Smoothie King in Lubbock

The manager here is the absolute best, & they have the most amazing employees!I love all of their vegan options, & how easy it is to veganize any of their other smoothies

Claire the employee at the smoothie king is one of the rudest employees I’ve ever encounter. Her and her coworkers were screening profanities through the drive through microphone. Once we got to the window she meet us with a very rude attitude. Honestly disgusted about my experience at this smoothie king and my business will now be with tropical smoothie.

Im in love with the Banana Boat. Its awesome just like the customer service that I get. You guys truly make my day. 😁

The Hulk smoothie with coffee and vanilla is the best smoothie I’ve ever had.Unfortunately, this time I went there was a lot of hair in my drink. This is like the 4th 5in strand one I’ve had to fish out of my mouth.

I always go here, but tonight they gave me regular milk instead of almond milk. I am lactose intolerant, I have been sick for the last 3 hours…. 🙃😔 I might not go back because it may not be serious to them but I am extremely sick.

The only place I go for smoothies. I don’t even want to try anywhere else. The smoothies are always a refreshing treat. I live 3.5 hours away in the middle of nowhere. Every time I visit Lubbock, I stop by this smoothie king!

Theyre smoothies are fantastic, Almost as good as the ones I make at home.

With some of the friendliest faces in town, Smoothie King offers a very tasty treat at a moderate price. I havent gone enough to figure out which drink I like the best, but they offer an excellent variety of healthy drink options that are exciting just to look at. My only concern is that the couple of drinks I have gotten havent been my favorite. They were very good, but didnt quite hit the happy spot for me. HOWEVER, that said, I still havent tried everything and just because their drinks arent my favorites doesnt mean they cant be yours. The convenient location, welcoming staff, and wide selection of drinks warrants at least a couple of visits to see if youll be able to find something youll like. I plan on going back every now and again for any promotions and in hopes of finding a drink that is perfect for me.

I get the same smoothie every time. Most days its phenomenal but today 08/10/2019 at 1pm it was incredibly bland. Really upsetting.

If I could give it less than a star I would. I drove all the way over there and even though they are open, the door was locked, nobody was inside, and nobody was answering the drive though. As I was walking back to my car employees were entering the lobby and yet the door was not unlocked. Real poor customer service and I am shocked this is how they run their business.

The smoothies are delicious but the service could definitely be better.. not very friendly at all.. this last time I went I was asked what I needed, I replied give me a moment and like 5 seconds later she asked are you going to order anything? Very rudely. Still five star for taste. A two Star for customer service

All of the staff at 19th and Memphis are amazing , friendly and very professional. I love going to that location!

Great place to grab a quick meal. Lots of variaty with some added bonus to buff your stats. Really was impressed, this was my first time in a smoothie King. Tons of flavor in every cup. The staff was kind and helpful. One of the best things though is we would shop at marketstreet and get buy one get one free coupons for the Smoothie King.

Love this place. They are very consistent with what they do, and I like that they have other things to buy inside like protein powders for sale, vitamins, like a mini GNC that offers smoothies.

An excellent place for smoothies! Compared to Tropical Smoothie Cafe - I find Smoothie Kings drinks to be a lot tastier. They are a bit too pricey in my opinion... And it is rather out of my way since I dont live near 19th. I would definitely visit more often if there was another location! Overall i would recommend this location if youre looking for a healthy option. The staff is always very polite.

They work hard here at this location to give good service. As a smoothie place in general, I love Smoothie King.

Went through the drive through this morning at about 8:20. Say at the order menu for a few mins with no answer or greeting. Google maps shows they open at 8. That’s horrible service.

Best place to get a smoothie! So many varieties of flavors and types of smoothies. Various add ins make for a great boost, as well as the meal replacement options make for a quick option when time is crunched! I visit here at least twice per week. Great smoothies, great people.

This was our first time here, we are regular at Kevi Juice... but thought since everyone like it we would try it and let me tell you it was awful the smoothies are just awful my daughter Lil angel was horrible the taste was gross and bitter with no juice just sad I had some kind of pineapple smoothie that was so disheartening. .. will never return my dug her said it was gross and we ended up throwing them in the trash and too over priced

Ordered the same shake 100 times. Todays shake is terrible. Manager just left so obviously one of the kids messed it up. Wasted $7.

Higher priced but definitely have the best smoothy selection in town!
