Sonic Drive-In in Muskogee

This is the Muskogee location. They were having computer issues so order was taken by the carhop. It took a little longer & when it arrived there was only 2 napkins so I asked for some more. Chili dogs can be messy. Lady never came back.. After waiting another 5 minutes we left. Thankfully we had kleenex. Wouldnt recommend due to poor customer service.

Lunch crew are on point. Food came as I ordered it.

I received my food hot and fresh and the workers where nice and have big smile. Thanks for the service

Went here tonight and service was horrible. workers seemed to be playing around instead of getting orders out. We never got the right things , was very rude and we won’t be back

Eh...a lot of times we come through, the fries arent fresh and the burgers are greasy, and sometimes its the opposite which is very enjoyable. We came through today, we had greasy burgers and unfresh fries. However I will say the staff is always friendly and polite.

At this particular Sonics the service is always good.

We had several other people come and leave before we got are order. An all I ordered was 3 drinks and a hot fudge sundae

The customer service is pretty good and the tater tots are always hot.

We waiting for over 20 minutes for 3 drinks. We end up leaving without our drinks. I would give them a negative rating if I could

This place sucks…none of the stalls work…u press the red button and nobody takes your orders and I have been waiting 20 mins for 3 drinks…OMG

The pickle fries are good! Their app never works so you cant do any of the half-price drinks cuz theyre app doesnt work

When Carol is working things run smoothly. There are a few ladies on day shift that are awesome. But the night crew is about worthless. Ordered 2 ice waters Monday night and it wasnt busy by any means waited 15 minutes for the drive thru to get my drinks and all they were doing is standing around talking to each other. A girl got my drinks done sat them there and walked away to finish talking to the guys there. Corporate needs to come in on evening shift make a surprise visit and see how things are done .

Didnt take long for the food at all

Gonna give a one to this sonic. I ordered on my phone and it took over 20 mins to get my 2 drinks and 2 fries. Then Even though the pickle fries come with ranch, I even added two tubs to my order, and still didnt get ranch. My drinks were also supposed to be easy ice and neither one is.

During my visit to this location, I was assisted by Sabrina. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, EXPEDITED SERVICE, MILLION DOLLAR SMILE.FOOD WAS HOT, FRESH, AND LOOKED JUST LIKE THE PHOTO ON THE MENU.

It was quick but drinks were made well and not sloppy....

Placed an order on the app for a large drink, drove there and checked in 5 minutes later. I waited over 10 minutes and then pressed the button and they told me they were short handed. I told them it was just a drink and it shouldn’t be 30 minutes. I asked them to cancel my order so I could get out of there but then wake up to being charged still

Been here twice and once ordered through box, waited almost 30 minutes for food. This time I ordered through the app 7 minutes before I arrived. 15 minutes later was told sorry its ready but server didnt bring it out. Was very disappointed.

Card readers do not work. Seemed as if they (corporatedidnt care about the facility as in appearance. Personally need to just shut it down!

We live 4 blocks from the location on west Okmulgee street in Muskogee Oklahoma. Unfortunately its pointless trying to get food from this location. Half of the screens dont work and the parking lot looks like it hasnt been washed un quite some time. It as if the owner doesnt even care as its been this way for quite some time. Just shut down if youre not going to do it right. It has to be embarrassing to work at this store.

Unless you have 30-60 minutes to waste on lukewarm food, watered down drinks and a surly staff, skip BOTH Sonics in Muskogee. They BOTH have major issuesBelow regards Okmulgee locationSO:I was picking up two shakes that had been pre-ordered online. I pulled into a stall and let them know I was there....(8 minutes later.....after no shakes & no response on the call button I had no choice but to go thru the drive thru...where I waited in line another 13 min...so i had a 25 minute total wait for 2 prepaid online shakes.* I asked the guy at the drive-thru window that should I ever come back what was quicker the drive-thru or sitting in a stall? And he said " well I only had one CarHop and I had to send him home tonight... so thats why it was a "little bit" backed up...."

I love this Sonic! If they mess up and order they fix it no problem. Fast courteous excellent service

Is sonic drive-in no matter where youre at is always good food but the service here is particular sonic make not particularly a great location bits ancient but a wonderful place to stop and have a meal on the go are the ship and enjoy your meal with yourself for your family give him a try.

This location is my favorite Sonic.. the staff is very friendly and the food is always hot and what I expect when I order. Their limeades are really good at this location, unlike the location in Checotah where the linemades taste mildewy and the food looks and taste like it went through a microwave.

They were fast on getting my order out! I know alot of places are short staffed but they did their jobs exceptionally!

A car hop fast food chain that has in my opinion, no problem, shortage, issues direct or indirect Sonic in Okmulgee continues providing excellent service, providing higher quality product thats fresh and so cleen. Best choice of options off the menu for customers.

Fast and friendly the way a fast food service should be. If you have to choose between this one and the one on York street definitely choose this one! Far far superior in both customer service and quality.

It was my first time eating from Sonic. Food was good once I finally got it. Definitely will eat here again. Order online. Pulled into stall 9 and check in. My button switched to stall 9. I waited and waited. Decided to call over the waitress when she finished delivering to a truck beside me. She went in and found my order

Fast service and friendly car attendant. I took my grandchild there for a vanilla milk shake. She enjoyed it. We will be back.

The better of the sonics to go to in town. Staff is friendly, depending on the time that you go. Downfall is that the order stall screens are never working and they tend to be out of stock on things just about every time you go.

We visited at about 10 PM and it was so busy! (Understandably, its a Saturday night), however it took almost twenty minutes just to be able to leave the parking lot. We did visit the location on 10th and Okmulgee and even though we were 4th in line, we were out of there with our order filled perfectly within 15 minutes!

Theyve gotten very good at following weird orders to a T, and even put up with the treats I order for my dogs! (A small cup of just whip cream and peanutbutter)10/10, the boys love it and always get good pets from the employees.

Needs to make sure all items are in the order before it is brought out to the guests. Purchased 2 wacky packy meals and didnt get the full meals.Then had to have them bring the toys out.The onion rings tasted old and stale.So we will not be returning back to that location

Friendly staff but every single time I have been here my order is wrong and/or missing something. There is also ALWAYS a long wait no matter what time you go but its longer at night (even in the drive thru). If you want fast service and the correct order you should go to the Sonic on York Street. If you go to this location just remember to check your order before leaving or you will more than likely be making another trip to pickup the rest of your food.

In the drive thru for 40 mins. People behind us were getting food before us. Burger and mozzarella sticks were burnt. The only reason I did 2 instead of 1 was because the girl at the window was sweet.

The Sonic on okmulgee in Muskogee is fast frieñdly I enjoy Everytime I go there they have sum really nice n polite workers

Two months ago I gave this Sonic location in Muskogee 5 stars, and spoke of how good their food had been lately. Today, March 5th, there lucky to get one star from me. The wife and I sent our onion rings back twice. First they were burnt, second time under cooked. The double meat bacon & toaster cheeseburgers were barely tolerable, I requested pickle and got none. My wife couldnt finish hers, it was kind of tough to chew. The manager gets credit for coming to my car and trying to take care of, and explain the problem, offering substitutes. This day the shipment of onion rings they received from their supplier, were defective, and people had been sending them back with complaints, all day. They wouldnt cook up right. Thanks to the day manager for trying to make it right, but the fries were not good either. Boy, what happened to this Sonic??? It was doing so good two months ago. I as a customer suggest you fix it quickly. Were considering not coming back. Loose to many of us, and you guys loose your paycheck. I mean this complaint respectively. Im not being smart at you. You want reviews, you got one from me for this bad day at the East Olkmogee location. Sorry guys, I know serving the public aint easy. Thanks for your efforts anyhow, but this is no excuse. Worst suppertime experience weve had in a long while. By the way we went home hungry and wasted $19.00 on this meal. We should have been fully refunded. Instead we ate what we could of the lame burgers, got are substitutes to late to eat with them, even those were lame, and went away very disappointed.

Went to eat a #1 combo at drive thru. Very friendly. Food was awesome. Loved everything! Awesime Onion Rings! Food was Hot and Fresh! 😜 accidentally drove off without my bank card. They made sure we got it back. The best Sonic service in Muskogee!!!!!!!!

This is 2 medium chocolate shakes. No, nothing was drank from one of them. When I complained, the woman actually said the full one had too much whipped cream, and the 3/4 full one was supposedly correct.

Today went well. Most of the time attitudes of carhops are negative as if we bothered them and we have even had them ask for their tips before giving us a chance to decide. Today, a different carhops came out and was caring and it went well. 1:15 pm . We ordered slush and fries.

I love the option of the app I only use it now I discovered it. Order put in a pick up time already paid for by the time you get there. A plus always half price drinks when you use the app. So much faster highly recommend

very slow. were went through the drive through and ordered 2 simple drinks and 2 pretzel sticks only to have to wait at the dice through window for 10 extra minutes. not to mention we finished our drinks before the food came. when it did they were over cooked. Highly disappointed.

Just left...ordered chili cheese cheese sticks w/onions. You would have thought I was speaking German! Took roughly 3 times explaining what I wanted. Ordered a couple other things. Didnt get it right & didnt seem like they cared. People need to realize their customers are the ONLY reason they have that job!
