Smoothie King in Marietta

The service was horrible and I have a warm smoothie that I waited a half hour for😡

I’ve been to this smoothie king twice and probably will never go again. I don’t usually have a problem with waiting a little for food, and I try to be understanding of employees, but I waited 25 minutes for a smoothie!! If I hadn’t already paid I would’ve just left. The employees seemed to not be making a smoothie—for me or anyone else—until I inquired about it. And it wasn’t even busy. There was only one other person in there.

Ms. Davis is amazing! She made my day with her wonderful customer service! Will definitely be coming back to this location.

Stopped by this morning, just wanted to say thank you to the young lady that helped with my order! My normal is The Hulk and I wanted to switch it up due to lactose intolerance! She’s very knowledgeable and helped me try a different option as well as substitute some options to better help with my situation! It’s great customer service like this that makes you want to come back so once again thank you!!

Terrible customer service and bad tasting smoothie. I wanted 10 min for my smoothie and it was bad. I threw the smoothie away instead of asking her to remake it.

Love Smoothie King in general, but LOVE this location and its leadership! Chris is the best! Makes my day to connect with him regularly- and he always goes above and beyond in customer relationship and service! Hes also built a great team with the same traits! Much appreciation from me!

I had a new young man be very patient while I ordered and help me get exactly what I wanted. I appreciate him and the smoothie tasted delicious!

So I came to this location last night around 8:05pm & it was an awful experience. The female seemed very annoyed & kept throwing dishes around in the sink like she was aggravated and the male that was there took 15 minutes to make my smoothie & it came out terrible. The only reason Im giving 5 stars is because of my experience today coming in for my remake from last night. Madison was super sweet and her good customer service was a complete breath of fresh air. She made my smoothie perfectly and because of her, I will definitely have to come back !- Ashley

I came to this location this morning before work to grab a smoothie. It’s 7:23 am and you guys open at 7. I pulled in the parking spot in front of the door and your employee was sitting on her phone in the window and saw me and RUNS to the back of the store. I get out my car and the door is locked. That same employee is now behind the counter trying to not show eye contact while still on her phone. If your hours changed then it needs to be on the doors and google. But since it says you open at 7 am, your employee needs to open the door. I can understand safety issue since she was the only one in the store but she just didn’t want to work. Please do better young lady.

I just had the best experience this morning at your store. I was treated so great and with open arms, also the vibes overall at this location are just unbelievable. I believe one of the workers names was Jazmine!!

Been coming to this SK for the past two years every weekday & they ALWAYS prepare my Lean One Chocolate w/strawberries perfectly! This particular smoothie is tough to get the taste perfectly & they always nail it. Today was special as the flavor was a little off, but didn’t bother me to much, BUT the server came out running to me yelling my name “LIIIIZZ!” She told me she had made it incorrectly & offered to remake it 🥺. I happily obliged. Their service is always so kind,& they are more than happy to redo your smoothie if it’s incorrect. You guys are great, thank you! 💖

Worst experience at a smoothie king. I put in my order at the counter with a girl who had long light brown braids with beads on the ends at 9:50. Its 10:25 and still no smoothie. I watched them leave it in the blender because it had too much ice in it. they decided to just leave it and move on to the next smoothie vs remaking it and actually giving me my smoothie. The girl with the black hair finally decided to fix my smoothie after it had sat in the blender.

Smoothie was fine but they are EXTREMELY SLOW at this location. Not that friendly either.

We ordered 7 smoothies on Friday, 02/19/2021 and when they were delivered, one was missing. We called the store and spoke with Jamaya who was rude and unaccommodating. She told us to call doordash to fix the problem. We let her know that we believed the store should fix the problem being that they were the ones who failed to give the dasher what we paid for. Jamaya somehow found this funny which is strange because she works for her money just like we do. Jamaya did not offer us ANY kind of fix for our problem. Her customer service was non-existant and she should NOT be working with the public with an attitude like the one she had with us. Jamaya is very unprofessional and we feel bad for any other customer who has this same experience with Jamaya.

I am disappointed that when visiting smoothie king this morning the person making my smoothie during a PANDEMIC did NOT have on a mask! I get that you dont want to wear them but when preparing food it is unacceptable. I will not be back.

excellent. always is. they even almost had an atmosphere that wasnt completely controlled by the corona hype. almost was like going to any store in the nation 6 months ago. not quite but closer than any other business Ive been to lately

Closing staff the night of 6/29 was rude. Threatened to not make my smoothie even though I was in line well before closing. Smoothie was disgusting too like they did it on purpose. Never coming back

Absolutely love this Smoothie King location! Whenever I place an order on the mobile app my smoothies are always ready at the promised time and the taste always exceeds expectations. The staff is always extremely friendly as well!!

The level of service at this location has rapidly declined. I asked the cashier to remove one item from my smoothie, which Ive done many times in the past, but this time the cashier could neither find the smoothie on his computer nor figure out what needed to be removed. I was fine with this, since maybe it was just a training issue. My problem came when the subtotal was higher than the price listed on the board. I thought that this was surely a mistake, so I mentioned it to the cashier. He shook his head and told me that it was correct. I asked him when they were planning to change the board, since they were selling items at higher than the price listed. He said that he didnt know. Anyone should know that you need to honor the listed price. Very disappointed.

Just left this location #1456. Order placed at 11:08 am, received my order at 11:23, even the customers who came in after me noticed how long I waited... apparently my small berry smoothie order was not memorable at the register with Marianne(long hairso unfortunately Karis M.(hair bun)had to research my order to process it.#customerserviceintraining

Nice staff, gal offered to remake a smoothie because she thought she could do it better, didnt matter to me, but the customer service was very thoughtful.

Im so glad this location is open! i used to go to the powers ferry location but their service was always slow. i walked in last friday and it was busy but every employee greeted me with a smile and they were hustling to get the orders out. hope they keep it up.
