Held a party for friends and family. The food was tasty and well cooked, the wait staff were polite and well behaved and hall had good ambience.But the HR and Accounts department people are dicey. They agreed to rate but charged a totally different rate. When I complained at the reception, I was told that the people handling the same were not available and to approach them the next day and that I would get my refund.*The lady who had liasied with us agreed that the terms we had discussed and agreed to, but the payment asked for by them and made by us was different. But she refused to give us the refund as promised by the reception.* Her attitude has left a bad taste in our mouths.Expat staff spoiling the reputation of such fine hotel in such a wonderful country. Hope someone connected to the hotel reads this and helps us get our money back.

The hotel is a good place, but the receptionist his name is Rifid is very bad because he lies to the customers and he tells him breakfast is free then he says to you breakfast is 3 riyals I hope to change this employee

Room choice is not satisfactory as a 4* hotel. Reception and staff courtesy was ok, but room facilities are not at all satisfactory.While we take over the room, AC were off and feels suffocated for long time ,as we take room for rest after a long hectic day , we felt really disappointed.

Its nice hotel in sohar hotel staff are very polite and coperative rooms also so nice and clean nice hotel for staying single or with family also.

They gave us a good price to use the pool as a family of 6 we got excellent service

Royal garden hotel- Nice hotel and restaurant in Sohar. They have very nice staff and very quick response by customer service. A very healthy and variety of breakfast available morning 6am to 10 am. Neta and clean hotel with facility of swimming pool and gym. Loved and enjoyed 5 days stay here... for Dinner also u have variety to choose from veg and non veg dishes.

Good hotel in Sohar but in recent past looking like that hotel is not in good position as many furniture has damaged and those kept in use

From my point of view this not a Luxus Hotel my friends staying there i visit them several Times The Hotel is need and clean the employers are very friendly and helpfull the Hotel Interieur is not as discriped at luxuriös one from my point of view as a highly exprient world wide travler and as a lokal Giud in google more or less this is a 3 Star Hotel 🤗😊

Awesome place in Sohar....most recommended for Indians

Stayed here for less then 12 hours just to get some sleep. Rooms are okay, good beds. Too bad for me was the very loud airco unit, buzzing above my head. This can be improved. The breakfast was Arabic okay, but I would have appreciated a bit more bread and cheeses.
