The All-american burger was really delicious. Decent beer selection. The only downside is that you cannot pay by card, its cash-only.

Their Burgers are awesome. I have never tasted a vegetarian burger like that before. Must visit place with good songs playing, great food and ambience.

Youre in the center of a provincial city, its not like you cant get any help with that, so the backstory is not valid anymore. Just be honest. Your burgers are great :).

The reason I give it 3 stars is for a couple reasons. Being from the US, I was excited to eat some American food. My chicken sandwich was great and very juicy; however, our Texas fries were so dry and they tasted like they were a few days old. On top of that they don’t have an English menu so we had to have the waitress translate for us. It is a bit expensive for Poland but if you stay with the burgers and sandwiches you won’t be disappointed and it’s definitely worth the money. To the restaurant I would recommend getting some English menus especially since you advertise that you’re an American Diner. Keep in mind you will have to pay in cash or Blik because their card system isn’t working.

Good service, nice bartenders, all of the staff are kind. Cocktails are unique and food with unforgettable taste. I recommend that place to all guests who want to be treated like V.I.P. by best staff in Katowice! I’ll be back for sure.

Been twice. They take cash only. Quality of food has been perfect. Drinks are great. Clean, big menu, friendly service, good tunes, and very fair prices. Decor is cool too. I like the hot sauce and BBQ sauce shelf for you to try out different flavors and heat. Highly recommend for a no nonsense burger and fries.

Amazing burgers. By far the best burgers in town. Cozy American diner styled restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Great service overall.No English menus which makes it a bit more difficult for non-Polish speaking guests to decide what to eat.I dont know if we were unlucky or not but the restaurant was cash only. The ATM machine they suggested right outside the restaurant charges a withdrawal fee of 16 PLN or a exchange rate almost 20% above normal NOK to PLN exchange rates.Not particularly the restaurants fault but something to keep in mind.

A classic diner with a beautiful interior and good music. The Cordon Bleu burger and the rucola salad were delicious. The meat was a little dry, though

After a series of less than average restaurants this one was a nice surprise!The waitress was super nice, offered to translate the menu for me because they only had it in Polish.The burgers are huge and mine tasted amazing (chicken cordon blue).If given the chance I would come back here again!

A little bit long waiting time, but worth it. Gluten free Burger is an option, and is very good, 3 hours after the meal and no problems regarding celiac disease.[update: it has been a day and no gluten related issues, which is very, very good news]Regular burger also very good. Good price. If you’re looking for a gluten free burger in Katowice this could be a solution. Unfortunately French fries are made in the same place as onion rings so they do contain gluten.

Good food and great selection of hot sauces. Pricing is bit higer than other buger joints at area but worth it. Also based on discussion with other visitors card payment have recurring issues and cash is preferred.

Yet, if I had to wait so long for the drinks and food when the place was half full (and already had food served), then Id hate to think how it would have been if it were completely full.Food - average since it seems to be a habit of recommending substandard places or McDonalds. The only good thing I can say is that the meat was cooked medium-well (my preferred wayand that there were gloves provided (can come in useful with such an excessive amount of sauce added).Decor - if so much thought had gone into customer service/satisfaction as there had into the decor, then the place would be worthy of a recommendation.Not sure if Ill go back (probably to the satisfaction of the ownerand depends on whether the attitude problem has gone away.-------Dear owner,That was very rude, pretentious and presumptuous of you. Great place with a cosy atmosphere! Very flexible menu if you prefer a wege option.It is made always sure that your dish comes up to your exceptions! Delicious sweet potato fries, a great variety of hamburgers and what an apple pie!Besides, you can count on a lovely chat with the owners!:)

Cool place to hang out a Polish take on an American West Coast Diner. Food was excellent the milkshakes okay and the price brilliant.

We were impressed by this small and good furnished restaurant. Beautifully decorated with lots of details. Our starters (Nachos Libre & Parmesan frieswere amazing. Our main courses were four different burgers and all of it was great. Food has good quality and was very well seasoned. Still there was something negative at this place: 1- The non- or bad functioning air-handling system and 2- The Service. We waited too long to be allowed to order and waited longer to get our burgers. It was chaotic. Pity!I will visit you again because of the good food and to give your service a second chance.

Nice place close the center of Katowice. Interesting atmosphere and american decoration and style. Beer and coffee is ok, service is adequate and prices relatively high but reasonable. Didnt try food, however overall inpression is very positive!

I was looking for a good burger joint in Poland that could also cater for my gluten free health requirements. I got to Smugglers Inn and immediately loved the decor. Its designed like a 50s diner with a wall of hot sauces you can try out.Unfortunately they didnt have an English menu but the hostess translated the entire menu for me. They were super helpful when it came to my GF intolerance too. They had GF buns, removed or replaced any toppings that I couldnt eat.Since I couldnt have any fries because they also cook onion rings in the oil, they prepared oven baked fries just for me.The burger was great, the fries were crispy and salty, and everything went down great with a strawberry milkshake.I definitely recommend!

Great rendition of an American Pub. One for the best places to go to watch sports as well. Burgers are fantastic and are cooked to your liking. Milkshakes are heavenly and the hot sauce selection is unrivaled in Katowice. Service is wonderful and every dish is made carefully and with care. The owners are incredibly friendly people always willing to make adjustments to food or to cater to sporting/ television events. This is the place you need to come if your homesick or just need a great place to chill out.

Best burger in katowice so far ... the waitresses are very nice ...the spices perfectly were chose ..and the food it self is so tasty ...the decorations are so cosy and neat...jus so perfect

My fav in there are fries with cheese. It doesn’t mean that burgers aren’t good, on the contrary, little drops of heaven.By the way chef and the owner is a brilliant guy.

Waited 45 minutes after ordering the beers and appetizers, asked 3 times the waiters, always the same answer "we are preparing it now" after 3rd time we just left... And it wasnt crowed at all...

Fine Pub, fine furniture style. Once pizza and focaccia were good enough. Since few time these are not available anymore in the menù proposals. The rest of the menù is sufficient. Young personnel... but it is clear they dont know what to do. They have no experience.

Absolutely fantastic. This place serves the best Margeritas !!! The owners are such a lovely and kind people who will do anything to please their customers - nothing is a problem.
