Great hotel, lovely rooms, bar and restaurant. Staff very helpful and slap bang in the middle of Soho, what more do you need??

Rude staff! Doorman has a bit of an attitude, ignorant! Shame because the place looks and feels lovely!!

Fantastic 5 star hotel only criticism is no complimentary breakfast, tea or coffee facility in rooms especially for price you pay for room !

I went to the Refuel restaurant for afternoon tea and it was a lovely experience. The scones were beautiful, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Terrible service in my opinion at Refuel, unfortunately having missed partner’s dinner off the order so had to wait for both meals to be re-made with no money off the bill given the inconvenience! Won’t go here again for food given the poor management and feeling uncomfortable throughout by the attending staff in my opinion.

Nice place but unfriendly. It wont let customer choose table to seat, although the place is empty.

I dropped into Soho Hotel on a Sunday afternoon with some friends for tea. We did not have a booking. They were able to fit us in. Lovely place, delicious treats, great service and quality while being unpretentious.

Had a business conference here with food and drinks after, nice decor and very attentive staff. The food was good too. Didnt stay in the hotel so cannot rate the room.

Great service. Made us feel very welcome. The lovely doorman at once collected our luggage and was very friendly.I will surely be recommending Soho hotel to my colleagues in the future.

Booked an afternoon tea at Soho Hotel. Customer service is excellent, nicely decorated interiors and food selection is good although some the sandwiches that were served are already stale. I didn’t mind it that much as everything else is perfect! Overall it was good, i will definitely come back again.

Lovely bar and screening room. Cocktails are a bit pricey but taste great.

All we can say is Mary Jane was amazing in the refuel bar.... she was attentive and so kind. Good customer service is so hard to come by but she has restored our faith. Thank you for the great evening x x

Simply the best stay in a hotel we’ve ever experienced!! Upon arrival to departure the staff we’re absolutely exceptional. The food and service in the restaurant was beyond amazing!!! We will without a doubt be returning. A very big thank for the ultimate customer delight!

Went for a glass of champagne in the bar after a bit of shopping. Staff very polite and friendly, comfortable bar area. Really lovely.

My friend Nesrin took me to Refuel Bar, at The Soho Hotel three weeks ago and we had some great cocktails. Very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff members.It was my first time there and I absolutely loved it. Beautiful decor and so cosy.Id most definitely return.

Breakfast at Refuel in the Soho Hotel. Good plant based selection, chia seed bowl or tofu eggs with cabbage and kale. Superb. Highly recommend a trip!

Really tasty cheese toasty! They have stopped letting anyone but hotel guests sit in the library (due to cv19which is a shame; hoping this can be opened up again soon.

Nice place to get drinks when you want to go somewhere lively but not jam packed (very important in a post-COVID world). Interesting decor and friendly staff

Good, although crowded, bar in this hipster-ish hotel in the middle of Soho. Excellent cocktails priced at the average for the area. Comfortable seating, although the space was a little noisy.

This hotel is in the heart of Soho. Very busy area of London with lot of restaurants. Staff are very friendly with the likes of Clive, Euwan, Martin from the concierge. This hs also a pet friendly place.

My review pertains to the events team at the Soho Hotel - Ive contacted them over email and over the phone but have received slow responses (emailand confusing responses (phonei.e that no one on the team except one individual had access to the calendar to confirm event space availability and that Id have to wait for them to return the next day. A dissapointing level of service and when I provided this feedback to them, I was told that theyre sorry and this is how they run things...

We stayed there and enjoyed being treated superbly. The food was magnificent in the restaurant which was completely full. The music was amazing and created a very lively atmosphere for everyone enjoying their meal. We met a film star who was kind enough to sign an autograph book. Apparently there were a few other stars there that Friday night. We are looking forward to staying in their spacious rooms once again.

Love coming here to chill and have a drink with friends. Its so relaxing and comfortable. But it wouldnt be a frequent thing as drinks are pricey, but expected from a 5 star hotel in soho 😅

First time visiting. Had a wonderful lunch, the food was really good and the drinks were even better. Service was wonderful, we also watched a movie. The theatre was comfortable and they also left out popcorn bags as you enter which was a nice touch. Will definitely visit again.

Good covid secure terrace; good food. Felt a bit aggrieved paying £5 for sides on top of the main but that the way they do their meals here! Nice lunch out overall.

Had such a wonderful experience at the restaurant - the food was incredible, staff really attentive and we loved the outdoor space. Beautifully put together and some good heaters out there too! Would definitely visit again, we stumbled across this by chance when searching for places to book but it’s absolutely ideal for a special occasion.

We didn’t stay here however visited the bar which serves the most wonderful cocktails. Previously we have have rated The London Edition as the best place to have Espresso Martini, however The Soho Hotel now takes top honours... absolutely divine!!!! Plus the staff and ambience are amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spent the day at the hotel for afternoon tea and dinner.. amazing place. Service and atmosphere were second to none.The food was great and the staff were very thoughtful and polite. Did not feel like a 5star hotel, more like a 7 star hotel. Thank you for a amazing day.

Had drinks and dinner yesterday evening. Cant fault Covid arrangements in place compared to the streets of Soho in the evening, very overcrowded. Attentive staff though not overpowering. Simple yet tasty food and good selection of cocktails and wine. The decor is fabulously eclectic.

For quick London New Years stay it hadGreat section of bar. Drinks was good. Interior was amazing. Great place. One of the finest place. Services was good. Staff were nice and provided the great services. View was good. Room was clean. Point removed for banging from the lobby in early hours of the morning Splendid

Love the art and interior design very bold and inspiring. Stayed in a suite which was very well appointed to standard expected. Super comphy bed, beautiful soft furnishings and high quality sheets, TV and double vanity in bathroom, and good sized room. Staff were super friendly and willing to go extra mile to help. In centre of Soho but very quiet room which is rare in this part of London. Will be back again for sure!

Omg! Love this place! Not cheap it worth ever cent. Stag is friendly, food is great & if you come I. After the bar has closed retire to the library Where you will find a full stocked honor bar and maybe be able to get some tasty snacks delivered. Rooms are spectacular, location is walking distance to many activities including Piccadilly Circus!! highly recommend!!!

This is an exquisite experience. The rooms are large and spacious for a London hotel with great big windows. Great location in Soho. What really stands out here is the congenial service from the entire staff. The bathtub is big and deep. Not to mention that I was served a perfectly made French Press at 6:30 am, with an excellent blend and the Times on the tray. Can’t go wrong here.

There for a conference. In the cinema Basement with individual Cow patterned seats. So pretty unique compared to normal business venues!Food and drink service was excellent. Food was exceptional. Nice variation and good amount.Giant monkey in reception too.

I went this afternoon for afternoon tea and it was fabulous! Not only was the regular afternoon tea utterly delicious but they offered a completely vegan and gluten free option too!! It was absolutely delicious, vegan scones were heavenly and you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference! Amazing service and a welcoming and beautiful atmosphere!

I love the Soho Hotel, though as a Bar and a restaurant, Ive never had the opportunity to stay there yet. It has special meaning to me as I have done a couple of decent deals in there. The bar is relaxed, but with a good buzz, its a good mixed crowd, always a good bit of life, without too much pomp going on. The drinks are good, cocktails are very well made, not cheap, but then its London and its a decent standard establishment. The staff are friendly and tolerant (we got up to some silly antics last time and they were all good). The food is very good, especially if you want a lighter supper. I would highly recommend, for business, social and couples.

The hotel is absolutely charming and the service is amazing. My sister and I felt so welcome there. The concierge was so helpful with some items we needed. I have stayed at hotels all over the world and this one had the best service I have ever experienced. The rooms were great and I particularly enjoyed the public rooms. They provided a casually elegant place to have my morning coffee when I awoke early due to jetlag. Ill definitely be returning.

We booked afternoon tea here for mothers day today & I cant rate it high enough! I give it a full 5 stars! The food & service was superb. We were seated in the Library room & it was luxurious with soft sofas. The sandwiches & cakes were delicious & the scones were nice & warm, it was the full works including jams & clotted cream. Staff were very attentive & nothing was too much to ask for. A very classy hotel & couldnt have been more perfect for afternoon tea served in the finest tea set! I would highly recommend this hotel & I Will definitely be going back. The staff even gave us a complimentary gift each as it was mothers day. What more could you want! 👌👌👌

Good restaurant and cocktail bar. There is a vegetarian menu.Very well priced and the service is normally excellent.I am a regular here, I use it mainly to meet people and to have dinner pre-theatre.Comfy seating and great mini sorbet at the end of the meal.Restroom are always clean with lovely products.You can book in advance and week ends are busy.

Attended family wedding reception at the hotel. The venue was great. Decor and bar were first class. Bride and groom got upgraded to a suite, so can attest that the rooms are fantastic! Staff were very attentive and professional. Great night...
