Chain of indoor trampoline parks featuring freestyle bouncing, dodgeball, fitness programs & more.
Worst experience ever,To my understanding I payed for a 1 day pass. I clarified before paying that It was just a 1 time purchase not a recurring fee. To my surprise it was a 3 month subscription sales rep was dishonest.Went back to fix situation and should here back from Mike general manager. Have yet to receive a call.Been a location twice and multiple calls to location no response.
Had a good time thanks to Gorge and his team. I cant whait to go again.
I give them zero rating. The worst cutomer service with bad work ethics, dirty and unhealthy place; we booked two hours birthday party, during the last hour they locked the kids in a room with broken benches, no available host. The restroom flooded, and the sewer water started leaking into the room; one of the moms with an infant slipped, and the workers didnt bother wiping the floor. This was the worst experience I have ever had since I was born
We had a birthday party yesterday, and it was horrific. They put the kids in a locked room for one hour with nothing to do. The bathroom flooded and it went into the room. It was not safe for the kids to be there, and the staff did nothing to help or make the experience any better. The whole thing was chaotic, and the birthday boy was crying because of the horrible experience. Not worth the money at all. We would never go back even if it was free.
This address is a big thief and so dirty places, if you walk on the floor you gonna stick. I paid for on entry, three months passed still changing me. I strongly recommend don’t choose this place 👎👎👎👎👎
Bought a VIP pass and jump with my kid every weekend,It’s super fun.Great family experiences,a lot of trampoline space, obstacle course, giant foam pit with trampolines and a tower to jump off into,a trampoline dodgeball court,a American ninja warrior style warped wall.10/10 would recommend this place. Also offers private party rooms,Which are extremely reasonable.
We visited for the first time today to celebrate a family members birthday. It was very chaotic when checking in. There was a line yet some people behind the counter were standing around talking and eating. They had a hard time finding our waivers. After that was done, I was disappointed to see that there was hardly anywhere to sit while the kids were jumping. A couple of areas were closed so the kids didnt have as many options for jumping. When we got to the "party room" it was very disappointing. It was a small area with half walls so there wasnt any privacy and it was hard to move around because there wasnt enough room. The floors were so sticky my sandals kept coming off my feet because they were stuck to the floor. They also doused the area with chemicals before our party and the smell was so strong I got a headache. The staff didnt come around until it was time to pay. Ive had much better service at other party locations.WORST of all - it was so hot! We asked someone to crank up the AC and they said it doesnt work well. The kids didnt want to jump long because they were getting overheated. None of our guests said they would come back to SkyZone. Such a bummer for the party girl ☹️
This place is the worst place ever,it’s very expensive I payed 50$ ,90 mn play for 2 kids .and almost all the play areas were closed ,and they charge you the full price?!, without telling you anything. When I asked customer service if they will open these places they said we are short of staff. I paid 4$ for a small bottle Water. Please save your money don’t go to this place it’s not worth it .
Went here for a party, it seemed like this place was over packed since there was very little room to walk. Might have been a fire hazard. There was also quite a bit of confusion regarding which room the party was supposed to be in. After we started setting up we were notified we were in the wrong room. It overall felt really rushed, there was very little circulation in the room with one industrial fan with a bunch of sweaty kids everywhere. Itd be nice if they controlled the number of people in the warehouse, there were too many people just standing in the way that didnt need to be there.
Easy all inclusive birthday party spot that is sure to tire out even the most rambunctious kids.
Overall it could of been fun but it seemed like everything I was doing with my children was a problem. Couldn’t jump with the babies or let my 6 year old son on the wipe out when he was already let on before I didn’t like Stephens attitude when I questioned him to way he wouldn’t let my son on the wipe out game he said because he was a little bit under the line. The kids enjoyed themselves but I definitely wouldn’t bring them back here ever again.
Whoever the tyler manager guy is , he is so hot and very helpful . i went to go get a pizza and he got me the biggest one
PRICE WENT UP TO AROUND $35 FOR 90MPLACE IS DIRTY AND UNDERSTAFFED MOST OF TIME. BRING YOUR OWN WATER OR PAY $3.58 FOR A 16 OZ BOTTLE.
This indoor park is very small and limited in activities for the kids. The foam area did not have an employee to check the foams are spreaded evenly because kids buried and moved the support material away creating a thin layer of foams that can cause injuries if you jump into them.
Great staff, very friendly. People are definitely messy and leave trash everywhere, maybe having more staff to keep up with the trash. My kids had a great time.
I just needed to stop by and talk about how wonderful my experience was this week at Skyzone primarily because of the park manager, Tyler! He was so incredibly helpful, efficient, competent, and kind. He really served our group well. I work with teenagers and my nonprofit was taking them on a field trip to Skyzone. Prior to our event, there were some super technical challenges with our booking because they switched systems and somehow our booking didnt transfer. Even though it took a little bit of time to sort everything out, Tyler and his team were wonderful and patient. They listened, owned the mistake and did a really good job coming up with a workable solution. On the day of our event, even though we were late, they were still respectful and accommodated us.Things happen, computers glitch, people make mistakes. What really demonstrates the quality of a company or organization is how well they serve their customer/clients. Tyler and his team delivered a standout customer service experience.
Foam blocks are disintegrating and pieces are scattered around the floor.Heavy layer of grime on all if not most of the equipment.Broken sign by the foam pit is hanging in pieces. There was no effort to tape the sign together to avoid anyone from hurting themselves of the protruding plastic.Ripped carpet.Only saw two bottles of sanitizer stationed at the front counter.Totally wish I would have scouted the place before buying the memebership.
Little Leapers is a complete lie. We arrived this morning to all of the staff just standing in one spot and only one attraction open with all of the kids crammed in. While the children were all polite, they were not under 5yr. We also planned ahead to eat lunch while we were there and they had no food. There were a few bags of chips and that was it. The only reason I gave 2 stars was for the 1 employee that was engaging during dodgeball. I wish I had gotten his name to call him out on how he saved the day.
This place is very good for the kids a lot excited time go gas went you are jumping around really like
They should have a few more options for the kiddos and more seating for the parents, but my kid had fun last time we visited.
I had my daughters 8th birthday here and went with the platinum party. We were seated late, the table wasnt set and the area wasnt really clean. The floors were EXTREMELY sticky. With the limited time I would have thought that all of our things would have been over there and pizza ready, nope. We waited on our cart, then the pizza, then the plates, then our drinks then finally cups and napkins. All came out at different times. I was really annoyed with the lack or organization considering almost having spent nearly $400 to have my childs party hosted there. The two stars are for the gentleman that checked me in and our host, she was extremely sweet and I didnt blame her for how disorganized things were. Dont recommend having them host a party. Party first then go there to let the kids jump, wish I did this!
3 out of 5 first if you have socks from another location you can not used them in this location you ether exchange them for 1 dollar or buy them for 2.77 a piece 2nd employees on the jumping zones frequently yells to the kids that 1 person per square there lots of kids jumping everywhere its impossible that there is 1 kid per square dont know if the policy of this place but I have been in other locations and I havent experienced that just kids having lots of fun
Took my four boys to Sky Zone to enjoy their first Saturday during summer break and I was sadly disappointed. There was no AC; I was sweating just sitting at the table. The ceiling had hanging insulation??!? It was over crowded, my boys didn’t even get to play dodgeball or enjoy the basketball goal because it was sooo many people and not enough accommodations. A wast of 60 minutes. I wish I would have checked it out in person before paying online. My boys did not enjoy themselves, I had to take them to another indoor park to redeem myself as this place did not meet our expectations! I won’t even speak on sanitation…
I love this trampoline park and the ability to buy a pass every month. I just wish that you could use the pass more than once a day or get an unlimited time pass without having to get a membership. The staff are very friendly and it is an amazing workout jumping on trampolines.
Multiple activities are there from which you can choose. Dogeball was the one where wait time maybe present.90 mins are good enough if you want to explore multiple activities. It costs around $30. $22+$3(for socks)+$3-4(for locker).
Great for an hour or two! Also a fun birthday party location.
Wow this place is NASTY!Everywhere you walk you stick. When was the last time someone used a mop on the floors. I am fearful whats at the bottom of the foam pits. Pricing is outrageous on everything. Staff all masked for own safety of the building.City of Chula Vista should perform bacteria testing on all surfaces this place. They would be closed after that.
The kids enjoyed jumping. I would not recommend doing a birthday party here. Too expensive for no private room. Although your party is booked at 12. You and your guest gave to wait until its time to eat before they give you your table. Do from 12pm to 230pm guest and I are standing and waiting with gifts and balloons for two and a half hours. Although are pizza wasnt ready, they kicked us out of the table at 3pm for the next party. Our host did try to make it a good experience BUT, as I said, not recommend for parties.
We were elite members with Skyzone. Last Saturday I wasnt sure if I wanted to start back so i bought two tickets on groupon. We got there at 8:15pm they were sold out.The guy at the front door asked if we had our tickets.I said ya. He said come back at 9:15 & wed be let in.So we went to eat.came back at 9:15.The guy let us in.went to the front desk to get our wristbands & Jordon/lead helped us.He said our groupn ticks were no good. Now we could not jump until 10.that would been almost 2 hours of waiting for them 2 close at 11.so 2hr wait for 1 hour of jump?in addtion jordan/lead said wed have to purchse neon shirts for $8ea in order 2 jump.$16 more just to jump for 1 hour & remaining 30 mins wed have to come back for another day?i said Jordon does this seem fair to you? He says well to be honest i can not accommodate your groupon ticketz today 2 begin with. But as a courtesy i am going to honor groupn tix but only if u wait another 45 mins.im letting u jump for 1 hour when were sold out & still willing to give you the remaining 30 mins another day.jordan acted like he was doing me a favor. Then he says your groupn ticket states "neon not included".what in the world is neon? i had no idea what neon was or that it was a new thing there. The "neon" wording on groupon is vague.Neon what? It just says "neon not included" thats it, nothing more, nothing less.I says 2 jordan how am I suppose to know what "neon" is? We are past elite members.ive never heard of this.Im like we already waited 1hr due to all this miscommunication.u know what he says....Thats between you & groupon.the misunderstanding has nothing to do with us.he says had i went to the skyzone website i could see the Capacity would of known ahead of time u were sold out b4 we drove over.then says even if i went online to their website i would not have been able to by tickets for that day because they dont sell "neon" tickets on your website.I can only by neon in person.HOT MESS!!!Jordan was making it seem like were trying buy tixs 2 sold-out Beyonce concert.we wasted so much time with nothing to show for it. My kids were super bummed. The team lead did not even try to offer any sort of courtesy accommodation for the inconvenience and made it seem like it was all my fault like i should of known.I can only imagine this happened 2 others.Groupn shouldnt even be selling your tix.seemed like a huge scam! You just want our money at any cost and dont care about our family or a monthly membership. how could u do this to your monthly members just over a florecent light night?what about those whos accounts u debit each month?or return customers who purchase random entry on a regular bases???
It was so fun I was there for a birthday and it was so fun the money was worth it but its not as fun for parents
Lots of fun, good prices, polite staff allow 15 min to get registered, do it before hand off possible.
I like the place and it’s super fun. I came on Sunday evening around 5pm. However, I don’t like that they do not have a spot for the toddlers to play alone. They’re mixed with all the age groups including teens and it’s not safe for toddlers to play around them in the trampolines. It’s hard to explain to a 2YO not to follow teenagers around the trampoline and risk getting my kid trampled. I understand they have specific day and times for toddlers but it’s still not promised that any older kids can’t come around here. They really should remodel certain sections to create a trampoline sections for age 2-5 to keep them safe. It poses a risk for the babies to keep ages 2-15 and possibly older in the same trampoline especially when it’s crowded.
We were hoping to bring the kids and have fun but when we arrived, we were told that there was a private function and closed to the public. This was during normal business hours. Will not be returning to this place.
Id like to report the fraudulent charge from the Skyzone located at 851 Showroom Pl, Chula Vista, CA 91914.I bought the two-month membership from Skyzone in Chula Vista, Ca 91914. They let me know at that time that there will be recurring charges until I canceled the membership. And I intended to keep the membership for 2 months only. After the second months charge, I called Skyzone 20 days ahead before the due date and told them I wanted to cancel my membership. They said its too early to cancel it and called back again a few days before the due date. So I called them again several days before the due date. This time, I was notified that I could not cancel my membership over the phone and I had to come in person. So I went there in person on the same due date in the late afternoon. The attendant at the customer service let me cancel my membership and took my membership card and said they will discard it. I even asked them if there wont be any more recurring charges, and they said yes.But a week after, when I checked my credit cards account, I was charged for the next month. So I called Skyzone and talked with the manager. She said my card was automatically charged in the morning of the day that I cancelled. And I cancelled it in the afternoon. So they said the charge was in effect and they couldnt give me the refund. Then I said if you still charged me for the next month even though you let me cancel it, let me use the service for that month that I was charged. They said they cant let me use the service either because it was already cancelled. In summary, I went there in person and requested to cancel my membership on the due date. They agreed and canceled it and discarded my membership card. But they still charged me for that month even though it was canceled. And they refused to give me the refund back for the recurring charge. When I asked them to let me use the service if they didnt want to give me the refund back, they refused to let me use the service for what I was charged. These people like to twist around the information they gave to the customer without fully disclosing the information ahead. Be aware when you sign up for the recurring charges with your credit card.
They over charge customers with the excuse “we just changed the price” and then change pricing on screen by selecting a different thumbnail. Asked manager Alexandra to charge me right amount and she straight up blamed the staff instead of owning her mistake and making up for it. Unfortunately i couldn’t leave as kids were excited to go play.
Its a fun place for kids to go, but its very over crowded and they dont seem to have enough staff to keep everything open at the same time.
I wanted to take my daughter here for her birthday, but plans changed and we couldnt go. Made phone calls, sent emails, no one ever answered. Had to drive all the way to chula vista to talk to someone in person. Get there to find out they wont give me my money back. Said that right before you make your purchase online it says that all sales are final. So i went back on their site to purchase more tickets to see if it warns you that all sales all final.. IT DOESNT.The manager, STEPHANIE lied to our face. On ONE random page of their website at the very bottom it says all sales are final. And just because of that they dont have to give you your money back. And just like that, Im out of 95 dollars. These people will never get another dime from me.
First time here with my 5 year old and three year old. I was able to get a good deal on Groupon for the two of them for around $30 for 90 minute play. Not a bad price for experiencing something new and letting them run around and release all their energy. We arrive Friday around 2:30 google maps said they opened at 2. I was able to find a good parking spot right out front the business. It is located on the left of the awaken church. First impressions were that it looked big and spacious. It was not too crowded and the line to check in went very smoothly. You can fill out their waiver online if you are new to make the process easier. I did not like that you have to pay to use their socks! I bought my own grip socks but was told we have to buy theirs for $3 a pair. The seating area was nice and I like that you can easily see your kids in all the areas since its pretty open. The snack prices are fairly decent and bathrooms were clean. Plenty of workers around. I also liked that they had outlets to charge your phone since you are there in 90 minute intervals. There were only two that I can see and the seats were already occupied. Overall, I will most likely visit again!
Too many kids not listening to the rules. Little 16 year olds running every station, not knowing how to enforce rules. At least 30 kids ran past worker and into foam pit, very unsafe. Definitely wont be coming back
Do not bring your children here!! First time for me and the place went into riot!! We escaped through the emergency exit and ran to the car! Police everywhere. The place was full of older kids and gangs. It should be shut down! I am filing a complaint. The workers were on the floor being beaten by a croud of young thugs. So sad!
Awesome love it love the staff. Dominic Darren Brandon and Jaron were very helpful at the front desk.
Me and my family come here regularly and have nothing but fun ! We got monthly membership so we jump for free any day we want glow night included which is Friday and Saturday night recommended if you don’t have issues with the lighting
Lots for kids to do for jumping however might as well get the day pass if you have the time. Theres tables to sit on.if you dont want to jump can bring, book, computer, etc to keep occupied. Theres also small goodie shop to get snacks. Ideal fun for the family.
Came here for a birthday party and my son did not stop for 4 hours straight!! SO MUCH TO DO for kids of all ages. Totally worth it.
Bring crummy socks for whoever is playing because if you dont have a pair of sky zone socks youll likely be trading them in, plus $1. The kids have fun tho. Good exercise and is supervised by young but responsible employees. Gave 4 stars for the sock trade surprise as I dont remember reading about that prior.
My grand daughter had her birthday party there. It was a mad house. Very hard to keep a group together. Workers were working so hard to keep up. Bathrooms were disgusting. Not sure what the capacity limit was but it sure looked like it was exceeded. They should be closed to the public when birthday parties are booked. That way they are able to give them a quality party, especially because parties are expensive!
Took my children and my mother here to celebrate my 3 year olds birthday and it was a great time! There is something to do for all ages and our whole family had a lot of fun!
Pretty Big. Kinda Pricey for 1 hour 18$ and another 3 if you dont have the jump socks .. But the kids had a ball. Running and Jumping... So yay!
I would give this place five stars if they had a more comfortable lounge area for parents. I get so tired and achy after sitting in their uncomfortable metal chairs. Otherwise, the staff are friendly, prices for both admission and food are reasonable, and my daughter seems to enjoy the park’s amenities.
This probably the worst jump zone I have been too! The place is tiny. Half of the things in the restroom are broken. Please steer clear. Me and my family will not come back here. Also if you do decide to go make sure you have Sky Zone socks because they dont except any other jump zone socks.
