Kawiarnia podaje zupełnie inne ceny w menu niż w rzeczywistości, do tego obsługa twierdzi, że jest chwilowy problem z wydrukiem paragonu. Po chwilowej dyskusji obsługa twierdzi, że ceny z zestawów kanapka + sok obowiązują w innych godzinach, jednak takiej informacji nie ma w cyfrowym menu. Co więcej dzień wcześniej w tej samej sieciówce w centrum Tirany, jedząc śniadanie o tej samej porze, nie było takich problemów.

They count different prices for us ond our friends table than were in menu, watch out how much do you pay :/

It’s the biggest cappuccino I had in Europe and it was completely cheap compared to other places! The sandwiches are awesome and the service is amazing

Sophie is my favorite chain of coffee shops in Tirana for about 10 years already. Just perfect coffee and always same pleasant interior. This time the stuff was extremely rude and not helpful, so pity 😒... But stuff is changing in Sophie Cafe and the clients - no 😉

Заказали кофе, милкшейк, круассаны и апельсиновый сок. Сначала принесли круассаны… и говорит enjoy your meal. Пока несли кофе , круассаны естественно остыли, кофе тоже холодный принесли… и то когда уже пришла на кассу узнать где заказ. Весь заказ принесли в пластике, хотя мы заказывали за столиком. Всем остальным несли в стекле, в бокалах и кружках. Попросила счёт, пришёл официант и начал считать в уме. Попросила принести чек, принёс. Ждала минут 10, когда придёт заберёт деньги. Не дождалась и пошла оплатила на кассе. Сервис ужасен.

Kawiarnia chciała oszukać na pieniądze. Na stolikach stoją ulotki do zeskanowania menu, zatem logiczne byłoby stwierdzenie, że jest ono aktualne. Po zobaczeniu cen zdecydowaliśmy się na zamowienie o równowartości 610 lek. Przy płaceniu usłyszeliśmy kwotę 1300 lek, nie dostaliśmy też paragonu. Kelner tłumaczy cenę tym, że menu znajdujące się na stolikach jest stare i to wina klientów, że nie pytają. Dopiero po kilku minutach kłótni zapłaciliśmy tyle, ile rzeczywiście powinniśmy. Pomimo tego, że kawa była dobra, zdecydowanie odradzam to miejsce. Być może obsługa pomyślała, że skoro jesteśmy turystami to mogą na nas „zarobić”.

Attention the waiter would scam us and told price over two times higher than in menu. When we told him its a scam, he said "this menu include old prices". After a short word fight we paid a "real bill" and waiter didn’t plead guilty. The coffee was good but the disgust remained.

Staff came 5 minutes after coffee was served and said we needed to pay because their shift was ending, we were charged 30% more than the menu price. They said it hadnt been updated yet but didnt inform us before we ordered

Friendly staff, good place and vibe.

Delicious and huge coffes, cheap prices, outdoor fan with water mist spray was also nice, would recommend it.

Love this place! Coffee is amazing but a little too big. The fruit cookies are heavenly and the vibes are very local and nice.

Coffee is good. I would recommend the coffee and the croissant together, theyre cheaper and they croissant is good. However, its quite warm during summer since they dont have AC but fans instead. And sometimes during summer it smells bad since there are the city trash not far away.

In questo bellissimo e affollatissimo bar abbiamo potuto bere un buonissimo caffè Lavazza. Il locale dispone di sala interna molto ampia, tavoli allesterno con riscaldamento. Il personale tutti ragazzi giovanissimi e cordiali, gentili e disponibili. Consigliatissimo!!! Natale Colella

DO NOT RECOMMEND SOPHIE COFFEE if you are looking for a nice coffee shop to either work or just chill, because you will certainly be disappointed by their SERVICE & PRICE.It is literally the WORSET coffee shop experience I’ve had in Tirana after I’ve been here for over a month and almost been to most of  the coffee shops in this city.1)      When I walked in, the staff gave me this arrogant look that made me want to walk out of the shop instantly.  While I was looking for a comfortable seat to do some reading, this female staff looked very impatiently at me as if I was a weirdo.2)      Makiato is so over priced (100lekcompared to other coffee shops (60~80lek), and it DOES NOT come with a glass of water while most of other bars do.3)      I asked for a glass of tap water, they refused and asked me buy the bottled water because they said they have to pay for the tap water!4)      Most bars that have over 50- 100 thousand $ investment in them, big spaces and much better caffe, they charge 80-90 cents for makiato. For foreigners it is not much but for Albania that is just acting like they are better then everyone else.You can get a better coffee any other place and you can help on not supporting businesses like SOPHIE that try to trick people with their arrogance.

Nice coffee and beverages however the service really bad, Two of the guys working there the 2 last months not polite at all. For every order you must get up and search for their attention otherwise you will not be served.Other spots are just fine
