Опатия очень красивый город, с живописной набережной- точнее сказать узкой тропинкой мощеной камнями вдоль моря протяженностью около 5км. Но места живописные. Пляж специфический. Редко с галькой или песком, в основном камни и вход с летниц.

The most famous beach in Opatija. Nice, functional and well maintained with all necessary infrastructure included or in close range (showers, toilets, changing barriers, bars, restaurants, tobacco shops and newsstands, Thai massage cabana, pharmacy, ice cream stands etc.). There is also a large aquapark. Sunshades and sundecks are also available for rent (daily price for 2 sundecks and 1 sunshade is 120 kn ~ 16 €). Central bus station and taxi stand are also nearby.

Depends what are you looking for.. This is a typical Croatian city beach - concrete and stairs to the see. Its not too bad, but I definitely recommend Lido which is just 5 minutes walking from here..

Very nice beach, lots of reastaurants and places where you can sit and spend some time with family. The water is great and the Beach is great too, you have lots of places where you can put your towel and go swimming or just sunbathing if you dont want to get wet:)

Great place for swimming. There are hotels, shops, cafes and bars in the immediate vicinity. Parts of the bathing area are handicapped accessible and parts are good for smaller children. Beautiful environment and just a lot of people.
