Devastated the place close. Cheap pints, nice place, all round lovely.

I was looking forward to going to this bar and it had some great beer offers written on a blackboard outside, Amstel £3.49, Fosters £4.49 etc. So I went in and asked for the Amstel offer and the barwoman said that deal was off. OK I said Ill have the Fosters. Off too. Cheapest pint is £5.10! So the "offers" are just bait to get you inside. I walked out. Its nice enough inside but conning people into going in is out of order.

Margaret served me. She made eye contact as soon as I approached the bar and served me as soon as she had finished with the customer in front of me. Very welcoming and friendly

Great if you need quiet space in the station. Good range of drinks and friendly staff.

This bar is on the way to my platform and I always love popping in for a nice drink. Margret is always smiling and welcoming. She makes sure everyone in the bar is taken care of!

Quiet place within the hustle and bustle of Victoria station. Good for a drink.

Waiting for a train I ordered a glass of white wine and was told Id have to wait until the dishwasher finished as there were no wine glasses left. Not wanting a hot glass for white wine I asked for it in whatever they served gin in. It wasnt even very busy or near rush hour :/ Sticky, and a bit expensive.

£11.50 for a G & T and a pint of lager , robbery.Toilet out of order .My partner was told she couldnt have a coffee because the off hand girl serving had just cleaned the machine .This bar has got to be one of the worse ive ever been in , NEVER NEVER again will we go in there.

Today I was over charged, it was an easy mistake and could have easily been rectified, however when I pointed out the mistake I was told I was wrong. I politely explained that I knew the price for single vodka and coke was £4.95 and not the £6.95 I had been charged. To this both bar staff publicly told me that the prices had gone up today and that this wasnt their fault do dont blame them. I stated politely that i wasnt blaming them, and while the price may have gone up it was excessive and add a customer I wad in my rights to say so. I was then told publicly by both staff, that it wasnt their fault and they printed the receipt to publicly show me that they were right. This was when it was clear I had been charged for 2 separate drinks. When I politely explained this to the staff they had an argument between themselves in non English. I was told that I could get another drink next time and that they would chargeme thecorrect price but give me extra coke. I informed them they could give me my refund. This took extra time and a phone call to another party as they did not know how to fo refunds. Not surprising!! I worked in pubs and bars for many years, this was a sad performance by the staff that could have been avoided if they hadnt lied and tried to embarrass me in front of a bar full of customers!

Rude staff. Wouldnt replace wine that had gone off. If you have to meet here buy something that comes in a sealed bottle.

Convenient for when all the trains are delayed! Situated near platforms 15 & 16. BE prepared for WORST SMELLING TOILET in London. PLEASE clean it and throw some bleach around!!

A lovely place to wait for a train back down south :-good drinks selection and very nice coffee. Friendly staff, very clean and tidy, decorated in an old fashioned cosy pub way. not sure if they get regulars like a normal bar, perhaps regular commuters. It was very quiet when I visited. Dont know if they do food, I went across the concourse to the Cheese Shop and bought a sandwich for my journey and some Dutch cheese as a gift for my husband

Its just in the right place to get you in there when a train is delayed but tatty and smells. If you do need the loo i would suggest you hold it rather than risk the toilets (when they actually work)

This is actually a very good bar. I just think its probably in the wrong place. The number of customers will never be great. But its by no means a bad place at all

May as well close its doors. Walked in to order two pints on tap to be told no draught was available only bottles. The two ladies were vague and very rude. I also asked for a Bells whiskey only to find they didnt have this and told me I could have a Baileys! Not a whiskey ladies! So when I decided to go elsewhere I heard one of the charming ladies tell her friend I was a stupid woman! Absolute rubbish place!

Ive been in here before and it has been fine. This time I wanted to watch the football but there offering was something streaming from the internet which kept buffering every 30 seconds. I also discovered, like the previous reviewer that the toilets were out of order. Was told I could use the ones on the main concourse, for which of course I would have to pay.No real effort to try to provide good customer service.

This was the second time in about six weeks that we have been to this bar, on both occasions the toilets were out of order . when I asked a member of staff "why" I was told "we do what we are told" This was the second and last time I and my wife will be spending any time or money in this place.

Ive never been treated so badly or unprofessionally. We purchased hot drinks whilst waiting for our train. Not long after the lights were turned all out plunging us into almost total darkness and we were told “we’re going home”Overall our treatment was beyond belief, the service was surely and the toilets were absolutely disgusting with urine all over the floor. We will never return to one of these chains and will be sharing this experience with friends and colleagues.
