The staff of Slowtown are so amazing. No words can describe how great they are. Even though they are under pressure or understaffed. They provide great service. Had a tasty quiche and amazing chai latte on time 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽😍❤️

I had the opportunity to visit Namibia a few years ago. I was looking for a serious cup of coffee, preferably a flat white. I happened upon Slowtown on Independence, and was so happy to find a place that served up a proper drink. The service was nice. The location and setup of the cafe was very pleasing, with both indoor and outdoor seating. And the drink was very smooth and just what I needed.The espresso drink options were great for those who have favorites. I really was amazed to see the offerings of coffee equipment and other items for sell. Thats always a sign that a shop takes coffee seriously.

Probably the only place in Windhoek where they are at least trying to serve coffee with style.The taste is not the greatest though.Location is good in CBD with tables outside and a lively environment.

Ive been to both Slow Town outlets in Grove Mall. Mostly to buy their "house blend" coffee beans for our coffee machine at home. For us - also the best coffee in town. If I do have a minute to spare, then a take away coffee or a quick sit-down for coffee definitely adds flavour to my visit. Always friendly, fast and effective service. Highly recommended if good coffee matters. Actually, the best place to find a great coffee selection.

Im a coffee addict and slow town always soothes my hunger for a good cup of Joe..They have really great snacks as well,the staff is remarkable and the area is also pretty awesome i must admit.If you come to Windhoek and want a good cup of coffee or cappuccino ,slow town is your spot . Sometimes the even have performing nights which is so entertaining.

It was really nice to find a cafe serving Bulletproof coffee while I was in Windhoek. The service was great and it was nice to be able to sit outside and watch the hustle & bustle of the city. My only complaint is that their WiFi router has a really week signal. I was seated just outside the door and it dropped off several times. Really frustrating.

Such a lovely place in the middle of city.Its a modern coffee roaster with all the appeal of the coffee shop.I enjoyed the conversations as well as the pastries (I love pastries)The coffee and pastry I chose was cheap the sitting area was comfortable. I loved the view on the outside and I caught myself forgetting I was in a busy town.This place really added value to my trip and I appreciated the smile and good service of the staff.

Nice tasting coffee and also the afogatto a warm day is nice. Reasonable princes and you can get your freshly roasted beans here. The store also has all necessary things for the coffee geek.

Great coffee in the centre of Windhoek City. The location makes this shop and sitting in the high street and watching the city move is a great way pass the time. Parking is unfortunately a major issue. Would have hoped parking that parking could be made available at the RMB building?

Coffee is excellent and the service as well. Great variety to choose from and also dont hesitate to order any of their sandwhiches on offer. Fresh and tasty.Newest edition to the menu is their ice tea selection.You can also buy roasted coffee beans to take home and a variety of cups and other coffee orientated paraphernalia.

I can definitely say, Slowtown is Namibia´s best coffee place and, perhaps, one of the best in the world in general.The staff´s attention and dedication to this art is something truly admirable, espresso tastes like in Italy and cappuccinos, combined with their latte art skills, is an amazing experience...for your mouth and for your eyes.Food is super nice with a great variety of options in their menu.The way the place is furnished is also very tasty, very hipster I would say.Service is very good, very friendly, with an additional multiculti flavor.Well, if you happen to be in Great Namibia and you are looking for a relaxing moment before you head to explore the stunning Nature of this Country, Slowtown is the place you have to visit!

One waiters’ service seemed to be influenced by Skin Color; observed approx 15min diff to get a waiter’s attention between two tables occupied by single individuals of different race. Otherwise, great coffee n smoothies in a central location ...

Manager got annoyed when I complained about a smoker in a non smoking area. No regard for my rights and my wellbeing. Side note; it is actually illegal.

Slowtowns vibe is really cosmopolitan. No, you dont get a "fully Namibian experience", but you do see so much diversity on their serving floor and in their coffee (and Im not that much of a drinker). The place is a feel-good space where you probably wont be bothered...so be stuck on your laptop.

Its a great place to write a few poems, outside enough to feel the summer rain and not get drenched as you wait for your friend, coffee or hot chocolate.

I had 6 interview at this place, 4 meetings, have done my lesson plan here, had more than my share of "me time" at this place. I had my date here. The place is just perfect of any beautiful moment anyone want to create.

Good quality coffee made by experienced barristers. Filled rolls made on the premises using quality ingredients. Avocado salad filling drizzled with olive oil is my favourite. For something sweet why dont you try a fruity muffin.
