Good for business travels.The Service:I arrived late and found the car parking was full, the service was kind of lacking as the reception didnt have any alternative for me and prior to arriving i asked specifically for a parking which they told me they couldnt reserve, but it is almost never full. I had to figure out where to park and leave the car in the street. (To other travelers i can recommend the market square parking, its close and cost 16 euro a day and plenty of space).The location:Perfect location, right in the center. Its close to food options and right in the city center.Sum up:I was feeling a little let down by the receptionist and felt like she may have been a little rude. Otherwise its likely the best hotel in Lahti and a decent place overall with a good breakfast in Lahti. Good for business travels.

Had a night stay in Solo Sokos. Checkin was smooth and lady was very helpful. I also used the parking and breakfast option. Both were good. Breakfast has good variety and options. Overall good experience!

the room equipped with iron and ironing board - made my evening 🌆. Also organic hygiene products, make up mirror and tea bar highly appreciated 👍

Beautiful hotel stayed on the "new" side, above the store. Private saunas, lounge to hang in, elevators take you into the department store, and restaurants diwnstaues, phenomenal breakfast accross the at old hotel every morning.

Everything ok in this hotel. Parking garage has entrance right to the hotel. And one can fit also a bigger car inside (I had a van), altought an older building.

Very comfortable beds and hotel. Loved the fact that they asked if we wanted the cleaning service everyday of our stay because of the waste of water and energy it is to the environment. Thats the way to go. Also the breakfast buffet is just amazing. It was very dietary inclusive for vegans, lactose and gluten intolerants. Really central and the staff was also very nice. Nothing bad to point. Ahh...and also loved the little detail for the hand soap, shower and conditioner to be from the brand rituals. Usually hotels give a white label brand and this is really a nice touch.

A really excellent hotel right in the middle of LAHTI. Several dining options onsite and offsite. S-Market located straight across the street. This hotel is famous for its breakfast buffet!

Quite ok, although the lobby and lounge gave quite a bit nicer impression than what the rest of the hotel actually was.

Another great hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was nicely appointed. I appreciate the large bathroom. I think I might have been upgraded given the size seems a bit larger than most in the area. The hotel is within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Overall, a great place to stay.

Great location in the middle of Lahti center. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, has a nice little bar too. The building is typical of the neighbourhood (not good, not bad), but the rooms could use a do-over - so much brown and beige... Clean and well maintained.

Good Sokos Hotel brand hotel in excellent location in the center of Lahti. There is a bar downstairs and great breakfast for all guests also. Breakfast includes all items from traditional continental breakfast and lunch to good dessert and is served pretty late, too. The hotel was renovated recently and rooms are modern and elegant.

Stay here and have a good nights sleep and an excellent breakfast, or just pop in solely for their best in class Bistro Burger and a beer, it’s worth it :)

Nice place, been here several times. Amazing breakfast but dont order the bottle of sparkling vine in the room when you arrive, they will forget it... And wont compensate..

This breakfast was the best I have ever eaten in any hotel! Im eating plant based and the alternatives was amazing and the waitress was so kind and really took care of us! I could just go with the 10h ferry, 1h train and 15 min walk just to eat there again 😍 thank you so much ❤

Tiny room, frigo bar not refilled every day, they forgot to take my clothes to laundry for two days (even if I asked for it...). Room cleaning service came at 5.00 pm to do the room...

Nice hotel, but dont deserve the Sokos Solo status. If this would be Sokos Original I would give 4 stars. Service quite average, but rooms over the average.

Had a very nice experience in the hotel. Superb breakfast, friendly staff and comfy and very convenient room. Very good hotel.

The receptionist was not very friendly. The room was ok, but the position of the bed made it tricky to get in/out (too close to the wall). The bed was not very big for 2 people. The bathroom was not very clean and every time you flush the toilet dirty looking water comes from a hole in the wall flooding part of the floor. The hotel restaurant was closed on Sunday evening, which is rediculous for such an expensive hotel. The only good thing was the breakfast which had a large selection of fresh food.Not recommended.

Like the place.Have stayed there on 3 occassions on work. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Location is in the central Lahti place and easily accessible by bus to many places. Breakfast is amazing. Overall a good and cozy place to stay in Lahti

This place just gets better as you experience it. The beds are comfortable and warm, details like the large soft towels are appreciated. There is a bar, serving food and snacks. Beer, gin and tonic, and some of the best fries in the world! And try the hot chocolate too. Breakfast is spectacular with a good selection

after renovating the hotel this is even better than before. nowadays the nightclub is pretty awesome.
