Amazing customer service, took care of me from the moment I walked in to the moment I got in my car. I love coming to this location especially the staff and the smoothie are always made with love

I LOVEEEE the pineapple surf. I let them know my last visit & she added frozen yogurt instead as a suggestion free of charge! It tasted like a milkshake!

Clean, calm and quiet. I ordered ahead and my smoothie was prepared in a timely fashion. Staff were friendly and welcoming as well.

Service has gone down hill. You have to provide the cashier with good customer service. for example, you have to greet them when you walk in.

Traveled from out of town and stopped here. I Ordered online and parked next to the curbside pick-up sign because there is only 1 curbside spot. OK, COOL! I called in to let them know I placed an order online and that I parked next to the sign due to the spot being taken so they could find me and the girl whom answered asked me “ so you want us to bring you your items???!” I paused as I was shocked I was even asked that the way it was asked. Soooooo yea if curbside is not a thing anymore just say that. 🙃Anyways, I walked in and spoke and was greeted back only by a gentleman. The female cashier kept her head down. Your the face of the company, smile!

Great smoothies and customer service

When I first walked in, the employee looked dead at me walked to the back. Didn’t speak the other employee was pulling trash. It was completely empty. I had to ask someone to take my order. He splashed sugar all over me and didn’t apologize. Just a bad vibe.

Customer service sucks needs better workers my smoothies was made wrong I will stick with tropical smoothie the undercover boss need to come inside this place because it’s no way this place still open for real

The smoothies are wonderful, with great variety. I only really come here on Fridays because of the very high prices on any other day. They also make healthier smoothies for anyone avoiding the sugar. The service is nice aswell, usually in and out within 3 minutes.

This place is amazing. I lost 15 lbs with the veggie smoothie meal replacement! Took 3 months. I feel great every day. I watched the staff get out smoothie after smoothie even though they were backed up they even told everyone how long it would take. Completely worth it. The price is right on since I am paying for a meal that actually energizes me instead of a $12 fast food slow down. Definitely going back!

Don’t go to this location! The young lady (blackhair with blonde on the bottombehind the counter was having a tough time changing the receipt paper and after about five mins she looked up and rudely said “do you need more time?” I said no and told her what I wanted but she wasn’t at even at l the register to type the order! I would recommend ANY smoothie king but this one. The difference in customer service between this location and others is a night and day comparison, I was just trying to get a freakin smoothie man….😒

If you enjoy watching employees actively bully what appeared to be a brand new employee to the point of crying, then the smoothie king for you. Berating and public humiliation during a busy time while 2 employees didnt help one who was in training was absolutely absurd and disturbing. The bullied worker was kind but struggled as more customers came in and the two trained workers stopped helping her. And the fact that they let her make the smoothie wrong as well, letting her FAIL, how shameful. Corporate needs to investigate and fire these employees who give their company a bad name or else they have a harassment case on their hands. Dont support this location, better yet, dont support this company. Updates to follow if the company reaches.

Came in 2 days in a row before 6pm and the open light is on but the girl is cleaning the machines and said shes closed...... You cant call and speak to anyone because the phone is always busy....not good

Came here today 5/28/2021 around 530 and no one was inside..just empty..said hello multiple times and nothing. So I left.. Ended up going across the street to Starbucks for a frappuccino. Hung out there for a while, when I walked back to my car after about an hour.. the police was inside..something must have happened 😞 I missed out on my saturday smoothie

This place is struggling. 35 minutes to make a smoothie with 4 employees just chilling. Seems like management is non existent or doesn’t care.

Looooove the Angel Food smoothie! I like that I can add protein or other vitamins without compromising taste. You can also add yogurt to give it a more creamy texture. On Fridays, all smoothies are on sale for $5, which is like half off.

The smoothies were fine, but some of the staff were inconsistent with appropriate mask wear, one of them willfully so. I walked in and ordered smoothies and had to ask the staff to wear their masks appropriately. As soon as he was done with my smoothie, one of the staff members pulled under his chin while talking with his co-workers before I and my party even left the building. If he had COVID, he would be putting us and his co-workers at risk, not to mention spreading it all over their work surfaces, the food, and the equipment.The staff need to take mask precautions seriously, because some of their customers (like those in my party at the timemay be at higher risk.

Honestly they are so quick with my order and very nice I love the environment and the drinks are delicious!

Online Ordering has been down for almost a month. Now, more than ever, this service is convenient and avoids lines. Pre-covid, we used to be able to at least call in an order for pick-up. This is no longer allowed. Please fix your online ordering platform.

Went into this store at 3:15 at 3:25 i was still standing there waiting to be served. The cashier was at the register and didn’t even speak 4 workers and NOBODY said nothing. There is no customer service here and this location doesn’t represent the smoothie king brand that we have grown to love so much 👎🏾

Hey its Friday and I stoped by for a smoothie only to be snapped at by a rude ladie saying "we dont take cash" told me to talk to the bank about it! Really.Im in customer service and that is NOT how you talk to a guest!! Simply Rude!!

It is Saturday at 8:15 and it is still not open. Obviously staffing problems. There were me and three other people waiting outside very angry they werent open when they said they were. Also your phone number is a fake. Bad business. This owner doesnt know how to run a business.

Quez and his team are extraordinary and go out of there way to make you feel comfortable and at home! This was my first time here but will definitely not be the last!

A few months ago I recently started working in the Riverside area and was very happy to know that there was a smoothie king close by. I have order there maybe 12 times and I think theyve only gotten my order right twice. There is no organization, and no one makes it an effort to move with urgency. My smoothie has been late MANY times (even ordering online), sometimes its not fully blended and there are chunks in there or sometimes it has to be remade. I have always love Smoothie king, but this location is NOT it!Today was the last straw (7/31/2020). Towards the end of my smoothie, this is what I found. (Photo inserted)

The employees here are on it. 15 smoothies ordered on line, 2 ordered as a walk in and four uber smoothies and still the smoothies went out without a hitch. Nice

If I could give zero stars I would. I understand they were busy but there no organization or communication. They skipped over orders and left our order sitting in the blender. The total was over 14 dollars and it was supposed to be $5 for a 32oz smoothie, which i got 2 of.

Second time in this location first time i was new with using ap in store did not get my points cause I found out later there was two different scan codes and guy at register not helpfull. Second time was Monday I was placing my order the guy did not hear what I ask for so I repeated it then the other employee was talking to him then he turns back to me and said what was it again you wanted. and I had to again repeat it and i wanted 2. And he what kind again. Also while waiting on mine a gentleman cane in stood at register and neither never acknowledged him. After a while a third guy came out back and seen him and waited on him. I too like others that complained on here,this second time in both were very watery.

With 4 people working behind the counter and only 3 customers you would think that the wait time would be less than 5 min, however, from the time my order was taken to the time I received my one (1smoothie was 20min. To top it off the smoothie was watery.I use to stop at this location every morning on my way to work and the service had always been excellent with friendly and warm smiles from the workers. It would usually be only 2 workers, however they got you in and out in a timely manner and the smoothies were always on point.This was the 1st time in about 3yrs since Ive stopped at this location and will be the last time.

👀👀👀👀👀👀👀 what happened I just left out of here so disappointed. This was the best smoothie king in Jax to me. It was nasty looking inside. The two young boys working there had it looking nasty. Nothing was wiped down. Ordered a smoothie they completely made it of ice then I asked to remake it and its still not right. I threw it away right in front of them and walked out. Didnt even ask for my money back just left

I received an email stating that Smoothie King is taking precautions during the pandemic and their employees would be wearing gloves and mask. This is not the case on Saturday April 18th 2020 nor Friday April 17th 2020. On Saturday this employee had his long hair down making smoothies and had an unpleasant, unprofessional attitude when we ordered and when I asked him for new lids for our cups that he touched with his unwashed fingers.

Sent my husband to this location yesterday around 8pm to get my usual Caribbean way smoothie and had a coupon for him to get one 20oz for free. He let the cashier know about the coupon ans she said ok. She rang up the order and caahed it out without giving him instructions on how to use it. He called me and i told him to download the app and sign in to our account. After doing so he told the young lady of the situation and she said that she could not correct it. He asked could she refund it and then rering it and ahe said that her manager was not there and would not allow her to do so. He then aaked how can this be rectified. A male associate came out and corrected the situation and he was able to get both drinks and leave. After drinking half of my drink im horrified to find this..I dont know if it is hair or what but its gross..I honestly hope that this was not an act of retaliation!!! HORRIBLE!!

Sooooooo!!!!! I go to smoothie king 2-3 times a week at different locations around JAX! I come to this location cause its closest to me. Its 5:45pm. I came here to get a Medium smoothie with an enhancer. I placed my order and then 2 people came in behind. Im waiting for my smoothie, the people behind me get their 2 smoothies fixed. When it came time for mine, I asked the white short girl with short hair if I could get the rest in a cup as I ask at the other stores of need be. Theyve actually offered to do that and never mentioned a charge. This girl said she had to charge me for a cup? Said that she had to charge because it wasnt a half cup full. Um, as much money as I spend with Smoothie King, I want all my smoothie especially when I get an enhancer because then youre cheating me out of my enhancer!!! While I like the points and all, at the end of the day, its too many other smoothie places around now to be doing that to people. Give people all of their smoothie!!!!! 💯

First time here. Quick service. Great customer service. Lots of variety. Staff was very helpful in explaining the menu. They also have various other products like supplements, protein and healthy snacks that you can purchase, as well. I would definitely go again. They also have $5 Fridays for a medium which is a pretty good size.

Brian and his team did a fantastic job today. Smoothie King always goes above and beyond and today was no exception to that. The guys and gals were working their tails off today and the AC had been out on them which in FL is no joking matter. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Keep up the great work!

Disappointed in this operation. One nothing here is priced on the shelves. Two their corporate entity decided to do away with the styrofoam cups, threw their $5 Friday smoothies are mostly $6 dollars because now their calling them meal replacements and charging an extra dollar. It’s the principle of their advertising tactics. Again it’s disappointing.

I’m a few weeks late writing this review, but I really enjoyed the customer service from a female employee and her male manager. I called in an order to pick up, so I wasn’t late to work, and when I got there the smoothie was ready & the manager said it was free! It was such a small but meaningful gesture— as I was just released from the hospital and all I was able to eat (at the timewere smoothies. It made my day & made me a loyal customer! I can’t wait to go back!

The employees are great, the owner ( whom I seem to encounter oftennot so much. Hes really loud and obnoxious. On my last visit, he made a bunch of jokes about wishing he could charge customers to use the restroom and for other random things. Then he overcharged me for my smoothie and walked away without giving me my change. I had to flag down another employee to help me. I think Im done with this location.

Good taste but specifically asked for "no almonds" in my mango kale smoothie and its full of them. Just a preference for me so while disappointing, no where near as dangerous as it would be for someone thats allergic.
