Good breakfast nice and greasy tater tots cleared my bowls instantly.....will return, if constipated

Good came out quick. Whoever packed the orders in the paper bags, seriously you are amazing. You fit everything so neatly and nicely. The tots were not oily and finally they were perfectly crunchy.

Great place for late night munchies always gets our order wright and they are super friendly great customer service.

Ordered shakes and tots. Always love sonic. Service was great. The machine I pulled up to was broken down for taking my payment but he took my card and swiped it inside I think. Will come back

Needs customer service training. I get it your up early and at work maybe even tried but you can sometimes make someone day just by say good morning.

If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would there shakes and food are so bad and disgusting it taste like the shake mix has been out for days and the food had been sitting for hours just awful experience

The Experience I Had At Dennys Was Really Good Manager Gina Servers Chris, Jenica, Leslie and Josh The Cook So Friendly.

Bought some icees or whatever they are called and it tasted like tap water with a bit hint of grape 🍇 for mine 😅 it was my first time at a sonic and was disappointing

Good place to stop. Friendly, foods good. Just be sure to mention sauce, if needed, bc they tend to not mention it or add any in your bag. Lol

Took for ever never answered.So we went to the Drive-throughThen we got help after like 25 minutes. But all an all the food was really good.

The food was freshly made and the staff were nice.

So, this is the 3rd time sonic staff provides me with the incorrect order, either something missing or wrong food, not sure if they are under staff because they also take a long time to get the food ready. Ive been waiting to get my mozzarella sticks for approx 35 min and still waiting..

Went to Sonic in Shafter, Ca to get my daily fix: A Route 44 Grape Slushy. 🟣🟣( WITH OBLY 2 PUMPS)🟣🟣🟣 But unfortunately the cup fell when I exited the vehicle 🚗, I had not yet taken a picture of my purchase so I took a picture of the aftermath. Drink was great. Icy cold, fast service. A+

We had the super Sonic deluxe and it was delicious.

I changed my rating because every since they ran out of lemonade last month, the strawberry lemonade has not been the same. They only fill the glass 1/2 way of ice, barely any strawberries and the lemonade taste like the powder kind now. If Im going to spend $5 bucks on a drink, then It should be up to par that has me salivating until i return for another one. Not sure if all Sonics are now like this, but the Shafter location is.

Went threw the drive through at 8pm happy hour and ordered 3 milkshakes and a Sunday and it came out to 29.01 not half price so I asked and they said there not doing happy hour so I told them to keep it and I drove over to General’s and order the same thing it was under $20 and better quality I will be going to gerneral’s next time.

Horribly slow and disorganized. Rude and So Slow. Sat in drive threw for 15 minutes at 930 pm

Well I ordered food which was ok BUT, when I ordered 3 large drinks I guess I worded it wrong & got something other then what I asked for. I ordered 3 large oreo cookie dough shakes the ones that are advertised on their commercials. When I left I decided to take a taste of mine but noticed there was no cookie dough inside. So I pulled over to the side of the road and called Sonic.When I had explained what happened the lady was very rude saying " you ordered a oreo shake " I said " no I ordered an oreo cookie dough shake " she said we dont sell cookie dough shakes we sell cookie dough blast & thats not what you ordered. I said oh ok I just worded it wrong but I did mention to the lady I ordered from the cookie dough thing thats on the commercial she should have known or ask me.I said I want to bring it back to get my order correct and she said rudely " then your gonna have to pay the difference. Ok no problem. But then she changed and said well your gonna just have to pay for all new ones and hung up on me. I tried calling back for 5 min. But no one answered the phone. Iam greatly disappointed in how this woman handled the situation ( management, maybe )???? This is not how to treat your customers. I didnt even feel safe driving back there to correct my order for fear of her tampering with my order. My kids were very sad & disappointed they didnt get their ( oreo cookie dough blast that they have been seeing on the commercials.I would have drove to a different Sonic but I just couldnt after spending what I did on our meals there for dinner.

Always stop bye to get food and ice cream. Workers there are always friendly and always have a smile on there face. Would recommend it to anyone that wants ice cream on the go.

Last 4 times I have been to this sonic my order has been completely wrong. I have tried to get my order fixed and all I get is bad attitude.

I like this location. I like the girls here!! They are fast and good at their jobs.

This location doesn’t show on the app, so I am never able to order and get the deals! and it’s been like that for almost a year! Why tho?

I thought asking for I.D when paying with a debit/credit card was illegal? I send my kids all the time to buy milkshakes with my card, I dont feel I should give them my I.D as well. Will be reporting this place.

I was 2 hours out of town .going back into my area when I looked at the temperature in my car 98 in Bakersfield. HOT even with Ac on so I asked my friend wouldnt a slush be nice .so Google a SONIC close by .we order two to go fast service only two cars there .but yucky the water they use to makes the ice .no filter. It tastes like hose water from my front yard. Definitely not up to the standards of others .some one is cutting corners. Not for me thanks

First Id like to say I do enjoy me some sonic, its it or miss aleast with this location some times there food is on point and others it can be stale and soggy, its a gamble every time.lol. the customer service is always good when ever I go though, Id be happy to change my rating if food quality becomes more consistent

False advertisment lol they dont actually come out in roller skates to give you your food like in the commercial, besides that food was ok , but the watermelon slushy was gross

I have reviewed this Sonic before, but they have really turned it around. The staff is quick to help you, happy to manage your odd food & drink requests, & very enjoyable to visit. This is our go to location now when we are in the area. Enjoy!

It would of gone better if I actually got my slushie instead of a soda. It was fine atleast I got something to drink.

Pretty standard Sonic. They seen to have a hard time with the ordering intercom and have you repeat yourself several times but Im the end the order is always correct.

I love this place they never got my order wrong everything comes hot and delicious. I wish they wouldnt take that long to givey order but they do give it hot. So I shouldnt complain. Keep it up guys

The speaker is terrible and they rarely get my order correct. I am always having to repeat myself and then I think they understand and I get back to my office just to find out that I got the wrong food. Very frustrating. I do not have time to go back and argue with someone...especially when I wasnt given a receipt either! I have mentioned the speaker problem over and over and today the guy said, "If I had a dollar for every time someone told me that, I could quit and pay for school already!" Come on sonic...get it fixed already!

I often go to this location as do my coworkers, because it’s not far from our office. It never fails that I have an issue with just about literally every order I get from here. I typically place my order and then take it back to my office to eat, which is when I find out that what I had ordered isn’t what I have received! They charge me wrong as well which is also very aggravating! I have even had enough of the hassle to where I have taken the time to call to complain and speak to a manager about these continuing issues. When I have called I get told that a manger is not in at that time and I have left my name and contact information for a call back and never have gotten a return call! That alone proves the service and care for their customers I believe! :(
