Adoro questo posto!Insalatone davvero appetitose con ingredienti di qualità. Da provare assolutamente la melanzana alla parmigiana davvero formidabile!

נתקלנו במקום בטעות אחרי חיפוש ארוחת צהריים קלילה. בגילוי פנים קריר במיוחד מצד המארחת - הזמנו כריך אבוקדו וחזיר מפורק, וסלט עם אבוקדו וסלמון.בהזמנת שתייה, ביקשנו פחית זירו ובקבוק מים מוגזים - שוב התקבלנו בקרירות בקולה רגילה ומים לא מוגזים. את הקולה ביקשתי להחליף בחיוך, ולגבי המים גילינו רק לאחר שפתחנו את הבקבוק וויתרנו.הסלט היה מורכב מתפזורת עלים ונבטים מבעישים משקית, שעליה 4-5 סלייסים דקים של אבוקדו ומעט דג - מאכזב לכל הדעות. הכריך היה בסדר. 19 יורו זה זול, אבל לא ביחס לתמורה.. ניתן לוותר.

Abbiamo cenato in questo locale di domenica sera. Il titolare ci ha accolto mostrandoci il menù e spiegandoci che gli avocado sono coltivati in Italia. Il locale è piccolo ma si presume che la consumazione sia abbastanza veloce.La qualità dei piatti era ottima. Andrebbe migliorata a mio avviso solo la velocità di servizio.

Locale piccolo ma accogliente dove puoi perderti in un percorso di sapori che spaziano dal tropicale ai veri sapori del sud Italia , con dei fantastici avocado 🥑 da loro stessi coltivati di più tipologie e qualità, succerisco di affidarsi alle per la scelta del cibo ai consigli saccenti di Rocco consigliato a single , famiglie ,e coppie di tutte le età

Buena relación calidad-precio. Comimos 2 personas por 22€: ensalada de aguacate y salmón, 2 paninis y 2 cervezas. El servicio es bueno y rápido. Los aguacates los cultivan ellos.

Découvert par hasard, nous avons beaucoup aimé la nourriture très bonne et peu chère = bon rapport qualité-prix. Le monsieur cultive lui même ses avocats. Il y a des pokés, des salades, des sandwiches/paninis mais pas forcément quavec de avocat à lintérieur. Pour le dîner nous avons choisi des tortellini et des lasagnes. Adapté aux VÉGÉTARIENS. PAS DE FRAIS DE SERVICES SUR PLACE.Les serveurs sont très sympas.

SO FRESH!Sister stumbled upon this place while walking around Florence and brought back a paper menu knowing I love avocados, I just had to try it! It had a small, welcoming atmosphere with AC that actually works (unlike many others with AC who keep the door open the whole day and let in the 37c weather), with very friendly service right off the bat! The food was excellent, not a whole lot of seasoning (the veggie poke bowl would go excellent with some pickled ginger), but soy sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, and vinegar are provided. Overall 10/10 with the BEST and most fresh veggies I’ve eaten in a long, long time. Everything was crisp and lovingly made, exactly like the photos, I highly recommend

Viande porc fondante et avocat mure comme il faut dans mon sandwich et les pâtes de ma compagne était très goûteuse.Par contre les verres de vins sont très peu remplis un peu dommage 😊

Excellent repas sur le pouce, des produits frais dans des plats bons, un bon accueil et un très goûteux sandwich al lampredotto. Le gérant est également producteur davocat qui sont très bons en salade.À ne pas louper malgré le fait que le restaurant soit peu visible.

got the pasta al salmon and it was horrible. it was only microwaved not fresh and the sauce was watery and almost tasteless. what a waste of 8€

Stopped in for a lampredotto and wine, very tasty and planning to go back to sample more from the menu.

Locale piccolo, con pochi posti a sedere internamente ed esternamente, in unottima posizione. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Ottimi i panini, ad esempio con Salmone e avocado. Prezzi veramente onesti. Consigliato!!!

Abbiamo scoperto per caso questo localino, molto vicino a Piazza della Signoria. Personale gentile e cortese. Panini con avocado spaziali, abbinamenti di gusto e sapori ricercato. Nota positiva: offerta di prodotti vegetariani. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Locale con tavolinetti esterni molto alla buona, sedioline di fortuna e tovaglia di carta. Ma a parte questo i panini sono discreti, nulla da dire. Prezzi onesti nonostante la vicinanza del centro. Servizio un pò lento.Tutto sommato esperienza positiva.

A refreshing fusion kitchen with a lot of fresh veggies, delicious meat and home grown avocados. Loved it!

Good little shop to pop into and have a quick bite to eat while sight seeing. The owner is very personable and approachable, and his prices are about 40% less expensive than his competitors just a block over. Worth the visit!

Locale piccolo, nei vicoli di Firenze, nei pressi di Piazza della Signoria .Serve varie pietanze sia nellambito dello street food che non,Il giusto compromesso fra cibi tipici della tradizione fiorentina (lampredottoe loriginalità della cucina concettuale del locale, ovvero lavocado, infatti il gestore produce e coltiva avocado , assicurando così una qualità nostrana .Il titolare, che è anche lo chef , si è dimostrato molto socievole e ha familiarizzato subito con noi , penso sia questo il tipo di titolare adatto a gestire questo tipo di locali.Consiglio di passare da questo locale, non ne sarete delusi

Well priced and tucked away in a back street near the Duomo. I ordered a basic tomato pasta and it was really tasty I would highly recommend!Venue is small so if you want to eat in maybe call in advance.Lots of vegetarian options and a selection of freshly made pasta dishes.

One of Florence’s hidden gems! Skip the wait at the more well known shops and get the best panini of your life at Songi e Sapori! They introduced me to lampredetto and I am forever grateful! Ciao!

Avocado toast with salmone and cream cheese was amazing.

Lovely place and lovely service. We had 2 pasta dishes and a sandwich with avocado +2 drinks for 21€. Very good value for money. The waiter was super helpful and took his time to explain the ingredients of each dish. I found the sandwich slightly expensive (5€compared to the pasta (7€considering the portions. Well come back :)

Io ho preso il panino con avocado e salmone, il mio moroso panino con lampredotto. Entrambi ottimi. Il proprietario gentilissimo e preparato. Anche un posto così piccolo può essere molto accogliente. Bravi!

I found this small place by chance and was amazed by the great quality of products. I had a perfect finocchiona sandwich and a glass of red wine for only 6 euros. The staff was also super friendly.
