One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Day 1 We arrived to a room with no phone, no hot water, no working refrigerator and much more. Day 2 enjoying the rooftop pool at the hotel listening to music. We are approached by the bellhop Pierre in reference to the music on our bluetooth speaker being played. Apparently there was an unknown not posted rule of using your Bluetooth speaker poolside even though the day before a Caucasian couple was allowed to play there music and we are African Americans and we were not allowed too. Pierre instead of diffusing the situation told us to leave the hotel and made threats, became volatile and argued with us. He is not the manager or owner of the company to make any executive decisions. He behaved extremely unprofessional and refused to stand down when asked by the manager Helena to walk away. Pierre needs to be terminated or retrained for his customers service and hotel mannerism. I would never return to this hotel in the future and would recommend go elsewhere.

This hotel group is a complete SCAM. They are thieves. They completely ruined my birthday experience. They are all liars. Their "refund system" is completely a scam. I was lied to about the types of rooms available. I booked a room and was completely shocked at the room I was given. False advertising every step of the way. Horrible customer service. There is no "refund department" after lying to me about a room and stealing my money.

By any means find somewhere else. No matter how you book with them the customer service and loyalty they have sucks. I booked at the hotel the system was down and they charged me twice for the same room and told me I dont get a refund. This is a scam service go elsewhere where I didnt listen to reviews wish I wouldve. Good luck if u do book.

Poor customer service experience. This company 1does not have a live phone number at which you can speak to someone (only email), and 2will not cancel or modify reservations for COVID, flight cancellations, or extreme weather (such as hurricanes).

The location of this hotel was fantastic! Just a couple blocks from the beach with tons to do around the area. My only problem was that, I was given an accessibility room, even though I clearly showed that my reservations stated a standard room (as I did not require a room with accessibility). Normally, I do not mind, but in this hotel, the accessibility room, had the toilet inside the shower area (again, not a big deal), and the entire bathroom area was open to the room without a door. And when I asked to switch to another room, while everyone was very polite, they just said since I used a third party booking agency, they must have selected accessibility needed and because of that, they are required to give me that room and cannot change the room, as they were completely booked for the evening. Even though throughout the evening, the vacancy sign was lit. There was space for a door, there just wasnt one. Even if I required accessibility, I would also like a little privacy while on the toilet. Dont stay in 202, if you want privacy while using the bathroom. If you dont - then it may not be a problem for you. Also, you can definitely hear all the excitement outside all hours of the night. Insulation not that great.

Stay Away ! Do Not Book with Them ! Horrible Service ! Even though we booked a reimbursable stay which is selected by a check box in their system. They claimed it was not reimbursable. We cancel on the same day we booked it as my spouse tested positive for COVID ( We Provided Proof ). A three night stay that we canceled on the same day. Did not stay a single night and they refused to reimburse us at all or give us vouchers for a future stay. They claimed is up to the third party booking service and they claim is entirely up to the hotel. We did not have any issues with the airline, evolve or any other accommodations we had to cancel because of this inconvenience. Complete nightmare with this folks.

DO NOT STAY AT The Catalina Hotel - they gave me the excuse that spring break was the reason for the nasty room that had slime in the shower, rust throughout the bathroom, grime streaks on the mirror and shower,the smell of urine and cigarettes and rugs covered in who knows what sticking to your shoes. After much back and forth of directly telling the staff I AM NOT STAYING HERE and files many complaints, they still will not refund my $400 and lied about me using a key card to get in and out of the room when the card was returned to the front desk. You will never get to speak with someone from the property group and if you try and shortcut by pressing the option to make a reservation you will get someone who provides a general response - According to the Catalina Staff "that is what a General Manager is!" Lol

A sad disgusting scam. Cannot call the properties they manage or the main company. I booked a room well within the 72 hours cancellation policy but later was informed my reservation was nonrefundable after I cancelled. There goes my $100. Truly pathetic.

I’ve used south Beach group before. Easy to book at times better prices. Best of all the shuttle service to and from the airport from hotel. You can visit each hotel staying at another.

Avoid the Chelsea Hotel South Beach and all other South beach Hotel group properties. Super dirty, front desk is rude. Lobby is small cramped, have to walk through a restaurant to find a small front desk. They dont wash bedsheets between guests. Good luck calling front desk, they don’t pick up the phone. READ other REVIEWS!!!

Metropole Hotel. This was a quick stay i usually stay for a week. This time only 3 days. I Didnt get my favorite room but this room was great also. This hotel is a great location for the activities I partake in. I was here for the Art Deco festival (Jan. 14-16)which was just one street behind the hotel on Ocean Dr.. Also the beach is one block away.

My girlfriend and I did not stay more than 2 hours.When we first arrived and were showed our "two peas in a pod suite" we thought we were at the wrong hotel. The online pictures did not accurately represent how small or disgusting the place actually was. I dont think the pictures online are even the same hotel at all. The bed filled the entire room and there was no room for walking at all. There were bugs on the bed and the walls. The "lock" for our door was held together by tape. There was mold on the ceiling. Our back patio was disgusting and open for other rooms or people to be able to walk into, and the sliding door was held together by a broken metal bar. We were shown a bigger room and it was just as disgusting, it just had more space. The staff was rude when we asked for a refund or better room.You cant get your money back, so dont waste your time. 0/10 recommend.

I stayed Sunday & Monday nights at Hollywood Beach Resort & Hotel. Will never stay again.I arrived Sunday at 2:28 pm Check in 3 pm....the guy behind the desk says to me "We have a room ready but its a $75 early check in fee. $75!! I waited, in 80 degree+ heat for 30 mins to check in. Great customer service telling a guest no. 32 mins early and a room ready and you try to whack me $75!!! Not disclosed on the web site.Then $15 a night for parking, not disclosed on the web site....then today I went to the desk after checking on the website if they had the room available at the same rate I checked in with....yes, available and same rate. Go to the front desk and just ask to stay another night, I mean why book it on line when the front desk is 25 from the room......I get quoted $161 for another night. Why? "our rates change daily" The rate is the same on line-do I have to go reserve on line and come back..."well it will take 10-15 mins to hit our system." OK 2 things, why would you not accommodate a guest vs pissing me off by trying to charge me 2x the rate?? Second, it is illegal in the State of FL and 46 other states to charge 1 price on line and another in person. Thus your "walk in special" could be illegal if you are charging less than the internet price.What is amazing, a management person was sweeping the carpet in the lobby, heard the conversation and did nothing! I told her the price bush you are trying is BS and I will go elsewhere....she let me go out the door, never making eye contact. Just asked the desk clerk what price did he quote. Great opportunity to save a guest and up the experience.The room, no window (G5), Floor cracked in the bathroom and tile on the step in is cracked as well. Soap scum all in the shower upon arrival. No housekeeping...because of covid? Broward County we are under 5% still. The ramp going down into the room,,,,,slippery when I came in in wet shoes, nothing to prevent a guest from slipping and taking you to court. Tile missing about 18" from the bottom of the ramp.Cable TV with NO TNT, USA, Paramount, TBS, ESPN or cable news.Never staying there again. BTW took my business down the road for $10 less and no charge for early check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!Michael Fishbaugh

They refused to refund me for 1 night after I had to check out early due to the poor conditions of one of their hotels. The manager at the hotel said he had no authority to do anything and told me someone from upper management will reach out. Noone did, I had to go on their website and find the email for the general manager, she never responded to my emails. After calling multiple times, leaving messages and not being able to talk to the manager again he finally wrote me an email. There was no applogies for the situation, they have the qorst customer service.

Avoid booking any hotel of SOUTH BEACH HOTELS group. The team is not responsive at all. There are bugs in the room all over and the team could not care less about it. Dirty and smelly rooms.AVOID ALL HOTELS OF THIS GROUP.

It was horrible first of all the place looks nothing alike the picture on the website and the staff is not responsible for any of it. we try calling and they only tell us to call our booking agent and they do not provide information about refunds..and the sink over flows when washing dishes.

The hotel itself was not horrible, but the service here is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. They will not answer any of my phone calls post stay and did not answer any of them before coming as well so there was no way for me to check on the reservation. They still have not sent my refund back for the holding fee and will also not answer my calls when I call to ask about it. I also ended up getting charged way more than the original price.The hotel was clean for the most part but you were responsible for the upkeep (including towelsduring your stay. If you are going to pay this much to stay somewhere, take my word for it and stay elsewhere.

Do not stay in this hotel for business or pleasure. While the rooms are affordable and well decorated, they were far from hygienic. You will waist your time and money staying at The Beachside All Suites Hotel by The South Beach Group.We arrived to floors and furniture covered with sand. The each counter top has residue from the previous guest including the fridge with was contained crumbs from old food and somehow hair?The bathroom and shower had hair all over the floor and on what appeared to be new towels. Oddly the remotes were sticky, the bed only had one sheet on it and the bed side tables were dusty.We came to Miami for a work and play trip but greatly regret our decision to stay at Beachside All Suites. The internet was not reliable, there is no room cleaning service and the onetime we got them to agree to send someone they spent less then 15 minutes cleaning and the room was still dirty. To make things worse, the was not follow up or reply to multiple attempt to reach out for a resolution all we wanted was a clean place to stay and relax for a few days. This experience was highly stressful and an absolute waste of my time and money so bewared.

I booked to stay at The Chesterfield hotel. February 25-28 2021. When we checked in we paid $245. And the balance was suppose to be $241. But instead they charged my card the full payment of $486.. I have been calling them for over 2 weeks. No body answers the phone. I don’t know if they all or working Tiger to scam you out of your money. Th is crazy.... Bad company.

This hotel company stole $3,000 from my room!In February I checked out at 5am to catch my early flight.When I arrived at home at 8am I realized I left 3 containers of (714k gold bracelet sets worth $3k in the safe. I quickly called the property manager Daniel. He acquired them and told me to ship a prepaid package to ship them back! Okay so I did and they signed the delivery,... great right?Its more than 3 months later now. I emailed atleast once every week and called everyday. The property manager has since quit... and now the acting manager refuses to call me back!Stay away from this hotel chain!... I cry at night because they stole my fortune.Please send it back to me! WORST stay ever. Very unprofessional and racist location. Heard from experienced but did not believe them until I stayed here. Manager called the police on my my friends for walking to my room and followed them all the way to my room. My other friends have been staying there as well on the floor a love me and the manger has been harassing them as well but does not harass anyone else. Ruined the whole trip honestly I came from Maryland to go on vacation in Miami and they have made it such a hard time for me. Would not recommend if I can leave 0 stars I would.

Between the Chesterfield and the Chelsea it’s a toss up as to which was the worst. The rooms were marginal at best. South Beach Group seems to think a coat of paint and new linens offsets the walls, doors and closets that are broken and dirty. Our bathroom door at the Chesterfield wouldn’t close. The room keys kept getting demagnetized and housekeeping was a joke.We were charged for using things from the minibar even though we took nothing from it. When I tried to challenge this I was told to take it up with the general manager, who was never on property and didn’t return phone calls or emails. Chargeback was the only course of action.The only consistencies are the total lack of concern and professionalism from the staff and the $9.99 per night class of clientele.In my personal opinion if it says ‘South Beach Group’ reconsider you’re choice of accommodations.

I recently stayed at the Shelley Hotel in Miami, Florida (managed by South Beach Group). Friday, 09/27/19 - Sunday, 09/29/19.I was mistakenly charged an extra parking fee of $37.45 (the valet parking fees were already paid for). The extra valet parking charge was NOT an authorized charge!I have been contacting the management team for an entire month in order to recieve my refund! Ive contacted Niurka Fernandez, Marissa Suarez, Angel Solano and many more. Its been 1 month and still no refund. Ive sent several messages and called the hotel with no response. I expect some sort of communication to be sent back. This management company CLEARLY does not know how to handle customer service issues. The staff should be trained better and as a customer, I should not have to keep contacting them to recieve my refund!

I stayed there for 2 nights with my girl, literally checked in, and slept over there, since the rest of the time we were out dining and clubbing.First of, the hotel is super overprices. I dont mind paying high prices, but not willing to pay something that only looks luxury and upscale in the pics, but in reality its all cheap old furniture with spots and marks of unknown substance on the sheets (yakss!!!)Also, they have a fridge and some beverages which we never even used, since as I mentioned above, we came in there just to sleep, we didnt eat anything in the hotel room, nor drank anything.They had a mess in the lobby, since they had construction going on, which was very unpleasant too. Dust and dirt in lobby. No legit front desk.Everything so unprofessional and cheap.And at the end, they charged us for the drinks we never used. You know how they take away $200 deposit from you? And supposed to return it back within several business days? So guess what? They charged us for the bottles and drinks we never even touched. In fact we didnt even open the fridge.Soap and shampoo are cheap quality substances.. Overall, very poor service and high prices for some sh%%%ty service..Stay aware, my friends.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I showed up to one of their affiliate hotels after driving 5 hours from Jacksonville and never checked in. I had a family emergency where I had to turn around and drive back because I had just found out my mother was diagnosed with a brain tumor and was being scheduled for emergency surgery. The hotel offered me zero compassion and said my reservation would be considered a no show and would still be charged. I even asked if they would consider giving me a credit that I could use to stay with them at a future date in which they refused saying they don’t offer that. I will be telling everyone including all my colleagues I know how heartless this place is and to never stay with them or any other hotel they are affiliated with.

good staff, however the group "south beach group" it includes like thieves ignoring the mails of their customers, by canceling rooms without warning. The cleaning is not done well every day (soil not cleaned, ...they forced me to pay a second reservation or I slept outside.A scandal. I hope at least that my deposit will be returned to me !!! Wish there was an option for 0 stars. I checked into this hotel at 11PM on 12/14, got to room 411 and there were LIVE roaches everywhere and spiders hanging from the ceilings. Me and my friend called the front desk to make them aware of the situation & proceeded to go out. When we got back at 3AM we immediately checked out and went to the hyatt. The reservation line as well as Rudy the manager were very nasty over the phone about me requesting a refund due to us not staying & the condition of the room. DO NOT BOOK HERE. There are several other reviews that mention the roaches as well. South beach group needs to better train their employees and properly accommodate their customers as necessary. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well. They have a roach infestation. Frankly if we did not sleep there and they are refusing to return my money that is FRAUD. Rudy also said there is nothing he can do and hung up on me.

Review of the Hollywood Beach Suites, staff and management (South Beach Group)Do you like muffled music and slamming bass while you try to sleep? Well, this is the place for you!The room was right next to their Restaurant (Taco Beach Shack), owned by the same company that owns Hollywood Beach Suites + Hotel. The restaurant pumped music straight up until 2:15AM, even though the staff will tell you that it stops at 11PM. They must know that people complain about this, because the hotel lobby staff dips out at 11PM knowing that this is a constant issue and they will not have to hear it. When we tried to call back at around 11:30PM, it just rang and rang and eventually hung up, no option to leave a message.After an incredibly lousy night sleep due to bass thumping hard enough to vibrate the walls, I tried to voice my concerns to the front desk staff, but he seemed like he could not have cared less and never heard of the issue. Well, the reviews beg to differ and I found a few on various sites while I was staring at the ceiling the night before checkout and our flight back home.Aside from the bone shaking music volume, the hotel room was not very clean. For example, the shower was dirty and walls had odd stains and I think the last time the windows were cleaned was when they put them in.Oh yeah, and after voicing the issues to the front desk staff, he gave me a card to the manager while simultaneously offered a nothing can be done here. Well, save yourself the time because that manager cared about as much as the front desk staff. After emailing the manager, I was given a "canned answer" and offered a discount on my next stay. HA!

UNPROFESSIONAL. I WAS OVERCHARGED AND THIS COMPANY WAS COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE WHEN I TRIED TO GET A REFUND. No real business acts this way. I was overcharged at Catalina hotels Maxines Restaurant and spent weeks to speak to someone and get a refund, and I got no response. Phone numbers dont work, the lines are constantly busy, my calls were dropped, I was put on hold and receptionist never came back, e-mails to the GM were not returned. Not to mention my breakfast was under cooked, the wait staff claimed they didnt open for another 30 minutes when come to find out, theyre open 24 hours.

Nightmare Facility - steal your moneyMy wife and arrived 2 hours after having to wait at the airport as their shuttle took several trips before finally coming to get my wife and I. We got to the hotel and checked-in, but the front desk said we had to wait for the room to be checked that it was cleaned.... not clean at 10:30pm???We were also charged a parking fee which we didnt have a car but was supposed to just be a hold on our card. My wife and i got into our room and then dropped off our luggage. Since restaurant was closed we walked down to CVS 3 blocks away and bought snacks and bottled water for our trip. Upon arriving back to our room, there were bugs Everywhere in the bathroom. My wife and I grabbed our things and went to front desk. They refused to give us a refund, even though we hadnt touched a thing. They forced us out onto the street and refused to let us use the connection to wifi which was now midnight. We have called the BBB health department, and fire marshal and told the hotel was cited for the health inspection due to poor conditions. The hotel kept our fee for the day and the car fee and charged us an additional fee that I forgot what it was. After this nightmare hotel we were lucky enough that a holiday inn in downtown Miami took us in and offered us a broken suite room, because they literally had nothing available. We took it anyways. The broken room was actually a thawed microfridge with a touch of water on the carpet near the fridge. Did not affect our stay in any way. Thanks to the Holiday inn.Oh I forgot to post how the Southbeach group continues to email call and harass to come back to their hotel. Yet the GMs refuse to take any calls and refuse to refund any money they already stole by forcing us to sign their scam agreement before allowing you upstairs. DO NOT STAY IN ANY OF THEIR PARTNER HOTELS EITHER!!! Purchasers beware.

Chesterfield was in a Great location. Modern rooms and clean. Friendly staff. However, we had to repeatedly ask for clean towels before actually getting them, but they didnt get the dirty towels out the room until we requested housekeeping. Housekeeping didnt fully clean room even after repeatedly requesting cleaning. Mini suite is "mini."

Weird hotel. Room was a decent size for the price and location. Floor was concrete and kinda dirty. Mattress was comfy enough but didnt have a boxspring, mattress protector, or even a fitted sheet (non-fitted sheet was the only thing between us and the mattress). Bathroom was missing a shower curtain liner, and it was impossible not to get water on the bathroom floor unless you used the shower curtain inside the shower. I could go on, but the gist is the room was kinda weird.

I rented a room at the Seaside Apartment Hotel, part of the South Beach Group. From the pictures online it was a large room with two queen beds and a walk in kitchen. When I arrived they gave me a room the size of a large closet with a double bed. When I complained to HomeAway, where I rented the place from, South Beach Group lied said it was a comparable room with two beds. I was forwarded the emails and couldnt believe it. Fortunately I had pictures of the room, which they probably werent expecting. The rooms cable didnt work, it was dirty and the place was just gross. Dont be fooled by them and stay elsewhere.

I am a recent customer of Oceanside Hotel. I booked one bedroom with two queen beds for July 21-July 24, 2017, for three guest. Upon our arrival, we discovered that the room (I believe, 2219bwas very dirty such as hair on the floor, unclean bathroom, etc.We immediately notified Axle, who worked at the front desk, and asked for housekeeping to clean the room. Axle informed us that housekeeping was unavailable during the late evening and gave us a new room.Once we arrived to the second room(2230), we discovered that yet again the room was dirty, such as hair on the bed (we noticed before even sitting down), hair on the floor, unclean bathroom, exposed electrical wire around the light switch, and a stain that appeared to be blood on the floor, and unclean sheets. Once again we immediately notified Axle requesting accommodations or a different room. Axle informed us that there were no more rooms available.Therefore, we asked if we could get a refund for the following two nights. Axle informed us that we could only receive a refund for July 22-July 24,2017. In addition, Axle stated that upon giving us a refund, we could not remain in the hotel for the night of July 21,2017 as well. We explained to Axle that we had already paid for that night, had no place else to go and only wanted a refund for the following two nights because the rooms were dirty.Axle told us that we could not get a refund and that he would give us time to gather our things. We sat in the room calling every hotel in the area but was unable to locate any vacancies. Axle came back to the room around 4 am and urged us to leave or else he would call the police. We reminded axle that he was the one who said that we could take our time and that we had no place else to go.Unfortunately for us, due to possibly not moving fast enough out of a room, that we paid for, Axle called the police and we were escorted off of the premises for NO reason. Furthermore, we were not given a refund, although we paid for the night of July 21, 2017. Police told us that we could not even sit out front to make a call to lyft. We walked a few blocks away and was finally able to make a call to lyft to take us back to the airport, for about 12 hours, where we slept in the lobby until check in time at a near by hotel.This felt very discriminatory to us, as we are minorities. We are still very upset and would like this situation to be rectified and staff to be held responsible for such poor service. I called twice on Saturday, July 22,2017 to speak to a manager and was told that no one was available to speak to me. Monday, I finally spoke to your manager on duty, Alexis Garcia. I gave him the details of the incident and was told that Axle reported in the system that we were a no show.Thank goodness for technology because we have more than enough proof that we were there such as lyft driver statement to and from the hotel, pictures of the dirty rooms, with location attached, and the bank statement of the deposit that Axle claimed he put back on the card but has not appeared yet. We were not offered another room at any of your other hotels, although my spouse inquired about this as a option before requesting a refund. We were told by Axle that there were no vacancies at the other hotels as well, although we did not see him even check or call.This situation was one that was extremely traumatizing, as we were in an unfamiliar area with all of our belongings at 4 am. We have never experienced such disrespect and disregard by hotel staff. We were truly afraid as we walked down the street, completely confused as to what lead to the nights events. Lastly, it appeared as though the security guard, a light skin gentleman, whose name I do not recall, was very professional and tried his best to assist Axle in accommodating us. Unfortunately, Axle did not listen.I received an email stating that Alicia, the General Manager, wanted to "personally handle our reservation" on our next visit but she has not offered a refund for the night we were escorted off the premises by the police.

Do not stay here! Make sure you bring bottled water to wash with. The water stopped in the room we were staying. I tried calling the front desk and the phone was broken. Went down stairs and the reception told me "there is nothing she can do about it until after check out." There were multiple issues during my stay i.e. Wifi doesnt work, roaches in the sink, and rude receptionist. I no longer trust "other" apps to give accurate information about hotels.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! THIS IS THE EMAIL I SENT THEM AND THE THINGS THAT TOOK PLACE!Our stay has been beyond disappointing and disgusting. Upon arrival we had to wait approximately one hour to check in due to issues being handled for other guest at the desk. This was understandable and we patiently waited. Finally receiving our room key we went into our rooms and were unpleasantly surprised to find one of the rooms had a strong pungent mildew odor. Not only did it have an odor there was a collection of gnats on the bed closer to the window that refused to move even once swatted at. Due to being an asthmatic I definitely could not stay in these type of accommodations. We attempted to ask housekeeping to call the front desk to have our rooms changed since they were not answering the phone when we attempted to call. Due to the language barrier this could not happen and the pregnant house keeping supervisor was very rude in helping us. We went back to the front desk to get this issue rectified and Gregori was more than happy to change the one room. Gregori went beyond his way to ensure everything was to our liking.However, this was not the end to a bad experience at your establishment. Around 6am on Sunday morning. An infections of bugs and termites was discovered in our room. Prior to this we noticed a pungent rotten egg smell arising from the bathroom drain. The sink and tub had multiple bugs. The front desk was notified immediately. Due to the long wait of someone coming, I decided to go to the front desk to see what the hold up was. Finally we saw a maintenance man and he didnt know where the infestation of bugs were coming from. He sprayed the drains with bleach to rid of the bugs. The room reeked of bleach which caused me to have severe respiratory issues and bronchial spams due to my asthma. Therefore I switched rooms with one of my friends. Once returning to my room we discovered that bugs were now in our bed. This was the last straw for us. We immediately went to the front desk very upset and voiced what happened. Please understand that these accommodations are not acceptable. Gregori stated that he would change our rooms into another building and give us a suite. He advised us to pack up our things and someone would take them to our new room. Due to the events that had occurred I was more than ready to leave this sub par establishment and ask for a full refund because this was absolutely the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. Gregoris demeanor and warming hospitality was the only thing that kept me somewhat calm. Once packing and trying to shake out all of our belongings, I found that the bugs had also gotten into my bags were I keep all my supplies for the maintenance of my braces. Therefore, I had to throw out my toothbrush, water pik, flossing loops, wax, and braces bumpers. These things now have to be repurchased due to the inadequate living conditions of your hotel. I turly would like some type of reimbursement for the multiple issues we encountered during this trip, the stress and the fact new things must be purchased due to bugs getting into our personal items. This was suppose to be a celebratory trip for my best friend future nuptials but instead it turned into a nightmare of events and a lot of wasted time. Pictures have been taking of everything and has been attached to this email. Gregori advised to email our issues since he cant issues refunds. I was hoping to speak with someone in person but i have since changed my flight to an earlier tuesday flight since i am more than ready to leave this establishment. Please forward to the GM Laura and I will be contacting corporate as well. I truly hope the GM will be as helpful, accommodating, and understanding as Gregori.

South Beach Group refused to cancel and refund my 2 night reservation, two days after Hurricane Matthew. I was unable to travel to Miami because of water damage sustained to my house. The reservations manager, Carolina, the only person who could authorize this cancellation, dodged my calls and deflected all decisions to her manager, informing me that she needs to wait for approval. Then, shed not respond. A total lack of decency and professionalism after a massive natural disaster, and Id recommend taking your business to an above board hotel instead.

I want to specifacly call out Jessica she works in sales and sucks at her job her only concern is being paid. This is my second year with a horrblie experience with her. When I wanted to talk to her supieror about it I was ignored rudly. Poor services very disappointed
