Skydweller Ultra Lounge in Spanish Town

Came here with my friend for lunch. Prices high and portion very very small; the best part was the Pina Colada and the waitress was good. Could taste that the pork was frozen and heated up and the likkle beenie bammies nearly bruk out mi teeth kmt unuh do better man I know the pork heated up cause it got cold really quick

Awesome experience, excellent staff that are meticulous in there customer service. I would recommend anyone here and I will definitely venture here again.

The customer service was good. However, the music was too loud which made it hard to hear the waitress. Sadly, the loud music contributed to waitress getting the order wrong. She quickly made the correction and even offer complimentary fries.

Too noisy..lots of teenagers. Pork chop was good and the mix drink was fantastic . Service very poor.

Its nice and spacious and the prices are not bad at all the food was wonderful 😋 even have and area where u can chill with less noise and little more privacy 😀 😊 areas to take beautiful photos..it was a really nice place 😊

Went there for a drink and a single serving of nughets and fries for my daughter and after 45 minutes nothing went to pay my bill and was told what about the take out ordersbefore meI went bk to get the same meal in less than 10 minutes

The Experience was off the chain for my first time visit. Had fun with my lady on her Birthday......

My aunts and I went there for their birthday and we had the time of our lives. The resident dj was a vibes. The food was ok. The space is a little dated, but! I Enjoyed every moment there.

To be honest I did not have a good experience, our table was 13 people and the waitress took our order from afta 4 and we didnt get out meals till 6:28pm 😑 people weh come afta we get food, eat and guh 🙄 she nuh check up on we, we had to be calling her to check whats going on with our orders and her coworker said she didnt put our orders in so a we last a get food. My meal was flavorful which was steamed fish with mash potatoes so I give them that along with nice picture areas but I would not go back🤷🏽‍♀️

The enviorons are good. Food quality could have been better particularly the Chicken Pasta which is why it gets a 2. Could improve on wait times.

They don’t even deserve the one star!!!! Absolute worst!!!! The worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. I booked a reservation for 8 and it was confirmed for 8. Then on the day the lady in charge of doing the reserve said all reservation was at 7 and they were all cancelled and she doesn’t know about my reservation with a lot of attitude. I proceeded to show her the reservation confirmation and again with the attitude “mi nuh know bout that”. Not even to try to remedy the situation seeing that it was their screw up and she’s considered to be a “foundation staff member”.The night only got worse from there. After waiting to be seated for how long, it was time to order. The waitress took 30 minutes to come take the order. Then when she arrived she stated that we can only order from the starter menu 😑😑 However, we wanted the traffic platter which has basically everything from the starter menu. She took 10 minutes to find out if we could get the Traffic platter. We asked her to take the drinks order so we may have them while we wait. Another 30 minutes had passed and she had not returned I had to go to the bar and get a drink myself. Not even the complimentary pipe water was offered to us.We waited 1 hour and 40 minutes to get our food. I had to go to the kitchen and stop someone that was coming out to ask if they could get an update about my order for me. That’s when our waitress came out and stated that it is ready. Then another 15 minutes for it to reach the table. To top it all off she forgot one order simple fish fingers and we had to wait another 30 minutes. After going to cancel the order, that when they want to say it ready it’s coming out now. Too bad, it’s already cancelled.The fastest they moved all night was to collect their money.That will be my first and last visit to that place. The owner needs to do a re-evaluation of the staff and provide training where necessary. Not even where necessary because it is absolutely necessary. No professionalism.

If youre looking for an experience where youre constantly ignored, then this is the place for you.My group of 3 came and was ignored for 30 mins straight, we proceeded to get help from the cashier since no one came to seat, greet, or even acknowledge us when we finally found a seat on our own. The cashier was rude and dismissive. She said she is not taking any orders, she is only doing takeouts. So we proceeded to run up and down trying to find a waiter/waitress, but everyone was literally dismissing us. We asked for help, but all the staff members either said "Im not sure" or "No one served you yet?" then continued to still ignore us without any form of help or affirmation to rectify the situation.After our embarrassing plea, we finally got served by a waitress that was obviously annoyed that we requested her help to get something to eat. She took our order and after receiving our food, she practically just disappear for the rest of the night.After our meals, we sat there about 1 hour more, just waiting and continuously scanning the room to see if she was coming back, but to our surprise, she was across the room, head-deep in her phone scrolling away. I had to leave my seat to ask her to get a to-go bag. Even after our embarrassing ordeal of begging to be catered to, she was still tipped, even though she definitely didnt deserve it.Worst experience ever, would not recommend it! Any good thing that came out of the night cant save the bad experience we had. So, nothing good to say.

There seems to have been a birthday event going on the day we came, so that probablyhad somrthing to do with our experience. The waitress sat my group down at a table and gave us menus, then proceeded to ignore for more than an hour (Im not exaggerating). We got tired of the wait and called one down, who then told us "the kitchen is closed." What? You sat us down and gave us menus and conveniently forgot to mention that? We were on our way out the door before the owner or something told them to reopen the kitchen (there was a curfew, so there wasnt many places we could go with the time so late). After taking our order, the waitress proceeded to treat us like we were air. They did not come back to our table once to check up on us. If they did, we would have told them the music is too loud and we would prefer to eat outside. After our food arrived hours later (again, not an exaggeration. We even order starters and they all came the same time as our main dishes), I told the writer we would prefer to eat outside and she gave an attitude about how she asked us that already (we had a kid with us that was very uncomfortable by the loud music by the way). Then, did not sit us outside like I asked. The food was not worth the wait. I will never recommend this place or return.

Food was great...no long waiting. The waitresses were polite, and the roof top setting was pretty cool.

Almost horrible experience. The best thing was the drinks and probably the music. My friends and I ordered food and the food was either cold, overly spicy, burnt, DRY or tasteless and our server’s attitude was not the most pleasing. The service was chaotic. We received our starters with no plates when there were 7 of us at the table. No water was there when we were seated which should be a given. There was no sauce and server took forever to get the sauce (We ended up finishing before she got back). It was a birthday occasion and a cake was handed to an employee in a box when we just arrived and when the cake was requested, the server didn’t know about the cake. Then, she took the cake to the table in the box and didn’t even light the sparkler or candles. When she did light the sparklers and candles and returned the cake, she brought no plates or forks. It was a bad experience in terms of the service and the food.

Had an excellent time, food was really good drink was on point.... music was marvelous...

Service was poor food was good but I have had better service, I brought a cake got no fork for when the cake was cut sorry I came I could have stayed at home and enjoyed my evening much better

Great location ample parking, Staff were courteous and variety of food on menu made my taste buds water. HIGHLY recommend for evening night out functions, will return again when visiting Jamaica.

food was good love the fact that when we went inside and it was too loud instead of giving me attitude like the girl that gave us the table another girl took us outside and made space. if u want us to dine inside lower the music a little.

My friend had pork chops and it looked like they dropped it on the plate. Horrible garnish! The price for the what I received was not reasonable at all.However, the drinks were okay, the waiter was polite

The food and service was good, prices were on par. I did not have to wait long on the meal. I went on a Sunday so they had live entertainment which was very entertaining.

I liked the geographical location. Wonderful view. Female bathroom doors needs a bit of fixing. What I want to comment on, it how stingy they are with their food servings. I recommend that you buy pasta to get value for your money.I went on my birthday and I got a complementary glass of white wine. That was a good thing. Our waitress debby did full a bare energy and excitement, she took care of me on my day and gave us many laughs. My interactions with her was the best experience ever. Ask for debby to be your waitress, she is very real with you, attentive and she helped us take pictures and manage our baby and luggage downstairs. If you ordee pastas amd have debby as your waitress you are fine. Anything else you overpaying for the amount you get.

Its a very nice location for taking pictures, good for family outings and birthday celebrations and the food was okay.

The ambiance was good, the service was super and the wine suggestion paired very well with my meal, they offer a wide array of sides so I was able to stick to my diet and enjoy a great night out with my friends.

If i could give zero stars for a review, I would. The service at this place is horrible and the customer is definitely not appreciated here.I went with a large group of 25 people. We made an appointment beforehand for 6:30pm. On arrival, they had not set up the tables for our group, which means it didnt make any sense to reserve an appointment. We waited in the lounge from 6:30pm until our table was at up at 8:00pm. The free WiFi did not work.The waitress did not introduce herself. We were not served water or asked by the waitress if we wanted water.The waitress informed us that the appetizers would not be ready in time before the main courses were prepared, so I did not order an appetizer. There are also at least three items on the menu that the waitress told us were no longer served or available.We waited until 8:45pm before the appetizers arrived for the persons who ordered soup. One of my friends received cold soup and a charred and badly burnt roll. Another didnt get a spoon.We had to ask another tables waiter to serve us, because we did not know where our waitress went for the past 45 minutes. He told us what our waitresses name was, and we were informed that it is not policy to give customers water unless they ask. Whats more is that we were told that they ran out of glasses and the manager (who was not at workhad the key to the storeroom. Going to a restaurant and not being served complimentary water is unheard of.After another 10 minutes, they found or washed some glasses and finally served us filtered tap water. The drinks arrived an hour after we ordered (9:00pm).When the waiter was giving us our drinks, he did not know what belonged to who. He stood at one side of the table and just shouted out the type of drink and then handed it to the nearest person to pass down to the person who ordered it at the other end of the table.One person in our group refused her blended cream drink unless it was served with her meal. The waiter took the drink away and brought it back to her when the meal was served, but it had completely melted down. Two people ordered orange juice and received pineapple juice.One friend went to the washroom and both of the stalls had doors that had broken locks.When some of the mains arrived, the waitresses again did not know what belonged to who. We were informed that the electronic ordering system was broken and that some of our orders had not been passed to the chef and would be delayed. I told them that if my order was not on the grill right now (9:30pm), they should cancel it.Another person in our group ordered a main course and specifically said they did not eat chicken breast. She was served chicken breast. She refused the plate and told them to cancel her order as well.The people who did receive food said that EVERYTHING was cold. Those who ordered pork said it was unseasoned and it tasted like it was boiled and cold sauce was poured on top.Those with chicken said it was tough, flavourless and dry. The only things that tasted like they should have were potato wedges and corn.A manager eventually came and apologized to us. She informed us that they have been having internet issues and apologized for the delayed orders. We told her that we were extremely displeased with our experience and the rude staff.At the end of our highly unsatisfactory "meal" when the bills came they had the poor taste to charge us full price for this terrible experience. We were also told that the gratuity for service was included in the bill and asked if we wanted to leave a tip. Naturally every person in the group said no. We had to go to the cashier to pay instead of them bringing the card machine to the table. The music near the cashier was deafeningly loud.One of my friends said they were so happy to see the mint candies that the bill came with because it would get rid of the flavour of her meal, and those mints were the best tasting thing they had all night.This place will never see me or any of the people who came here with me again.

Really good food good view.. try the rum cake. Pray you get one of the good waiters or it may be the downside. Food is served quick tho

Excellent service. Delectable food. The shrimp was succulent. The music waa blaring but on the outside it was much better.Great place to hang out with friends and have a chat and a drink.

Oh my goodness! Pleasant surprise! Heard this place advertise on the radio, thought Id check it out. Went today with 11 coworkers who had never been here either. Firstly the ambiance and atmosphere, wow. Secondly, the waitress was very pleasant and patient. Third and final, the food, beautifully plated, decent servings and delicious. We all left smiling and full. I am definitely going back on my own time.

After dining here the party starts at the same place. They turn the area into a dance floor by removing some of the tables. Food is awesome!

When it comes to the food, Ive definitely had better. The food is a 3 Stars for me. I would recommend that you visit for the party setting. The party settings really gets kicking at about 12:30 - 1:00. The party vibes is a 5 Star. I think their DJ is great.

Nice spot with a decent decor and great music (went on a Saturday night and the first DJ was fyah! She shouldve played all night).Ordered the Salmon Bruschetta (pictured), Saltfish Fritters, Wings and Fries. As for the bruschetta, the texture of the fried green plantain didnt complement that of the softer salmon and so there were two distinct tastes in my mouth - I didnt enjoy.The fritters were soaked in oil. Fortunately, our server checked in on us and after we complained, he decided not to bill us for them. Ive heard better reviews about the food so perhaps it was an off night.With that being said, the customer service and music were excellent! The bartenders/mixologists had a really good vibe. Oh wait! The drinks! The Cranberry Cookie shot and Apple Martini (picturedwere quite palatable.

Cool spot, drinks were really good. Only problem was it was a Monday and the place wasn’t packed , but we were burning up. Keep your A/C on for customers

Really dig the atmosphere of the place, its a nice scenery at night... food looks and taste pleasant. However from the kitchen to the table the decor of the plate wasnt presentable and the food was extremely cold. Waitresses might need more attitude adjustment. But Id have have to come back when its less crowded to see if that was a factor

Food tasted nice... service was also timely. They lost our reservations. .. then chucked us up in a corner... 1 member of our party ended up standing until they eventually found a chair. Atmosphere is that of a sports bar- music blaring. TV. Was huge for viewing.Crowd was young (teens/pre teens).

Skydweller is quite an experience indeed. Only been there once but it was worth the time! The food is amazing, honestly, and the service is great, taken from my own experience. Its location is quite the place to be, it sets moods and the music is currently. Its absolutely dope, and Id recommend dining there for anyone. Its totally awesome.

Food was great, the atmosphere welcoming and accommodating (a setting for everyone). Upstairs quiet and away from the crowd, downstairs a selection of scenes(bar for a drink; tables for dinning; lounge where u can chill while waiting).

Great food. Ambiance is also nice and cozy. Outdoor area for lyming and abundant photo opps. Would recommend for dinner with family or friends more than a date. The setting is warm and friendly. The prices are reasonable and there are options that kids may eat. There is no excessive wait on the meal so you can go hungry and not feel too famished by the time the meal arrives. I had lobster, the serving size was more than adequate and the price exceptioal for the taste and portions.

Customer service was poor, they had only one waitress serving all the tables, the wings took long to arrive and the drinks took even longer and to top it off both wings and drink was plain. To make it worst the waitress face looked very unpleasant and the music was way too loud.

Very nice vibe and atmosphere and courteous staff. Food was good and the prices were reasonable. Very clean updated facilities. Its new but off to a really good start with many events thursdays - sundays. Perfect for a chill night out
