Yummy smoothies, reasonably priced, friendly service.

I’ve come here a few times now, and usually my smoothies are good. Today was terrible, not sure what happened. I wanted to ask for it to be re made but the young lady making the smoothies seemed to not be in the mood whatsoever. I don’t think I’ll be back, service and quality has went down.

Waiting 20-25 min for a small smoothie is unexcusable...no type of organization

The only reason I go is because of Reese and Nia.These two are THE ONLY actual employees that work here.The other employees here do not work whatsoever,very rude,slow and trust me you will be waiting 25 minutes for a smoothie ,and that is WITHOUT a line at all.I dont see why the manager continues to hire these very very young little girls that seem to have no experience at all and ruin the entire stores name and professionalism.

Omg..I meditate daily and this place still is disturbing to me,the fact that children looking girls work very and take forever and a day to make a drink

They dont take gift cards and there is no sign that says that. It was a Friday, and we were asking them about their sizes, the employee never told us about the $1 UP. Then I saw the poster outside, and they said its too late. Ridiculous the store doesnt take its own gift cards. NEVER visiting this or any other SK ever again.

👎🏼 The only reason I add 1 star is because the review made me in order to post. I normally don’t write negative reviews when I have a bad experience unless it is egregious. By the looks the comments this store has had its share of issues. I just left the store & ordered an island impact requested that the pineapple juice be removed and to add kale and its place. When I receive my receipt I noticed they charge me for the kale. I told the clerk it was a mistake, I remove the pineapple juice in order to add the kale and its place. The clerk argue they charged me what I ask for. I’ve asked the clerk which was a guy with blond colored hair why would anyone pay for an additional item they can get with their substitute. Instead of being apologetic he wanted to argue so I asked for a refund. He snatched the receipt which caused the change to fly to the floor. When he returned my money I was a nickel short. I had to tell him it was a nickel he let fly across the floor. That’s the second reason why he should’ve known he could have made the mistake of adding that item on my ticket just like he made the mistake of refunding me the incorrect amount. Then when I proceeded to leave he stated, “you have a nice day, in a very nasty tone. I didn’t say a word or look back to antagonize his behavior.. This young man was that age of one of my children. I frequently stop by this location for many years. I have never seen this young man before. This location seems to have a change of employees frequently. In times like this where people are cooking more at home specially shakes you would think the customer service would be at a greater level. Whoever is running that establishment better put a hidden camera to view the actions of their employees. Customer service is everything!

I come here alot. On Friday a 32oz. Is only $5. Also helpse sore knee.

Im outside the door at 7:34 a.m. and no one showed up to work I guess...again!? Please change the hours that you display. This is not the first time. False advertising and awful business.

This location stole money from me when I never received product. I ordered via app and the order was to be ready at 7:48a. Upon arrival, I noticed they were closed and changed their hours of open to 9a vs 7a posted in the SK app. I have called on several occasions, spoken to the employees who referred me to speak with the manager for a refund and they NEVER called me back. The app needs to be updated with the temporary hours to prevent things like this; whether handled by corporate, the owner, or the manager, it needs to be fixed. Whoever the manager or owner is at this location, shame on you for showing such unethical behavior to your employees. Correct the issue! Shady business.

I love smoothies but every time I try a smoothie in smoothie king they taste like chalk it does not taste like the flavors they advertise. Very disappointed.

Trash, I dont think they clean the blenders correctly, my smoothie smells lightly like a dirty wash rag... uhm someone call a health inspector please.

They have been horrible since the new employees have been there. Call order in 15 minutes ahead of time, and still not ready when I get there. Smoothie was watery also.

Please update your hours somewhere other than on your front door. I drive a good distance to come here for absolutely nothing. And please work with your staff on being more friendly. So disappointing.

I walk into the store nobody says hello, nothing. Dead silent. And there were several people in the store. I was standing there for 7 minutes to realize where you had to order from. At the point 4 people were infront of me. How do you not greet someone when they walk into your store?? I wont be back and yet i wanted to have yall cater. Absolutely not!!!!

First time here. I ordered 4 32 oz smoothies and 1 20 oz the lady at the register embarrassed me by yelling at the customers behind me it would be a little bit because of what I ordered. I changed my order to 5 20 oz so it will be easier for them. I asked her is she for real how she just acted in front of 5 ppl. Very rude not friendly and made me feel like I as a customer was bothering her. I was very nice and respectful.

Good smoothies. Interesting interchange with employees. Appears that supervision and assistance to guide the employees in good communication and work habits is sorely needed.

the girl that rang up our order was nice but the other girl there was very rude and gave me and my fiancé an attitude the whole time. when we asked which smoothie was which the second girl was very unprofessional. i am allergic to bananas and i asked for my smoothie to not have bananas in it, however when i let my fiancé taste my smoothie first, he tasted bananas and i couldn’t drink it. i really wish the employees would care more about the customers.

It takes way too long to get a freaking smoothie here. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone simply because you will be in here for at least 10 mins and your smoothie will still be average... Why wait when I can go to planet smoothie and be in and out within 5 mins with a perfectly made smoothie. You guys need to formulate a new system because one register is not going to cut it at this popular location.

I decided to stop by this location on two occasions.There is no way that I should have to wait 15mins for a smoothie when there are more than a sufficient amount of employees. I wasn’t too happy .

New owners are not very clean. Just watched them make my smoothie after touching and exchanging cash with a customer and continuing without washing hands. This is how the virus is spread.. Horrible.

I came into smoothie king about 4 or so days ago, and when I entered the store I was amazed by how empty it looked and the long list of ingredients they were out of. I asked the young boy working at the time what was going on and he gave me no response due to him listening to music through the AirPods that he was wearing, I found that pretty rude but anyways I asked again but louder and he said that the owner doesn’t pay for their stock and complained about his bounced pay checks. All I have to say is poor owner ship and poor service. Btw I asked for a name and he said Nathaniel. Hope y’all can really benefit from this hopefully helpful review.

Visited the Rhinehart store about a month ago. Customer service was worst Ive ever encountered. Same as previous reviews. I broke the awkward silence by asking HER how was her day and good morning. Otherwise, she just looked at me. No greeting, no "how can I help you" no "thank you". NOTHING. She had to mix the smoothie a couple different times cause she forgot ingredients (she realized as she followed the recipie menuand it was just gross. Ill drive out of the way for Planet Smoothie or Tropical Smoothie any day then go through that again.

I absolutely hate to leave bad reviews but I am extremely disappointed with the “customer-serviceless” that I received at the Rinehart store. When I arrived no one greeted me. Small, but a red flag nonetheless. Then when standing at the register to order, they just stared at me. Lastly, when I went to stick my hand out to receive my change the cashier placed my money on the counter and walked away. The only verbal communication that was had was me placing the order and the cashier asking me if I wanted a receipt. Very disappointing.

I wanted a smoothie not a fountain smoothie if you follow me. It was so watery. I had another one fixed and it was watery as well. Will somebody show them how to make a smoothie. 🤨🤨🤨

I went to in to this location this morning, intending to order a drink and water. I made the mistake of asking for the water first, and they said that they refuse water to anyone who does not make a minimum purchase.The high school aged individual who attempted to render customer service to me was extremely nasty and rude. I guess the old rule is true that you get a minimum wage effort for a minimum wage pay from minimum wage people. I will NEVER darken their doorstep again.

Whenever you go into the Smoothie shop they always welcome you. They have really great service. I ordered a Banana Berry Treat Smoothie ( highly recommend it). All of the smoothies are nutritional and have some type of nutritional value. You can get off of exercising and entertain yourself with a great smoothie from Smoothie King.

First time customer... smoothie was very good thats why gave 3 stars but the service was very slow, store looks dirty greasy and bathroom was out of order I was not impressed with smoothie store #0677. Somebody needs to tell corporate the store needs to be cleaned.

The employees here are nice and the gladiator smoothie was pretty good. But this place will never be as good as Planet smoothie. They just dont have as many customizable options when it comes to there smoothies. And overall they dont have as many options when it comes to like side snacks. And honestly only like one of their side snack options are any good. They just have pretty limited options overall. And they very Rarely ever have any bags available for me to carry my things out

I know a lot of people really like Smoothie King, but I have to say that I really disliked it. The only things good about this place was the cleanliness and the customer service. The smoothies themselves tasted bad. They had way too much sugar and they tasted like protein powder. However, the customer service was really good. So, I dont recommend this place unless you really like shockingly sweet smoothies.

This location always seems to be out of one ingredient or another whether it’s frozen yogurt, ice cream, or other main ingredients that ends up making a major impact on actual choices of available smoothies. Very disappointed.

Except for sucralose in their Gladiator Protein, Smoothie King has done an outstanding job to improve the healthiness of their options. While I cannot vouch for their sugary (fructoseoptions owing to the nature of fruit, and lack of (saturatedfats (even in their protein shakes), their transition to entirely USDA Organic food for their smoothies is one of the best choices Smoothie King will ever make!

Customer service as everyone knows will make or break any business. Never would I think I would be on google writing about this. I ordered a smoothie from these guys who I usually come to at least six times per month for the wife & I. The smoothie we ordered was not good. I asked the gentleman to remake & he had a horrible attitude. If anyone comes to your business establishment and spends $60.00 per month, you should have no issues with remaking a smoothie. The gentleman making the smoothie killed my entire experience. When he finished, he pretty much mumbled out of his mouth & sat my smoothie down. Will continue to represent smoothie king but not this one.

The smoothies were good. The store had a lot of open space with few places to sit. The staff was friendly. The strip mall it was in had some vacancy.

Great service and good items, but bummed that a drink I used to get created by an employee was never made permanently. And unfortunately I cannot recreate because they also stopped using black cherries.

Located right next to the Walmart, its a great place to enjoy amazing smoothies. They have a huge menu with various combinations of fruits and vegetables to create great smoothies.We went for Vegan Mango Kale (which has a SunWarrior raw plant based protein, mangoes, kale, bananas, apple juice, pineapple mango juice blend, and almondsand a Raspberry Collider (which has bananas, raspberry sorbet, raspberry puree, orange juice and an electrolyte mix). Both of them were amazing and very refreshing.The staff was good and very helpful. These guys also sell nutritional supplements and other snacks which you can have with your smoothies.

I got here and ordered a smoothie at 3:55 never have I had this happen before but not only did I finally receive my smoothie at 4:10 but people were paying and grabbing their smoothies BEFORE me and I ordered BEFORE them, wont be back here. Sorry.

Great kids working at this Smoothie King. We come every Sunday and Zach always has good suggestions on trying new flavors.

I come to smoothie King once per week roughly, and always have a pleasant experience. The workers are generally helpful, especially Ethan, who helps me find what I am looking for when I want something nutritious to start my Saturday morning! Overall smoothie king delivers a friendly, positive experience.

Great smoothies! My kids loved the strawberry kiwi smoothie. The young gentleman, Zach, who took care of us was very polite and did a great job of explaining the menu to us. I highly recommend Smoothie King in Sanford.

Ive been coming to smoothie king for about a year now, and I have to say they have some of the most nutritionally dense and tasty smoothie around. The staff is great, especially Cristina and Natalie. Theyre smiles are contagious and their positive attitude never fails to brighten my day. Overall, this is a five star establishment with a superb staff. 10/10!
