team at Quest.

Lovely rooms and we had a view overlooking beautiful Perth which was great especially at night,very clean only problem is getting parking. Hotel parking is limited so have to sorce other available parking. There is a 24hr parking station but once again limited space.

Omg!! Quest South Perth is a must stay. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. They seem to want to make your stay an experience. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. And the views! Breathtaking! Highly recommend.

Was assigned this hotel as part of my work relocation dealio. Very happy we got sent here. Michael and the team could not have been more friendly or helpful, even when we got a flat car battery he went above and beyond to help us with a jump.Place in a terrific location, was quiet and very clean. Exactly what we needed.

The hotel facilities are outstanding and super clean. And no words can express our appreciation for the help and services offered by the receptionists and other staffs during our stay. Recommend to anyone who wants to seek a home away from home!

Amazing. Staff very accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. A++ for service. Apartment overlooking the river was sensational. Nice place, great location, quiet, big king bed, lovely staff at reception, all you need to either make own food or eat out, supermarket next door with great choice of ready to eat meals.

Magnificent. Staff were exceptionally helpful given the circumstances. The rooms are superior to any other self contained accommodations in Perth, we also loved the way they have become part of the local scene with reciprocal agreements with local businesses which encourages you to sample the local menus.

Studio apartment with king sized bed, kitchenette with utensils, fully equipped bathroom and high speed internet on a smart tv. You dont need anything else as far as stay is concerned. Ohh wait..add to it the perfect view of the swan river and the good grocer 24x7 in the same complex.

Was here for a function. Itll be good if they provide parking for function goers other than the public parking. Otherwise, function room was clean and new. Coffee machine wasnt user friendly. No one there from the staff team to help us with the coffee machine.

Such great location and facilities. Very new and spotless apartment with lots of amenities next door. The Good Grocer 24/7 supermarket next door is a winner and the selection of restaurants and the pub just round the corner are so convenient. Had long evening strolls from the front door along the waterfront with the skyline of the city as a background, very pleasant. Staff are friendly and helpful. No brainer

Really nice rooms great location on the river and looking over to the city and an easy boat ride to the city, I also found the local strip shops and restaurants fabulous and some beautiful open parks next to the river breathtakingly beautiful for morning walks, this is a thumbs up from me.

They provide paid parking at $25 per day. Which we agreed to and paid for our 3 night stay for both our rooms. Of which our first 2 nights there were no parking spaces available. There was no offer to refund the over booked parking not even an apology for the mistake. Pretty poor organisation / effort and to top it off when checking out they tried to state I hadn’t paid for the parking. Which I showed the receipt on my internet banking. To which again no apology was given for the false accusation not even an acknowledgement of the error. Just we will check our records and your fine to go.

No choice other than giving five star, A perfect view point of Perth city, perfect Family rooms fully furnished with all facilities available at home like laundry, dishwasher, oven, dining, TV lounge......and many more

We had a couple of our staff stay here. The Quest team were helpful and friendly. Really nice accommodation. Good location with 24 hour supermarket, cafes and restaurants super close. We will book here again.

Wonderful! Spotlessly clean, fresh and modern with magnificent views of The Perth City skyline, especially at night. Fantastic secure on-site parking. The Staff were so friendly and obliging with nothing being too much to ask. The location is perfect with Restaurants, Cafes and Pub only 3 minutes walk and a 24 hour Supermarket right next door. The ferry terminal was also only a few minutes walk had we needed to visit Perth City. Will definitely book and stay here again...already planning! Highly recommended!
