Some Random Bar in Seattle
Description
Privilege
One of my favorite Seattle restaurants. While the atmosphere is nothing too unique, the food is superb. Go-tos include the garlic pull apart bread and the crab nachos. Delicious every time.
MoreThis spot is absolutely amazing! They have a revolving menu based on what is seasonal, fresh, and available. The staff is real and on point and they were one of my best experiences in Seattle. We went once and made sure to stop back before we flew home. If you talk to Amanda, tell her the Texas mule and double Jameson chilled couple from Maryland said hi!
MoreThis is probably my favourite restaurants in seattle. Crab nachos are bomb! Pull apart bread is genius. Burgers are top notch!
MoreGreat people, great drinks. Food is excellent. Get the garlic bread.
Good drinks and good service. Their Sunday brunch options are awesome too.
My friend and I tried this place on our first night during our first trip to Seattle. We absolutely loved the atmosphere, drinks, and food... So much that we came back two additional times during our 3 day stay. If I ever make my way back in the area I will for sure be back! Our favs were definitely the crab nachos and the garlic pull apart nachos.
MoreFood is absolutely amazing! One of my favorite places to eat. Drinks are sometimes meh, but like, I go there for the good food and good vibes
MoreThis places has the best food, everything I’ve tried has been amazing. Compliments to chef Bryant!! Great place to watch a football game! The girls behind the bar are awesome. Cory and Amanda always make sure to fake laugh at all my jokes!
MoreBeen here couple of times, it WAS my favorite place. The worst management ever in SEATTLE. Even though you joined the waitlist and YOU SAT OUTSIDE RIGHT NEXT DOOR, you still were considered absent 🤷🏻♀️ I think they expect you to STAND right at the front door to be called in. They said the wait was 15 minutes, OK we waited right outside. And came back in to check after 10 minutes and they said “I think we passed you”. Not even saying sorry. Terrible.UPDATE: Yeah right. Like I HAD TO KNOW that there were 10 bar stools to sit and wait and I still decided to sit at another restaurant table. She told me to HANG AROUND OUTSITE and the wait was 15 minutes. IT WAS ALL MY FAULT THAT I CHOSE TO COME HERE AND LEFT WITH THE “OKAY” FROM THE MANAGER.
MoreGood drinks! The coffee old fashioned was definitely a unique experience.
Hostess is extremely rude. I’m disabled and was told we could sit and the bar or a tiny narrow table, both of which were inaccessible for me. We asked could we sit and any of the other wider tables and were snarkily told no because they were hoping “groups of three or more” might arrive. Wasn’t even the weekend and there was several unreserved tables available. Thankfully there’s some other great restaurants nearby who are more than happy to have disabled customers and have pleasant staff.
MoreWent here for Sunday brunch. Staff was friendly, food was good, and the prices were what youd expect for city dinning. Smoked brisket sandwich 🥪 was a hit and the crab nachos were good as well. I personally had the prime rib hash which was good but not great. Sunday is all day happy hour. Bloody Marys were a bit on the weak side. My friend had to ask for a double. Mimosas were on point though. I had their Jean Mimosa.
MorePleasantly surprised by friendly wait staff, delicious food and cocktails. The name doesnt do the place justice! The staff seem genuinely happy to work here, which makes for great vibes.
MoreThis is my favorite bar in Seattle. The staff are incredible, the food is exquisite (best impossible burger around), the seating options are great (you can dine inside, which is beautiful but expectedly noisy when busy, and the outside street covered seating area gives an option for soaking up sun or feeling a nice breeze as you drink any of their phenomenal cocktails). 10/10, Do Recommend.
MoreWe came in because the name was awesome, and the rest did not disappoint! Chris was our bartender and he was great, nachos were delicious and drinks were as well! Would definitely come back
MoreGreat little bar with surprisingly tasty food! Afterwork or neighborhood joint. Parking can be a challenge in this area, so uber is a good option. Staff was friendly and helpful with selections. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world 🌎
MoreThe crab nachos are unbelievably good! Once a month I have to make sure to grab a drink and some nachos from this spot. The drink specials are awesome and the outside seating is great.
MoreThe wait staff was attentive and friendly. The place was clean and inviting. We popped in on a whim. The piña colada was stunning and the wings were the best I’ve had in 5+yrs. Don’t sleep on this place!
MoreWent twice in one day because the place is great. Brunch was delicious as were Bloody Mary’s with the house made mix. Staff is incredible. They went beyond to answer questions we had about the area.$1 tap beer if you win a coin flip on Sundays
MoreThe food was good! I wouldnt feel the need to return the next time Im in Seattle but I had a nice time tonight and do not regret going. We ordered the pull apart bread, the grilled shrimp club and the crab nachos. It was a ton of food. The shrimp club was the best and our server was even better! She had some great suggestions and our drinks were always refilled.
MoreGood mood and food. One photo is missing, CRAB NACHOS is a must.
Enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich but was not impressed by the fries. Drink menu was unique and the gin/blood orange/rosemary cocktail was excellent.
MoreWe got garlic pull apart, chicken wings and crab nachos. The ambience was good, a cozy place with welcoming hosts. Crab nachos were unanimous hit among the group. Garlic pull apart gave Italian flavor, loved it.
MoreI wanted to find a place to eat and talk to people while solo traveling. The Painted Hills Beef Burger was so juicy I got it all over me. That is how you know its a great burger when it is messy. The people at the bar were friendly and the bar tender, Cory, was even more friendly. She made me feel like a regular. I would highly recommend this place.
MoreFun atmosphere with great food and drinks!Super friendly staff! Ordered grilled rockfish tacos (seasonaland its f*ckin summer mixed drink. Fish + the salsa was perfect flavor combo - very filling. The drink was refreshing and not super sweet. Not too bad prices, need to come during happy hour next time.Cant wait to go back and try other stuff!
MoreThe Nachos and fish tacos were incredible. Service was great and staff was friendly. Great place for a relaxing place to grab drinks and food!
MoreDinner and drinks...decent prices for Belltown. Brisket sandwich was damn tasty. Burger was grilled perfectly medium. Couple of cocktails made the evening just right. Recommend the Devils Margarita!
MoreWe got the chicken wings and the impossible burger. The chicken wing were awesomeee!I normally despise spicy stuff but this was so good that I didn’t even feel the spiciness. The burguer was excellent too, you can’t really notice is not even from beef - and the burrata cheese gives it a nice different flavor to it!I would definitely come back for some more food.
MoreFantastic people. The staff and the owners were wonderful. I will definitely be back the next time Im in Seattle
MoreHad a great meal today. So few good brunch options in Seattle - this place has a stellar Sunday brunch. Good cocktails, friendly owner. I’ve never had anything less than a good time here
MoreThis place was fantastic. The service was top notch. We stumbled in here and the owner was so friendly. Its a family owned joint and fun place to meet friends or watch a sports game. Thank you for a great time!
MoreThe chicken wings were way better than they had any business being. The chicken fell off the bones and man I loved it. The portion size was solid as well. More than enough for 2 people. Also the George Clooney cocktail was amazing. Genuinely one of the best coffee based drinks Ive ever had.Service was good and the place was clean. Prices were between 7$ to 15$ for most items. Give it a try!
MoreFor a bar, everything was good. The wings were tasty and fell off the bone!
Great experience with elevated food menu. I was recommended the crab nachos and it didnt disappoint. Bartenders are friendly. The highlight is the bourbon menu. Extensive list with a great rare collection. Highly recommend if youre looking for a special pour.
MoreBig fan of this place! The service and staff is wonderful and friendly. Gives off a good neighborhood vibe. The cocktails are well crafted and they always have the best local beers on tap. Their food surprised me and is so tasty. I expected pub food but instead it is excellent quality and a nice selection. Menu rotates occasionally so be sure to stop by to try out the new items. Prices are fair and I really have no complaints about any of my experiences from going here. Cheers!
MoreWed intended to go to Black Bottle, which is next door, but accidentally walked into Some Random Bar. After discovering our mistake and laughing at the fact that wed walked into Some Random Bar instead of the bar wed intended, we decided to stay. And we were glad we did. They have a good, reasonably-priced list of beers on tap plus tasty cocktails. The spicy mango margarita and the double chocolate stout on tap were particular favorites. Along with our drinks, we had two snacks: french fries and the house made clam chowder. The french fries were good, but the clam chowder was truly excellent. Im looking forward to going back and trying more of their food. But what we were most impressed by was the service! It was friendly and fast. We had our drinks within minutes of sitting down and our food came out quickly as well. When one friend knocked water everywhere, including on another friend, the server noticed immediately and had arrived with a cloth before we even had time to start mopping it up with napkins. Were definitely planning to go back.
MoreReally good food & drinks! We got the pull apart bread and the wings alongside the blueberry sangria and the hot cinnamon alcoholic drink. Friendly waitress and waiters, great atmosphere, would come here again!
MoreGreat and friendly service! Food was delicious started with a warm garlic pull apart, the chicken parmesan was perfect and ended with a warm and sweet Hot Buttered rum. Will definitely be back!
MoreMy wife ate here last time she visited Seattle. She liked it so much we had the Lyft drop us off here before we checked into the hotel. She was correct. Best burger in the city. The peach and butter lettuce salad was excellent!
MoreSuch a delicious time with champagne and chicken wings and garlic bread with mozzarella. The cocktails we tried were all fine but too sweet for me. The Garden of Eden, Paloma and #cancuncruz.
MoreThey take customer care as lightly as the name. In the efforts of giving a rustic vintage look to the place they made it rust like. How is one supposed to pour water from this jar? Is it supposed to be cool? My friend ordered a fish which was clearly stale and they didn’t even offer to replace it even after he pointed that out. Location is good with parking adjacent to the place.
MoreReally glad that the restaurant requires vaccination proof! We had the watermelon mojito and cancuncruz cocktails. Watermelon mojito was really refreshing. Cancuncruz - need to give credit for the punny cocktail name.Food - portion size was good.
MoreGreat cocktails! Great shaded area outside under a huge tree. Good music. Nice people. Broad cocktail and whisky selection.
MoreThis place is a gem 💎 great food and drinks, service and vibes!!! Best Jello shot ever! Also they make an amazing hot sauce in house!🔥
MoreThis is definitely a random bar, but with a cool vibe of unique cocktails and food items. You can definitely go watch a football game there, or go on a causal date, or if you want to get your buddy shmacked on their birthday. 😁Id recommend checking out this cool belltown place.
MoreLoved the food 100% attentive service. I got the crab nachos to share and BBQ salmon over green chili cheese grits. I honestly think the grits were some of the best Ive ever had at a restaurant. Drinks werent bad but I hope to try better next time.
MoreWe came here for dinner on a Friday night and it was busy, understandably. It has a good vibe for a younger crowd, the music was loud so slightly difficult to have a conversation. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the crab nachos and they were spectacular. Home made nachos piled high with a huge scoop of fresh home made guacamole. Yummy fresh crab throughout. Im sad I wont be back to Seattle any time soon to eat these again.
MoreYou cannot go wrong with food or drinks here. It literally does not matter what you order, you won’t be disappointed! Locally owned, friendly service, fun atmosphere....great cocktail and delicious food all in one place!
MoreGreat little nice bar with very friendly and welcoming service, and a good selection of drinks and food. I tried the grilled shrimp club sandwich as I felt a little adventurous, and it was simply amazing! Highly recommended, and can’t wait to go back next time I’m in town.
MoreShowed up for a late night drink and a snack. Asked to be sat outside on the streetside patio booth. The server was very friendly and helped us decide what to eat and actually encouraged us to order small and order more if we were still hungry (we were going to order more to try different things and take home leftovers). The wings were extremely soft and tender (as many reviewers have raved about. Maybe TOO soft. They literally slide right off the bone, which is nice because you dont have to fight to clean everything from the wing. Flavor was a fantastic mix of sweet and savory, not very spicy. They is a slight texture in there that reminds me of eating extremely fine sand. Obviously thats something they put in the sauce. Not terrible, but noticeable.Recommended.
