Chain of indoor trampoline parks featuring freestyle bouncing, dodgeball, fitness programs & more.
Alot of action in dodge ball and the stick area where you knock people was very hilarious when played with friends. Over all I had a good time
My son always have fun here, great for kids that like to jump around. Today was a glow in the dark night and he really liked it.
I told my wife, she can get a family fun day with hour jump and pizza. They said they changed their prices and she paid 90.00 for hour and half. I get there look for the special and there it is on website! Ask one of the employees, she said if you dont ask, we dont give discount, yet she didnt know what the special was named. She didnt even offer the pizza and soda!Screw this place, parents struggle to take their kids out because of corporate breed! Sooner or later, theyll be out of business.
We took my son and a few of his friends here for his 12th birthday. Ann and her team went above and beyond in making made sure they all had a great time. They were also excited to do the glow jump. Thank you!!
Had so much fun with our 2 year old for Toddler time! Only complaint is the floors in the eating area are super sticky. Overall Great experience.
We got the Birthday Jump Around package from Groupon and for the amount of fun the kids had, I would say it’s definitely worth it. I gotta say, free fall has some more play areas and additions though!
Very clean. Great staff. My grandson had a blast.
This place could be more fun without the jump police. I understand keeping everyone safe but my daughter got told off for building a tower with foam blocks. I feel as if you have to constantly have your eyes on the lookout for the orange shirt employees because even sitting on the edge of the foam pit while my kids played apparently isnt even allowed. Ridiculous and I will probably never return.
I was excited to try a new spot for my child since most all other similar places are not open on Mondays but this place was a huge letdown. The CEILING WAS DRIPPING in serval areas including ON JUMPING AREAS, how was this allowed?? On top of that safety disaster the front desk staff was less than friendly, it was very dirty with leftover food and drinks left out all other the tables and floors and overall is much smaller to similar same priced indoor playgrounds. Definitely wouldnt recommend and will not be returning.
Worst experience at asky zone! Jump police on your tail to the extreme. The employees on your every move. Was harassed no matter where I went in the building about every little thing. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND
Great place to take your family and even get a little exercise in. Fun and exciting for kids and adults 💯💯💪🏽💪🏽
Had my 11 year old daughters birthday party here on Friday, it was amazing. We did the GLOW party, absolutely recommend it. Kids at the party ranged from 6 to the birthday girls, sister and boyfriend ages 20 and 21. Great party, great staff. I had never been there, and did everything over the phone, Ann, Tori and MacKenzie were amazing helped me with everything, made suggestions, called to go over everything with me before hand. I did add a half hour of jump time, which gave them 1 1/2 hours, totally not needed, they were so tired and thirsty, they went through 4 pizzas and had Leah the party attendant running to get more drinks. The price included the socks, glow in the dark t-shirt, jump time and party room with drinks and 2 pizzas for 10 kids. Best party ever!! And, at Anns suggestion, instead of goodie bags I got game cards for the kids the they could play in the arcade as they were leaving. It was perfect!! This will now be our go to birthday party. Thank you for everything!!! Everyone had a great time, even the adults 🥰
My daughter had a blast at her party. Pricing was great. Staff was awesome.
It was ok the kids had fun but its too small not what I expected
Small place for toddler area. But still had fun jumping
Coming back to this place after the pandemic a lot has changed. They have a promotion all day play $31 a month elite plus. WHY DO YOU NEED to have four to five printouts for the child to put on when the time hits its limit on the tag that was given EX -first tag 12:30-2:00, then 2:30-4:30, etc - Instead of having a specific color for those who have Elite and Elite plus! New Promotion- which would make it easier for the child to have fun and play ALL DAY instead of stopping to put on tags.SECONDLY, there once was 2 sections open for dodgeball -adult s and young adults that play more advance than others which they rarely no longer have, I guest because of short staff.. Which is not good.Another issue having workers in each section ( young adults monitoring customers children. Whom children run all over the place even in the dodgeball courts and then complain when the child gets hit with the ball, YES THE PEOPLE SHOULD STOP, BUT! when into a good game its hard. These young workers dont have children themselves, so to chastise or touch any child so they wont run into the dodge ball court is absurd! EVERY ADULT SHOULD BE MONITORING THEIR CHILDREN.Glow night is after 7:00 p.m. and you see young kids 4-10 years old in the midst of grown adults after 8:00 p.m.in the dark where you cant see hardly anything but glowing shirts is ridiculous. When the kids should be in bed at home. There should be a limitation in age, for glow night concerning children thats young.
We did not have a positive experience. The young staff person spoke disrespectfully to me while I was trying to help my daughter and then proceeded to find reasons to scold us, disregarding all the others that were doing the same things. We didn’t even stay the amount of time we paid for bc they ruined the fun and the experience for us all.
The workers were very helpful and pleasant resolving all our problems with 22 children! The young lady that stayed with my group of 11 was great.I wish I could remember her name. She stayed with us the entire hour Friday 10:30-11:30.My thanks to her and all the others!
went with a friend and ours 1 years old babies and place is not designed for babies… there’s not diaper changing station, kids seat nor food for under 3 years old. there’s an area that is supposed to be for kids but anyone can get in so you have to be careful if someone hurts your baby
I dont understand why they cant put up a net or some kind of physical barrier between the 11yr & older and the 11yr & younger trampoline arena. I have to keep worrying about my 3yr and 4yr running over to the older kids side or older, bigger kids jumping on the little kids side. If there was a barrier, it would make it easier for parents and the employees to control.
This park was clean, staff friendly but most importantly my daughters enjoyed it especially the trampoline and the sponge pit
They told us they would give us our socks back, even though they really took them without telling us the full details of the deal.
Thank you for the experience. The staff was able to handle two birthday parties at once. MOD: Mariah W; Assistant: Madisyn C; Front Desk: Brian Owner: Ann. Were planning on returning during the summer break.
The pretzels were good but I went to go on the trampolines and I had to go one and non of the stalls had tp
Was a cool place but I dont agree with charging 26 dollars for a year and a half old kid to jump
My little Andrew went here and was having fun but when the kids started making fun of him for his autism I went to the worker and they did nothing so I stepped in and pulled them aside and hit him they started crying and I told them not to tell but they did so I got kicked out for no reason my boy Andrew was upset and 2 weeks later he has died of a seizure we will miss him my boy
If I could give no stars I would! My friends and I visited your Bethlehem location for the very first time with our daughters (6 and 4at first we were very impressed with the establishment, but that quickly changed! The staff at the trampoline area were not watching the children jumping. We being on the 10 and younger side had many children older than 10 jumping on the little ones side even the parents among us would speak to the children (not even their childabout jumping next to the little kids! Unfortunately because the staff werent paying attention my friends daughter got severely hurt because a older and larger child came running through and jumped in her trampoline square causing her to fly into the air and come crashing back down on her leg she couldnt walk. I had to carry her off the trampoline area and she needed to be carried to the car. We had to leave early and rush her to the emergency room which resulted with her in a cast from almost her hip to her toes!! Not a single staff member approached us or offered any help I even have a photo of staff standing around not watching the children! Its a shame!! While I understand we sign a waiver but if the staff were doing their jobs correctly and monitoring the children this could have been avoided! We are extremely disappointed in the staff at this location and we will never attend again because this could have been avoided if the staff were actually working and not having social hour..
Always a fun time! We had my daughters 7th birthday party here and the party host was wonderful!
We will never come back to this place. It used to be very good in the past, but now they have too many jump cops, patrolling each station, they were interrupting our activity each time they saw us having fun, they stopped short of pepper spraying our 2 year old toddler for not obeying their dictatorship. Horrible, stay away for now, until they change management, and let kids roam freely and enjoy life!
We wont be coming back here. I brought my 3 year old twins and the jump police were way more concerned with scolding me for helping my children than they were with the teenage boys coming barreling through the toddler area. $70 for an hour to be continually corrected for trying to help my kids have a good time. No thanks.
Not too big and not too small just right for my little ones been members since last year . Toddler time is a luxury because the toddler have the whole place to themselves 10-12 mon-wed. Being members have its perks like one glow jump per a month and it would be better to pay one full price per a year rather than monthly but its still worth the joy it brings my kids especially with the young staff that though they dont make much its a joy for them to see all the kids and parents get along well to even some of us get competitive to play with the kids so yes sky zone is great for the little something it is 😁
Great place for kids to have some fun. The party attendants were wonderful. They were attentive to the kids and helped the party host.
It is very hard for the children to enjoy themselves because there are jump agents at every trampoline stopping the children every 2 seconds. It’s a trampoline park, unless someone appears to be in danger, I believe that the agents should relax on interrupting the children’s jump experience.
We really enjoy taking the kids to Sky Zone. The place is clean for having kids here all day long. I wouldnt eat here however due to the quality of food. Last negative is 🎮 games. You will almost always have money left on the card but cant use it. We just the card to others.
My son asked to go to Sky Zone for his birthday. We live closer to the Bethlehem location. For whatever reason when I purchased the tickets..... the tickets were purchased for Mount Olive in error. After sitting in traffic once we got to the Bethlehem location we quickly learned that they were unable to locate our tickets. The workers in the Bethlehem location was very helpful. The manager was able to find that we purchased the tickets for the Mount Olive location and stated that we could possibly be refunded from the Mount Olive location as mistakes happen..... since we were already in the Bethlehem location they allowed my kids 30 minutes free jump time. So I decided to call the Mount Olive location and requested to speak to a manager. I spoke with Sophia or Sophie who was very unprofessional and talking over me the whole call. When I requested to speak to the manager she made it known that she was the manager and told me that they were unable to refund us any money. Let me make it clear my kids did not jump at the trampoline park in Mount Olive. Be sure when purchasing tickets online. The correct location is selected because then youll just be out over $100. The Mount Olive location has very poor customer service starting with the manager. Very unhappy with the service. If you are able to.....go to the Bethlehem location. I guess the owner trains their employees to give outstanding customer service because we sure did receive it! Even after I was visibly upset and snapping at the reps due to frustration. They didnt stop being professional. They even offered to let my kids jump for free the whole night. We paid because that was not our intentions. After all of the confusion..... my birthday boy had a great time my oldest son enjoyed himself as well and thats all that I could have asked for..... Overall, great workers, great place for kids!
Took my 2 toddlers here and my 1yr old nephew for little leapers and this place looks as if the kids chew on the foam blocks and for everyone having to purchase brand new socks even if parents aren’t jumping the jumping area is filthy with dirt and scratches all over the mats . Nothing looks sanitized in this place and they let another toddler in with a runny nose , cough and sneezes during a whole pandemic and little leapers putting everyone’s else’s child at risk . I paid 60$ for 2 little leaper tickets and 6 pair of socks for 1 hour of Jump time . Trust and believe if I’m paying for socks and my child is scared to jump I’m jumping with them . My 2yr old was afraid to jump and I did what any great parent would do I hopped on a trampoline with her and we started bouncing away . We also got to play a friendly family game of dodge ball with my brother and sister in-law. Even though we made our own I personally feel this place is a waste of time and money spent oh and let’s not forget a real Health hazard . Never returning here again
My kids (7 and 8 yoand I love to come here on holidays and days off from school. They have 2 dodgeball courts, basketball, foam block pit, American ninja warrior type courses and then the regular trampoline area. Always clean and seldom very crowded. We’ve been coming here since they were toddlers and always have a good experience! Staff wears masks and there is hand sanitizer available around the play areas.
My kids 6 & 3 love to come here and weve been to several birthday parties and have had a great time. I was disappointed on our most recent visit because the one staff member was hanging out with a group of his friends and not doing his job and was allowing one friend to play on his phone and watch youtube while in the foam pit. Would not have been a big deal if he was out of the way but there were several kids looking to jump in but couldnt because he was in the way. Otherwise, I though the glow jumping was reasonable for 3 hours and bottom line my kids had fun.
The kids had an amazing time. Also, the pizza was delicious 😋
Great place for kiddies to get all that energy out! Loved the Baby Shark Event and will be back! Thank you for being organized and kind to us!
My kids love the trampoline parks, and this seemed like one of the better locations. The equipment was well maintained and varied and the staff was actually paying attention to safety and refereeing the dodgeball games, which Ive found to be rare at other locations.
Glow night is so much fun! My daughter loves going. The dj is pretty awesome too!
My family and I went to the PJ Mask Toddler Time and since this was my first time ever coming to Skyzone, I must say it was the highlight of my day. My kids were able to jump, run and take pictures with their favorite super heros. The staff were amazing with my children, they really do keep an eye on the little ones and had a positive attitude about it. I will definitely be bring my family back.
Lovely people. Great season passes and other monthly programs & fun events. I wish it was a tad less expensive and ai was allowed to jump with my toddler..they do let you hang with them if u buy socks, but it not allowed to really jump. Very nice though! Super fun. Esp glow jump!
Greaaaaattttt time. Love this place. The staff took care everything for my baby girls 4th birthday. They added a lot of new stuff and things to do.
BEST INDOOR TRAMPOLINE PARK EVER!!!!A little background: I have been to two jump parks owned by other companies and skyzone wins hands down!!!!I have taken my kids here 3 times just to jump AND I held my daughters birthday party here recently.I dont care what your reason for coming is, this place does it the best!!! If you plan on coming multiple times, look into a multu-jump pass and save some money!!!My birthday party planning was easy and stress free. Everything was explained in detail and the staff helped me decide the proper package, and I realized I had to upgrade, the staff were gracious and let me know the extra cost as well as recommendations for more pizza or not. When you show up, the host takes care of EVERYTHING!!!! All you need to do is pay and take pictures!!!!!
It’s a nice place, me and my son bought a groupon and enjoyed our time there, just before the birthday party showed up and released a bunch of young kids. Definitely need to buy the socks or bring grippy bottom socks, they also have dorney style key lockers to put your shoes and belongings in for a quarter. The ninja warrior course was really cool and challenging.
Went for glow night. My kids got yelled at for doing flips??Umm...ok so no flips..at a trampoline place?!? A rather small place compared to freefall. It’s better than nothing, but there’s better options nearby.
The kids always have a blast here. We were there for our first time of Glow jump. Lights off, music up and game on. Two hours flew by with the fun they were having.
Good clean fun. Everything is run well and there are plenty of workers to help monitor behavior. Sometimes at other places, a large concern is the big kids playing too rough near the little kids. Not here. The big kids can play in their own area, and have a great time, and the little kids can do the same in their own safe place! Lots of fun and I love the ninja warrior obstacle courses!
