This place was great. 7 stars. Given the room and the price and the location to the Thai place embassy it was perfect. Also on a quiet street so you don’t hear the rickshaw noise at night.

Convenient and stylish

I am staying at 2BR apartment and for the first time to hold a gathering to celebrate EID with few friends. The management and entire staff especially Ms. Navy, made the impossible - possible. I asked different room set-up, chair arrangement, cutleries, jugs and and and. Ms. Navy is showing me what truly hospitality is all about. Thank you!!Amongst of the 20-guest including some VIP from the embassy and attaché, the process of guest registration and parking was stress-free. The staffs are escorting the 20 over guest to my unit with patient.Somerset is always giving a home feeling away from home. Thank you

Wonderful to be back again. I have been staying here frequently for quite a few months ago for usually about a week. Staff has gotten to know me and ensures they fix any issues I come across. The room is clean and housekeeping takes care of my whim and fancies while the sales and reception are excellent to my requests.

Well Joel you have a long way to go. Your hotel is an absolute joke, especially the service.5 Star prices for 2 star service. If i was involved in the place Id honestly close it down for 3mths whilst the service was given a massive rethink and the staff totally retrained or rehired.The biggest joke - and sums up your establishment- is that you advertise a rooftop pool and bar. But the bar is unstocked, unmanned and when residents are forced to buy their own drinks to have around the pool your staff very rudely ban it!!!!I visit Cambodia 3-4 times every year and always spend time in Phnom Penh. Usually I stay at the Palace Gate hotel which is excellent, but a friend recommended your place as it was near his home. He came to visit me whilst I was there and he apologised for his poor recommendation.We will definitely NEVER consider staying there again.

Extremely severe lack of enforcement for smoking within the compounds, including air-conditioned areas. This is despite the building being officially a non-smoking building. It has resulted in my room, the gym, the breakfast area all reeking of cigarette smoke periodically throughout the day and night.If this isnt fixed, I would never endanger my health by staying here again.

Nice place and warm service

Very modern and clean, good breakfast spread. Has an awesome rooftop pool, with shade in the late afternoon and great views.Very close to various Embassies, ie the Thai Embassy is literally a 5 minute walk.No nearby shops, but always has tuktuks waiting at the roadside.Friendly staff too.
