Slim Chickens in Sioux Falls

Missing items, couldnt get my money back. Called, I know they were busy but the only option for a delivery order is for us to go pick it up or for them to write our name down for next time we go in... We didnt order a pickup, we honestly avoid that part of town.... They could have called us back to make it right... If we are calling we are clearly trying to tell them of their error.Disappointed, also second time ordering, likely our last.. we cant depend on this kind of service. You pay for something.. you should be able to get what you paid for...

Great food. Good service. Addicted to the Sriracha Garlic Wing. Ill be back.

The cayenne ranch chicken sandwich is really good.

Order got delivered and was missing a kids meal and a salad. Sent my husband to go pick it up salad was awful wilted lettuce couldn’t even eat it. The bun on the spicy sandwich was mush it was gross this is the third time I have tried this location and every time it has been awful. I would like a full refund for the food please email me.

I frequent slim chickens and usually have a great experience. Today when visiting I ordered the cayenne ranch dry rub wings and got the lemon pepper instead. When I went up to the workers with my food and my receipt in hand and told them that the wings were lemon pepper they denied it and said there just wasnt a lot of seasoning on the wings and handed me back my food. Unfortunately it was lemon pepper.. and while not a big deal it was upsetting. Good food.. but take your customers seriously instead of as a joke.

First time ever going there. Food and service was good but we ordered two large fries and when we got our order the fries was on a box but there was like 10 French fries, about the size of the fries you get with a McDonalds kids meal!

Awesome service, hot fresh food that tastes great! And fast service! We had never been before and the cashier was very knowledgeable and informative!

I picked six flavors and she gave me all mango habanero and one bbq hoping I don’t notice, and to top it off, a string of hair sticking out of the sauce? Yea No thank you!I’ll eat the fries only to avoid the confrontation but don’t think you fooled me! This just ruined my mood, not coming back again. Wow

Liked the wings, just wish I could have more wings without having to order another basket. They should have something like bonus wings are $1 or so

The chicken sandwich was filled with gristle and Luke warm at best. Usually they are really good. I also think the coleslaw was old because it tasted sour so it ended up in the garbage.

Dark green tortillas was new for me, and they were also delicious!

This place brings me as much enjoyment as a long walk on a beach. I have never had a wrong order and everyone is usually nice. I would recommend stopping here if youre thinking chicken.

I love the food at Slims. But dont go there after 8pm. I get off work at 9-915 some days and go to slims because its super close. Im never there past 930. Lately when I go there to try to order my food Im hit with "we dont have wings, were out of pickles.." "OK, can I get a club sandwich?" This is the most ridiculous answer Ive gotten "were not doing sandwiches." Excuse me? What? Youre not doing whats on the menu. What can I get? Just tenders and fries.....thats all theyre willing to make. I will only be visiting this establishment for the early hours. Your night crew seems rude and not willing to make the food thats on the menu. I could understand if I was there at 955. But 930....come on now. I work retail....I know how they feel...but this is just terrible customer service.

My family likes to eat here, but they consistently either forget something (mostly my extra ranches i paid for), make the sandwiches super messy (to the point they are hard to eat because they are falling apartor make the sandwiches wrong. I was just there today and they forgot the extra ranches I ordered and made my cayenne ranch sandwiches with regular ranch instead of the cayenne ranch. Its getting ridiculous. Today especially, because I was the only one in the drive through. There is no reason or excuse of it being really busy that they couldnt have gotten my order right or made my sandwich right......One star.

We had a large order for 100+ people at a graduation part and the team at the S Loiuse location exceeded expectations! Hot, quality food ON TIME and all the sauces we wanted. Really good food, even having it delivered I wasnt sure how it would turn out, but was very satisfied. Good prices, wings were decent size, and the website is very user friendly.

First time here and loved how tender the tenders were.

Best chicken strip meal ever. Loved all of their sauces. The packaging makes it really easy to eat on the go if you have to. Everything was fast and great!

My favorite restaurant in Sioux Falls by far! They are a class act and their customer service is leagues above their competition! Ive recently been diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic so I appreciate their grilled chicken tenders they are a life saver, literally, when Im out and about

I normally get excellent service. This time they goofed my order. Made it right the second time. We go here for chicken as our first choice chicken place. Would like to see more variety and more standard side choices.

Went for lunch on a Monday holiday with the family. Service was quick and the food was good. The restaurant could use more effort to keep tables clean after use though. Many were quite dirty after being used. Overall not too bad of an experience.

I usually like ordering from slim chickens but recently they dont seem to be able to get everything in the order. First few times the forgot the extra sauce I ordered. Today they left off the toast. It ma seem petty but when you are looking forward to your meal and they mess it up its very disappointing.

It was disgusting. They do not clean the dispenser nozzle from their fountain drinks. We let the employees know and showed them what was inside their drink and they did not appear to care and did not do anything about it. Im probably going to get sick because of their unsanitary practice.

Very clean place with good chicken! French fries were hot and crispy. Great selection of teas: peach, raspberry, and just regular sweet tea. Slim sauce was pasty and a bit disappointing. The toast was also pretty average. Good stop for lunch overall!

Had a big snow storm 3 days ago and the parking lot is still a mess. Cars stuck spinning in the drive through line. Yummy food so be sure to drive your all wheel drive!

The Mac bowls are priced a little high and are underwhelming. Way too much ice to soda, especially for a rainy day. They do have good chicken strips and toast though. (Honey mustard dip as well)

Its really good really juicy really fast and the many different sauce flavors are interesting. Chicken is slightly smaller than competitors but tastes better. Staff is friendly fast and really good at what they do. Texas toast and fries are both delicious. Will definitely be a regular now

Clean, friendly employees and lots of menu choices

We went out to eat since we had family visiting in town this weekend. Slim chicken allows for a discounted kids meal with an adult meal purchase. We are very appreciative of this offering - though wish it would be for all kids not just a one-to-one ratio.We arrived at the right time to get seating, and we were SUPER surprised how quickly the food came out!Everyone enjoyed their meal. I had a combo meal - 3 piece chicken strips and 3 chicken wings. The strips were a little chewy - still good, but the wings were delicious! Slim chickens has their own wing sauces - yum!Thank you Slims! Very good experience!

The food is always hot and delicious. One of the best quick service restaurants in town. Really appreciate that theyve been able to keep their dining room open. We look forward to going out to eat and not having to take the kids to a typical sit down restaurant.

First time ever coming to this place. We each had the Tender Mac and Cheese bowl and were not disappointed. First, the customer service was very impressive. A somewhat younger staff, but all cheerful and seemed like they enjoyed what they were doing.As for the bowl, the Mac and Cheese was really hot and creamy, and the chicken was not overly breaded or greasy.Its too bad were getting back on the road inthe morning. Definitely would eat here again.

New to state, first time trying this place.Went in for a take out order.Staff was great, friendly and helpful.Got food home, started eating. Chicken seemed a bit too pink; possibly under cooked. Didnt finish the rest of it.Dont know if or when Ill go back.

It is amazing how Slims can deep fry chicken tenders and have the outside come out without being too crispy and the chicken so moist and juicy inside. The fries are good...the macaroni and cheese a bit bland. I have tried different dipping sauces and wish they would add a sweet and sour sauce to the list. My son just uses ketchup because of the unavailability of sweet and sour. In summary, best "chicken fingers" ever.

Went here & did curb side. They said 10 min. After waiting for a half hour, went in. Our order was sitting in a box on the counter. When asked where our order was. Kid laughed and said there on counter. Got it home & the only thing warm was the center of the pile of deep fried pickles. After spending $40 plus dollars I was not happy. Heard this place was so good! NOT!!!

Love Slim Chickens breaded chicken. Lightly covered and not battered to the point a person cant find the chicken. Quick and fast. Big parking lots.

Food was good, but they need to do better to ensure that you get what you order. I went through the drive-thru and got the 5 chicken tender meal and an extra sauce, was charged for it all. When I got home, I had 4 chicken tenders and no extra sauce that I ordered. Make sure your order is correct before you leave!

The food wasnt bad, a little disappointed in the chicken but overall worth it! Loved the dessert in a jar, so yummy 😋

This was my very first time eating here. I had heard it was excellent. I got the bacon chicken sandwich. The chicken was dry. Found hair in my food. The manager tried to dismiss the fact that i stated there was hair in my food. The fried pickles were soo greasy. Very gross. Probably will never return.

Flavor explosions! We tried a few of the flavors including Sriracha, Korean BBQ. The chicken is juicy and tender and full of flavor. The menu is laid out, organized, and simple enough to understand quickly. The orders came out super quick. We will definitely order again.

Chicken good. I can eat here whenever. My son loves it and probably has a problem because he always wants to eat here. The service is very fast and they do have chicken. The fried pickles are ok. 5/5 would smash except this is not smash burger.

Very good, food equals the price you pay which is very nice! My father and I ate here, he got the salad, I got the classic meal and it was less than $30 for the 2 of us! Not to mention it filled us up and we arent small guys!
