An excellent place… gracious staff with a nice atmosphere. I ate here everyday I stayed in Kyiv. Excellent WiFi, delicious food. Very clean and of course, excellent service. Perfect place for a date or even hold a small get-together. This place was a pleasant surprise for me. I will miss them.

Small Italian restaurant 10 mins walk from the Railway station. The waiters/waitresss made us feel very welcome. Craft beer was chilled to perfection. My son and I enjoyed our Pizzas. The hot chicken skillet was really delicious as my wife kept telling us.....

Came here 3 times hoping to give them another chance each time - my apartment is right behind the place so easy for me to get here. Servers who speaks English were nice - the other ones were rude and irritated they could not understand me - sorry I tried to be polite to you - the fact you can’t speak any word of English is not for you to get irritated at.Food - passable at best. Came for dinner - ordered baked chicken - came out to table with the inside not cooked proper - very little taste - like you buy a chicken at Loblaws only worse.Today ordered croissant and fresh orange juice, sorry out of oranges. Ok I’ll take the Anickers shake - sorry no Snickers only peanuts available. Finishing my croissant and 3 chances to serve up something is more than fair.Nice layout but they just have no idea about service and good food. When I tried to pay for croissant, bill was 62 UAH - i had 70 UAH In my hand but wanted to obviously tip a little more so I handed over 200 UAH. Waiter saw the 70 in my hand and said better to pay with that lol. Ok that sums it up, he gave up the 38 I was going to give them!!!

Beer price written with a chalk on the wall : 32 grivna per 0.33. Bought a glass of beer, proceed to pay for it - to be corrected by the waiter that the beer price written on the wall is not correct and the correct price is 36 grivna (apparently written in the menu). Why not correct the pricing then written in chalk on the wall? It’s a 1 minute job. Do you need chalk? I can bring some :Typical Ukrainian service. This incorrect price was staying there forever. And I bet it will after this review. I don’t mind paying more - just don’t confuse your customers... you just lost a return client.

Love it. No matter what you choose Italiand or Ukrainian cuisine specialities - everything is really tasty here. Waiters are very professional: quick, polite, friendly and helpful.

Some of the worst service Ive ever experienced. Food was below average but not unacceptable. Prices reasonable and ambience was typical cafe. Server was rude, curt, and inattentive.

Cosy, tasty, good natured. Grab one of the three tables by the windows. They open them in the summer making you feel as if on a terrace. Ah yes craft beer available too if you fancy

Good Authentic Italian in downtown Kiev. We had the Mexican Pizza but they substituted Jalapeño peppers for red peppers - there no the same...House wine was good but not too bold.Desert ,time came and ordered Tiramisu - none. Panna Cotta- none. The delivery truck (yes deliveryhadnt made it that day. Welcome to Ukraine.

Pretty place with tables for couples and big companies. Pizza from wood burning stove, variety of dishes from Italian and European cuisine. Tasty classical deserts. Nice places next to windows. Exist business lunch option.

The food is incredible! Was delighted to get an English menu and the staff were all so polite and friendly.I ordered an appetiser and a main which both came at the same time, but it was so good I couldnt care less!!Also the starter was HUGE! Definitely one to share...

This place threath its clients like nobody. Orderd a delivery from them at 12:45, at 16:30!!! The delivery did not arived, and they drop all the responsibility to the delivery company.I recommend you to avoid this place, i was their regular client until this situation.

The waiters are inattentiveordered grilled vegetables: the veggies tasted like lighter fluid / benzene. had been used, I couldnt eat much of it/ the eggplant was over cooked , the potato undercooked they cooked it too dry , then poured way too much oil over everything after cookingWhile Its kind of a nice atmosphere, and the waiters are really nice people / I wouldnt go there again. More to the point that restaurants tend to not have chefs in the kitchen, they have workers who are under trained in preparation of food

High quality customer service, delicious food, and a family friendly atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, took my coat and seated me. Upon sitting down, I was immediately offered a menu, provided with a glass of fresh water and four thin long crispy bread sticks. There are English and Ukrainian menus, with a range of food items such as breakfast omelettes, cucumber appetizers and of course italian dishes such as pizza. I ordered the "mario breakfast" and ginger tea. I waited for 5 min for my tea and under 30 min for my dish to come out. From the first bite to my last, the meal was perfectly executed. The "Mario breakfast" came with one slice of french toast, a small bowl of beans, a cucumber and dip appetizer, fluffy scrambled eggs, meat, potatoes and roasted mushrooms. I was greatly with how delicious every part of my meal was: the beans were smooth, the potatoes perfectly cooked, the eggs fluffy and the meat was a perfect medium rare (just as I had ordered). While this meal was more on the expensive side and ideally meant for a pair or a really hungry person, I would definitely order it again! The tea and meal came to 162 hrv but I left a generous tips because their customer service was the best that I have seen in my 7 months in Ukraine.

This venue is a part of Marios Trattoria chain, originated from Odessa. This explains nice service and great taste of anything you order). One of the best places to eat around the railway station in Kyiv - only 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes walk.

Friendly staff, guacamole is great, theres a variety of pasta dishes, duck&salmon linguini is the best. Generous servings.
