Amazing cafe with special dishes. I tried the Paris beef burger and it was a nice experience especially with the egg yolk. The Cesar salad was also nice.

Awesome place! Everywhere its Green.. A best place for family get together and kids day out. Lots of benches to sit. Very clean and Well maintained.

It is a hidden spot for a quiet stroll along the lake. There is also a restaurant that sells food and drinks, so its a great place to sit and enjoy the warm sunshine.

Its a very nice place! The cafeteria is a little expensive but the park (and the lakeis good.

Great view from the cafe. Nice walk through the garden and grounds. Take the Baadfarten from Lyenby and enjoy a pleasant cruise through tree-lined canal, under very narrow bridges and beautiful lake views.

Best beautiful place in Denmark

Sophienholm is situated in a lovely spot. Perfect for a nice walk in the amazing park. You have forest, sea, wonderful view and then you have the varying excebitions in the buildings. On the way rent a boat and explore the creek and sea or take a look at the prime ministers summer residence

Beautiful gardens with a lovely view of the lake. I can definitely recommend to take a stroll around here and just enjoy the nature. I was not inside the building, so I cannot comment on that, but the gardens and the lake is worth your time if you like nature.

Food is average to below average, so don’t go there if you’re more hungry than cake & coffee.

Beautiful setting and great food and wine

A beautiful former country house. Its lush gardens are picturesque. Lake Bagsvaerd is like in its backyard. The whole region around is very beautiful to bike or walk around with lakes, and forest.

Beautiful place and surroundings, by the lake. Looks awesome on summer and when its covered in snow. They have lots of beautiful trees, a small green house with tropical plants and a pretty cozy café.

Expensive, decent cake, poor coffee (small and weak), really poor service, 50kr for a tiny glass of hot chocolate. What a joke.

We had a verz nice boat trip to reach Sophienholm. Very nice place with a small restaurant with excellent food. Recommended.

Did not take my credit card and staff wasnt very helpful. Food was good but not cheap.

This place is really wonderful , the park around the buildings are so beautiful , to walk around in ,there are plenty places you can enoy a picnic or you can get some really nice stuff in the Caffé ! They also arrange some geat openair concerts you can enjoy for free!

Sophienholm is a great place to visit. It is a place that contains art, a beautiful garden with panoramic view, and a cafe/restaurant. You can also feed the ducks at the lake :)
