Absolutely loved this hotel when we visited in 2016 - just forgot to review lol.Great location, the best coffee in the WORLD! Great hospitality. One of my best trips! Please note that the 5* may not live up to your expectations if you are comparing it to the West - so please go with an open mind and you will not be spending lots of time in your room - there is the whole of Cuba to discover! We took a trip to Havana - 10 hour drive! Nice to see the sights but next time, we will fly there.

Stunning location. Wonderful staff., great food, awesome snorkeling and the price is very attractive! Stayed there 4 times and it will be visited several more times !The beach.....my god its the perfect beach! So many places to sit lots of friendly staff to bring you food. Stairs or no stairs theres more than 1 way to get to the beach which is huge and velvety smooth cuban sand is something to behold. No iron in the sand so it never burns your feet ! Want epic snorkelling ? Swim east towards the paradisus youll have your mind blown it is something to behold! Lots of trees to stay under lots of shade to choose from its just perfect. You cant ask for a better beach its just lovely.The rooms...theyre nice enough, sure a very small bit dated but not really bad at all. Spacious and almost every one has great views ! The oceanview rooms are spectacular! Lots of things to see from your room. Great room service too !The food... ok so the a la carte isnt the greatest for me personally but the buffet has lots to choose from always a great selection and what a lovely place to eat overlooking the ocean !Yes this resort is a little older but they are fixing things periodically so it gets better each time I go. Its truly a wonderful place.

Beautiful beach, we were there in mid Feb 2020, weather was great.Food was lacking more so than other resorts we stayed before in Cuba. Service at some occasions was not par with other resorts, condescending behavior was seen. Rooms on the Luna side are in poor state, ask to change your room, mold and dysfunctional amenities were common. Renting water equipment from the beach house was problematic. Shows were also lacking the luster of other resorts.

Absolutely stunning resort, many options for both adult and youth.Rooms were in stunning condition and we always arrived home to a beautifully made bed with cute notes.Entertainment was awesome.Amauri from entertainment did and excellent job making us feel right at home and comfortable.Taught us a little about the country and the people.The food was delicious and the beaches were beyond perfect.10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely loved this resort! Nicely laid out, with a quiet side and a side with more activity, the resort is set on a hill that overlooks the beach, so a lot of rooms have ocean views. Beautiful and well maintained grounds with lots of hedges and trees. The beach has ruined us for any other beaches...its got to be the best beach in Cuba! Gorgeous white sand, lots of beautiful trees and the water is that pretty aqua colour and clear and clean. We never go anywhere twice, but are considering returning here.

Its the second time that my husband and I went to this resort. Once in April 2016 and once with our 15 month old in November 2019.One of the main reason we like going there is the beach. It has a nice combination of trees/vegetation, white fine sand (no sand fliesand beautiful turquoise water (depending on the weather, there were medium to no waves). The beach is more intimate in the sense that there is a lot of space to find a nice and quiet spot, not only under the "umbrellas" but also under an actual tree. There are 2 restaurants directly on the beach. No algae unless it rains and if there are, they do clean them. It is perfect for kids in our opinion.The premises are clean and the staff is kind and helpful. The hotel is old and we were told that slowly they renovate different sections. It is understandable. We did hear that some people dont have hot or cold water by time, maybe more often on the Luna side. Even though we tipped the front desk staff upon our arrival to have a "better" room, maybe a renovated one, we had a standard one (on the Mares sidethat was not renovated. It was ok. The only issue we had was the smell that comes from the toilets sometimes and if the AC was turned off, there would be a moldy smell. Otherwise, the maids do a great job in cleaning the room.For those who travel with a baby: they do have cribs but they are very old and the mattress was poor quality. We took one of the "blankets" and a towel and folded it to add more padding. They also have high chairs wherever you go eat. Both times we stayed at the Mares side but it is closer to the "party area" and we did hear the music. We wanted to change for a ground level room on the Luna side to make our life easier with the stroller and to have more quiet time but they showed us one available and a tourist passing by told us to verify if there was hot water and there wasnt.The food was better in 2016. In 2019 there might have been a shortage of tomatoes because there was no tomatoes at the salad bar and no tomato sauce anywhere for pasta or pizza. Which was fine but in 2016 the variety of fresh veggies and fruits was better. It is also true that some of the buffet food even though it was kept over hot water or whatever, some of them were actually not that warm. Otherwise, there was a good variety daily but it is repetitive. Do expect that. We had no issues with food poisoning.Overall, we would love to return there and I hope they are working on fixing all of their rooms and giving it a fresh newer look with functional rooms because the beach is really beautiful and it is worth staying there.

This is a great resort if you want beautiful beaches and great staff. The people at this resort and in Cuba are simply wonderful. Their hospitality, happy demeanor made the trip all the more wonderful. Sol Rio De Luna y Mares has a stunning beach, we snorkeled almost every day and saw so many fish. On the beach there were no people trying to sell you things, you can just truly relax. The beaches are so safe at night unlike many other beaches in the Caribbean.We wandered off the resort and did a short hike at the trail next to the resort. Everything was safe, the locals were very friendly.We will definitely be back one day!

This resort is very nice. Its currently under Renovation for a bunch of the rooms . The beach is amazing and the staff were great. It was a quiet resort compared to the last one we went to in Cuba. I would definitely recommend this resort to others .

Older hotel that could use some updating, but kept very clean. Beds could be updated and a better option when making two twin beds into a king.... There was no mattress pad to make the two beds one. Food was good, but lacked variety, mainly in the vegetable department. A bit bland but understandable as they are trying to cater to their clients and seasoning was available, if desired. Beach was amazing! Good entertainment and friendly staff. Overall a great experience and we would definitely visit again!

Variety of food could be better. The same food and with limited choices every day. Rooms need upgrades. Especially beds and mattresses.Great beach. Nice grounds with a lot of trees and nice landscaping.there are hardly any Mosquitoes on this resort!!! They fumigate every so often.

Stayed here for the past 2 weeks the rooms are nice big and most importantly comfy beds. The animation team are wonderful so helpful with everything they made our stay even more special. Anyer is part of the animation team he was one of the best people i have had the pleasure of meeting aways happy to help, lovely to sit and chat with could not fault him in anyway

We had a generally nice stay in the hotel. It was our 6th visit at Luna Mares. The beach is one of the most beautiful in Cuba!!! The staff is the best part of the hotel, very friendly and supportive. Everyone greeted us with a smile and gave us the best service they could WITH WHAT THEY HAD TO WORK WITH. Big thank you to Irina - she is professional and very caring. Kids had a very nice time in mini club and at the same time we can highly recommend the Spanish lessons with her!!! The food was big disappointment this year - very limited choices and repetitive food! Definitely food and drinks need improvement!!!

Dont let my 3 star review put you off! For starters, the beach is worth the price of admission! One of the nicer ones that I have been to!! The water had beautiful blue hues, and the sand was soft. No seaweed problems here like in the Dominican Republic. Be careful of the long stairway from the resort down to the beach, its steep and if you have a few wobbly pops in you, it can be intimidating. Once down on the beach, the towel card they give you at check-in can be turned in for a towel that you can exchange over and over, they never seemed to run out. You need to get that card back before checking out on your last day. Theres a volleyball net set up, and there was always a good turnout for the use of it, everyone played a friendly game. Theres a beach bar(that becomes the disco at night), to grab a cold drink. Again, not my best choice of location after drinking, to make that harrowing trek back up the stairs after it closes at 2. Sunset photos are good, it goes down over ocean real quick, be sure to have a good filter on you camera or phone, for dusk pics. There are two swimming pools there you can use. Both are small compared to other ones Ive been at like in Jamaica or the Dominican. The water was very warm, but thats my own fault for traveling in June. Still, it was nice! Only one swim up bar at the one pool.Alcoholic drinks seemed either too strong, or lacking in selection, at least in the swim up bar. The beer they served was a draft of their Cristal brand. It was okay. They had a couple of speakers with music throughout the day, at swim up bar as opposed to none at the other pool, were it was quiet and not much going on down there.Food: Im sure youre already heard about and are aware of Cuban food, at the resorts. Its somewhat lacking and not much spice to it. I never went hungry, I was able to find stuff to eat morning noon and night. It helped that I brought a can of Cajun spices(Slap ya Mama), to enhance the food. Omelettes personally made in the morning, were my favorite!(be sure to tip your omelette guy or girl!Speaking of tips, its optional, not expected, but greatly appreciated! Help a brother or a sister out, if you appreciate their service!!(Maids too!The rooms are dated, but if you just need a room to sleep at night, after a day of fun in the Sun, youre good! I never spend much time in my room anyways. There was always nighttime activities. It was nice to chill with a drink and watch. Like I said earlier, I traveled in June, it was ultra hot. So I put ice cubes in all of my drinks even beer. There is a really cool coffee bar that I suggest grabbing a coffee or two from every morning, before starting your day. Its frothed up with milk, and is awesome! I cant remember how many coffees I had each day, it was that good! I cant believe that I havent spoken about the views of the resort. I had an ocean view room on the third floor, that caught views of the pool and ocean, excellent postcard pics! The maids keep it pretty clean there no complaints. There is a 24-hour, yes, a 24-hour bar in the lobby area for all you thirsty ones! Would I go back again? Yes, but only to the area where they were renovating. Where I was, room 3044, was a little rundown, but nothing I didnt mind. I think I met more people on this trip, then any other, and Ive been to the Dominican, Mexico and Jamaica. There was a large British contingency, and they were all very nice. I think everyone from England was at this resort! As a Canadian, I think weve always gotten along pretty well. Dont get me wrong, there were also very nice people vacationing from Ireland and Russia too.Everyone was in vacation mode an extremely friendly.Again, dont let my three star review dissuade you from trying this resort. The price was good for the all-inclusive, and I would go back! Cheers!

I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel resort. The proximity to the beach and view from virtually every corner of the resort is a huge advantage. Many thanks most especially to Yudit of the entertainment team, who in her authentic capabilities chaired the karaoke night and held water aerobic classes.

We are returning guests and have been a number of times. We love the beach the staff and this hotel. When the renovations are complete it will greatly improve the hotel as the rooms are extreamly dated. Key cards were an issue for us with 32 key changes which was annoying but we soon got over it due to the wonderful staff. Only thing lacking is the entertainment, theres not enough in low season. Thanku yudit for taking time to chat and yarelis is great too x

We are currently a family of 6 here in the hotel, it’s a beautiful hotel, with no issues on the renovations nothing can be heard, pool area is very clean and the pool bar run by Ivan is the absolute best!! The entertainment team are fantastic, especially Anyer who sat and spoke with us many times with genuine interest and conversation, and the daytime entertainment was great! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The Cuban people and feeling safe and mostly care-free made for an enjoyable environment of fun and adventure.The food and entertainment was enjoyable for me but I think many people have higher expectations.Shout out to Anyer from the entertainment staff, he definitely increased the enjoyment of our stay.He gave me great tips to catch fish and where to find stuff and who to talk to. There is plenty of fish in that area.Our room was dated but everything worked and cleaned daily.Everyone greeted us with a smile and gave us the best service they could with what they had to work with.Craig

Just got back from a wonderful 7 days at this resort. This was our second time there and we absolutely love it there! The food was excellent.... fresh fish and vegetables everyday . Excellent variety at the buffet and the man who made the omelets and cooked the fish at lunch time was so sweet. I highly recommend the Spanish lessons with Irena... she was excellent. Also a big thank you going out to Anyer who does the entertainment. He was so helpful and made our visit there an wonderful experience. You really do have a great staff at your resort and I would highly recommend you visit this place.

Our stay at this resort was really good. We enjoyed the beach, the wind surfing and we the other water sports. There is a reef close to the beach which is great for snorcheling. The kids club and animation are really great as well. Our kids really enjoyed there time with Irina and Anyer. We definitely recommend the resort and the kids club.

Unforgettable week in Luna y Mares! The beach is the best in Cuba. I like very much everything in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and supportive. The food is delicious. They also offer amazing tours and activities. We met an excellent guide, his name is Roberto. He is professional and very caring, all his tours are interesting for kids and adults. I had an amazing time with the entertainment staff member Jessie, she was amazing, fun, encouraged me and my family to join in with the activities that were held. in and by the pool each day! Jessie and theTeam made the holiday even better than expected! Would definitely return! Highly recommend sol de Rio luna mares! No hotel better than this one! Resort is incredible. Entertainment is exceptional, especially when Anyer is the organizer. Has everyone engaged and thoroughly enjoying themselves. We be returning in February for our third visit. Thank you for everything!!!♥️

We left the resort last Friday. It was our second visit and just as great as our first. Our rooms were large, a little dated, everything worked fine. Showers were warm not hot, not an issue for us down south. Our maid, Zeida, was wonderful. Great job and a new towel sculpture every day. The beach and snorkeling were awesome. Being able to snorkel right off the resort is a big draw for us. All of the resort staff were friendly and helpful – everyone’s English was better than my Spanish (gotta work on that). We really liked the food again this year; we are not fussy eaters but all enjoy good food. The a la carte restaurants we experienced were all great and the service was excellent. One thing we really enjoyed again this year was the inexpensive daily excursions run from the Mares lobby by Roberto. Hiking, horseback riding and touring local schools, monuments, farms, etc. Roberto is an enthusiastic guide and has a great connection with the local residents on his tours. We went on a Jeep trip to a local fishing village. We have met lots of memorable people – staff and guests alike. We hope planned renovations will not put the resort out of range for us. We intend to return to see people again…

I just returned from Sol Rio de Luna y Mares for the second time and I will definitely be back next year. I love the beach and the snorkeling on site! The food is great. Every day the resort offers a half day excursion with Roberto as your guide. He is a fantastic, very knowledgeable about the history of Cuba and life today for the Cuban people. We visited a fishing village, and a school, went horseback riding, it was awesome! Hope to do more excursions next year. Hotel rooms are a bit tired but they are getting updated this summer. All the staff are lovely and very welcoming.

We stayed for 5 nights and booked 8 rooms for our whole family. The hotel itself needs a lot of repairs. The swimming pool was dirty on the mares side. The rooms need renovated. The buffet has long lines. I do have to say that the animation was really good, especially Anyer. He was friendly, attentive and fun. I loved the scenery and the beautiful beach. I just wish they would renovate the hotel. We stayed here 3 years ago and I noticed the difference. I gave three stars because of that.

The hotel is dated but is set to undergo a huge reno starting in May. There is a wide variety of food and drinks available. The beach is amazing and well maintained. The property is very well maintained.The entertainment group is amazing and so very wonderful with children. My children specifically fell in love with Irina and Claudia. Irina even brought supplies from home to make crafts with my children!My only complaint is that I wish more areas were smoke free.

I must give credit to the Hotel Chains appearance. The lobby, the pools, the walkways leading to the beach were all phenomenal. The all inclusive aspect helps to an extent, considering that there was an open bar until about Midnight daily (opening sometime in the morningand a "24 hour" snack bar on the Villa side. At times I would go there for a drink or late night snack past 3 or 4 AM and the staff would be sleeping there at the snack bar, making you feel like a bother to wake them up for a simple drink or snack. Going during the day to the snack bar wasnt the worst; as long as they had what you asked for on the menu. For an all inclusive resort little aspects such as that really bothered me. The main issue however, was having to switch suites THREE (3times due to A/C problems. The first two rooms were hot and I could not even unpack due to how much I was sweating. It was also a bit of a hassle to finally get in a room that had a functioning A/C. Its almost as if the front desk was annoyed of all the guests complaints and they would sometimes be blunt and short instead of providing accurate information. Overall, not the worst hotel, but its 3 stars because of my experience.

Had a fantastic time at this resort. Beautiful landscaping and very friendly staff. Room was clean and a very nice garden view from our balcony. Lots of food to choose from each meal. Would have liked a bit more variety from breakfast to dinner but definitely found enough to eat :Thank you to Ivan Jose, IDahlia, Leanis and Yurina for making our stay a very pleasant one. Would definitely return again.

This resort is so beautiful! Looks over the beach, most rooms are with a sea view, lovely pool and lovely staff! The entertainment staff where the best, yarelis and Raul made our holiday, always so much fun! They work so hard to make all ages are having fun! Would 100% return. Thank you so much guys!

The hotel itself is aging and does require repairs and renovations however it was very clean. Our room was OK but the bathroom really needed repairs as paint was already coming off and the bathtub looked like it was twenty years old.Food was good, good variety of pasta and meat, everything was fresh and quite tasty. Fantastic coffee and very friendly staff made our stay at the hotel memorable.The animation team was great. They were always putting lots of effort to entertain the guests and keep them busy. Personally, I loved the Spanish classes with Yesenia and mini disco for the kids with Amauri. You guys rock!If you’re visiting this resort you cannot miss a beach bar that offers piña colada . This was the most delicious drink we have ever had.

We just finished a family vacation here and had such a nice time. You cant beat the beach, the snorkeling, or the staff. Raul the activities coordinator/entertainer was amazing and organized some soccer for us and played volleyball with us as well. All the staff like family. The staff and the beach was the BEST part of the resort. Would definitely recommend to others and would come back again.

Yarelis is such an amazing entertainer and worker. If you get the chance to come to this resort, you’ll be lucky to meet her! She is very approachable, fun and helpful! I would rate the hotel a 3 or 3.5 stars but the staff is worth it!

We were here for the first time but surely we will come back ... the hotel is well placed, big and beautiful, even if it needs continuous renovation. The beach is gorgeous, the water is turquoise, transparent and very clean. The staff is very nice, no one denied us anything. Children enjoyed Irina at the kid club. She speaks French and English very well, so the children have no communication problem with her. They were at the zoo, at the spa, they walked with the horses and many other activities. The girl from Mini Disco is also very gentle, the children have been very fond of her. Mini Disco was a very awaited activity for the little ones. Many restaurants and bars, good, even though they sometimes lacked some products.Holiday made us happy. Thank you Sol Rio !!!

Recommend this beautiful place and in particular a mention to the wonderful entertainment crew, in particular Yarelis who made our holiday wonderful. It was amazing to wake up and hear her voice in the sunshine, she really was amazing. The whole entertainment was fabulous and we were entertained throughout our holiday. We cannot wait to return. X

Great resort! Great beach and good food. I love the staff here especially the wonderful Yudith in the hotel entertainment. They put a lot of effort into making the vacation exceptional, fun and comfortable too. I will return again. :)

We spent 6 days in hotel.Firstly, I’d like to tell about the rooms. It’s big, but very old.Entertainment is very good in the hotel. And Yesy is one of the best animator in the hotel. Very kind and friendly!So many activities in the hotel. Food is good. Recommend this place.

I have stayed at Sol Rio four times now. I have stayed on both the Luna and Mares side. I had an issue with a room once which was dealt with quickly and effectively.The people here are super friendly! The special dinners are great and I recommend breakfast in the Cuban restaurant (as opposed to the colon buffet).Above all, the beach here is absolutely fantastic! I spend almost all of my day on the beach. There are also a ton of complementary services at your disposal.This is such a lovely place. I wish I could live here.

Well, what a beautiful beach. This little gem is paradise. Restaurants on the beach for daytime foodies, very nice. There are other restaurants within both facilities with easy access. The food is excellent. The pools are very clean and the staff and management are very accommodating, friendly and professional. On some weekends the local community are given access to the facilities. This is marvellous as there are very friendly, and and I think for entertainment value is very sweet.Hotel entertainment is fun, especially the dinner/ water ballet troupes. This is Cuba my friends. What happens here is just for you and me.🤣

This was mine and my brother’s 3rd time back to this resort and our aunt has been coming to this resort for over 10years! The people are amazing! Especially Judith Serrano from the entertainment department! Have nothing but good things to say about this resort! Amazing food, amazing view, amazing service! Would defiantly recommend this resort to others!

Of all the places we have been to in Cuba over the years, this was the best find!!! It’s a 5 stars Cuban hotel in my book that is located in a quiet and secluded part of Cuba. Very clean hotel all around and had a good view of the ocean from our room and felt very safe. We had a super relaxing time and made good friends. The pool was well maintained. Of course, relaxing on the beach with the balmy wind and view made our experience really worth it. Great weather too.. Only three mosquitoes bites and no sand flies or sand fleas (unlike Varaderothroughout our stay. My favorite beach activities were the catamaran rides and snorkeling. Our son loved the hotel, the mini kids club, and mini disco. He is still talking about his “best friends forever” there. The hotel staff was amazing and warmly connected with our son. The meals were great and had a large selection of fresh fruits and veggies. The hotel manager (Jorgeis a hands on type of person and on top of everything. He connects very well with the guests and their needs. Thanks Jorge for every thing! As we keep reviewing the pictures and discussing our memories and experiences, it makes us want to go back tomorrow. We will be going back soon enough though.

Honestly the best resort in Cuba, the food was amazing, the beach is incredible white sand and clear blue water and amazing weather. But it’s the staff that makes you want to come back. Yudet and Yarlis the entertainers were the sweetest and more endearing people, they were friends not staff and made my experience here the most endearing, exciting, and memorable!!! Definitely returning again next year and the year after and so on!!!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Now before I start, Im not some disgruntled old person who likes to complain about anything and everything. Ive been to many different holiday destinations around the world, and Ive never had any bad experiences or anything to complain about. Until here! We went here as a party of 50 for my cousins wedding in April of this year, and we had nothing but problems right from the start. The room we were allocated flooded from the first shower we took, as soon as we got into the room after our 9 hour flight. By flooded, I mean the bathroom and out through into the hallway and outside our front door, creating quite a big puddle! So we went to reception to ask for a new room, and they have us a key to another room on the opposite side of the hotel (theres quite a walk from the reception to the other sideno member of staff came with us. They expected us to find it ourselves. As soon as I opened the door, I stood in a puddle straight away, and seen there was a leak right above us. So we had to drag our suitcases all the way back to reception, and tell them there was also a leak there. They then gave us another key for the opposite side of the hotel, and when we got there, the room was already occupied!! It was at this point that I asked for my money back, so myself and my partner could go home! We had spent the first 2 hours in the hotel, looking for a room with no help from the staff! They told us if we took our original room for the night, that theyd have one of the newly refurbished rooms the following day. We didnt receive this room until our fourth day here. Myself and my partner had to have a shower in my grandfathers room (which werent much better if Im being honestI werent overly keen on the food personally. I found it very repetitive. which is understandable, given it was an all inclusive holiday. But I expected a little more variety. The entertainment was actually quite good. Some of the older people in our party didnt appreciate it some nights, as it was like Ibiza nightlife outside our rooms. But myself and my partner enjoyed it, as thats the kind of entertainment we enjoy. The Thomas Cook Rep was a disgrace to the company! He laughed at us when we went to him with our complaints, and told us to go home if we didnt like it. No he didnt just say that to myself and my partner. He said that to roughly around 23 of us who all had pretty much the same complaints! The best part of this holiday, was the beach and sea. And my cousins wedding on the beach. Now I know some may think this is just a bit of a moan. But we spent quite a bit on this holiday, and it was advertised as a 5 star hotel (it was anything butso of course I was going to be upset with the condition of the hotel and by the treatment of the hotel staff. I know Cuba is a country with very little financial backing. But this was just horrendous. If you do decide to go. I would advise you to book a trip to swim with dolphins and scuba diving. These are 2 of the best experiences of mine and my partners holiday and life. Id research this hotel more before you decide to book

Great family retreat. Awesome sandy beach. The resort is situated on a high ground with amazing views not only of the ocean but the mountains as well. Live entertainment is excellent. Coffee is great ( especially the Spanish one :)

Fantastic hotel! Rooms are always cleaned to a high standard, food and drink is always available and the locals are friendly. Food is freshly prepared everyday and locally sourced providing a taste that is familiar and foreign at the same time! Beach is a stones throw away and a picture of Carribean perfection with white sands and clear waters!

We had an amazing honeymoon here. The beach is magnificent!Hotel is a bit dated but they are renovating!They went the extra mile by organizing a surprise dinner for us!Also there are a lot of trips you go on from the hotel, so there is a lot to do.Friendly staff and the food was good. Also the people are amazingly friendly. We always had the feeling we were safe wherever we went.There might be a power outage now and then but that is Cuba!

Its a great hotel, with big rooms and very comfortable beds. The furniture and appliances are a little big archaic, specially the TVs but it makes no difference when you have an incredible beach, good food and drinks to enjoy. The hotel receives most families, so its quite tranquil. There was a nice latina party when my family and I were in. It was amazing. We could dance salsa and get to know many nice people that day. The staff is so nice and polite. I love it!

We went to this place twice and it was for the beach, food and the staff that is really friendly.If you are on a budget this is the place to go if you ask me.They just renovated the lobby and it looks really nice but they should keep renovating the rest of the place and update the rooms . Anyway they are doing a good job to keep the place clean, the gardens are well maintained.Pools need some work too,but i am not a fan of, i prefer the ocean.Food and drinks are ok, nothing fancy.

Excellent holidays... hotel is very nice (not new but very clean). Beautiful beach with plenty of trees and shadows.The resort employees are extremely dedicated, helpful and always with a sincere smile.The buffet is good (standard quality). For fish lovers the grilled fish is excellent, always fresh and tasty.Swimming pools are great.A place to return for sure ....

The staff were friendly and welcoming , many restaurants to eat at although some you had to book in advance , the food was great .The beach was lovely and clean and spacious .If you go snorkeling take a banana and bread, the fish love it and will swarm around you , the best place was far too the right near the other resort entrance , well worth the walk.Book a trip to swim with dolphins , very memorable experience.Would stay here again , had a fantastic holiday :-)
