The atmosphere is great. Very laid back, great background music. It can get crowded during the night on the weekends, but good place to have a drink, chat, work, or read a book while having a coffee (during the afternoon before it gets too crowded).

Absolutely beautiful! By beautiful I mean the staff, the drinks (I recommend the Berry juice), the vibes and the seatings! Its such an aesthetic! Its also animal friendly and its so amazing to be greeted by a humans best friend! My friends and I go there almost everyday after a long day of work! We could he covered in dust and they would not care! I say that because we are! Every.single.time.The staff never fails to amaze me!I wish I took a nicer picture but the vibe is so amazing that I forget I have a phone! I highly recommend this place !! ✨✨✨✨

This place has great home made food, drinks, tea, juices and dessert. I definitely recommend for people who are looking for a change from commercial pubs for a place to chill and spend a good time on the stairs of Ma Mikael. The place is somehow chill, so dont expect to have a full time service at your table, which is smthng I sometimes prefer.

Lovely pub/bar in Mar mkhayel located on the big stairs. This place is one of a kind, placed on the big stairs of mar mkhayel, it offers drinks, tea, coffee etc. The atmosphere is unique thanks to the simple design and retro style. Plus it offers games to play like uno, card and other entertainments. Must try it out!

Staff is friendly and vibe is very chill. Good location as well away from all the noise and crowd.

Had the best homemade icetea there. Awesome view and cosy place. Unfortunately, the staff ruins the experience. Never met more rude people in Beirut. Not a nice word, not a smile, but clearly being annoyed and zynical towards the whole group.

Amazing delicious vegan/vegetarian restaurant in East Beirut!! The service is super friendly and nice, the food was very tasty and reasonably priced. They also serve beer. Eating there is also an experience, as the restaurant is situated right on the narrow steps of a hilly Beirut alleyway between buildings. Would totally come eat here again!!

I love this place. I ve been there several times to relax and study during the day. I know they are open till midnight and they have special programs. Staff is amazing

A hippie cute coffee place. The staff is extremely friendly. They have a great herbal tea selection. The energy of this place makes you feel like you’re home! Didn’t get the chance to try the food yet, but I’ll definitely do on my next visit.

Cutest little coffee shop and eatery in Mar Mikhael. Ive never seen more friendly staff. The vegan home-made food tastes absolutely delicious and the portions are really adequate. They have various types of tea and juice. Their desserts are also super good. Had the hardest time deciding between the tarts and chocolate balls. Cant emphasize enough on how remarkable and cute this place is.

When you are strolling the streets of Beirut, dare to get lost, take the stairs, and oh what can you find, A COZY COFFEE SHOP! Such a beautiful place, full of vintage items, and amazing staff, lovely music, just have a seat and chill. I tried their American coffee, espresso and latte. They dont have skimmed milk though, but else it was so relaxing. The right dose of calmness needed on a Sunday.Would love to be back at night as sometimes they host bands too.

cant leave 0 stars, great place just appalling service. the guy with dreads just sat on his phone the entire time, we had to get our own beers. was considering having dinner here but after 40min and not a menu or word spoken we paid our bill and left.
