My husband and I stopped here a couple of times while driving by Salmon Arm. It’s delicious. Usually falafel is dry without much flavour but here it is great. From now on we’ll always make an excuse to stop in Salmon Arm.

We came to this restaurant by chance and tried falafel bowl and carrot/ginger soup, both taste amazing. The restaurant was so cozy and the owner was very nice lady. We highly recommend this place if you like veggies foods

We did really enjoy the food here, but the service wasnt the greatest. Maybe we caught her on a bad day, but she wasnt very helpful or friendly. Two women actually came in right after us and left after not being helped.. We drove from Kamloops just to eat here, so it was a little disappointing. They do have great reviews so were hoping itll be better next time!

Suuuuuper cute place on a really hip street. I was driving through Salmon Arm and was shocked to find a fully vegan place. Limited hearty menu, means it’s all fresh. Very tasty. I’m definitely coming back.

Amazing new owner, and great vegan food!

Love the concept of this place and coziness but the smoothies themselves were ok. Good intentions...but it was warm (when freshly made). The flavours was ok and was homemade but...it was ok. Probably best served cold at least..and because they dont use bananas..its not as smooth.

Stopped in on my way back to Calgary and had the forager bowl. The woman at the front was so friendly and helpful! The bowl itself was DELICIOUS. They didn’t have the mushroom gravy so they used pesto instead and it was the best. thing. ever. The entire atmosphere is so amazing and the decorations and way it looks is sooo beautiful!! I would go here every day if I could.

So ridiculously delicious!!! The place has a really great environment. The staff is amazing! And they recycle and compost everything so there is literally no waste that they create from being a business!! Thats amazing!!!

This is the best/most unique food I have had, possibly ever.The waffles are absolutely amazing. We came here because of the reviews and are so happy we did.The frosted matcha drink has mushrooms in it, which you cant taste, but really enhances the flavor.If you havent had this food, and you are in salmon arm, you NEED to go here.

Such a cute little cafe in the heart of Salmon Arm. Very cozy, amazing plant based food & drink options. I’m so glad we had the chance to try this place out on our last day of vacation. We’ll definitely be back next summer. 😊

Have been so excited about having the opportunity to eat here and I was not disappointed!!! Will be eating here everytime I come in to Salmon Arm!Prices are great, portion size was perfect, and staff was awesome! I had the vegan chilli on a bed of spinach (and rice)!

Love this beautiful space. the set up is amazing, all the food is made fresh right in front of you with real ingredients. they have three different specials every day so it is always changing!
