Lot of empty shops. Wait till the MRT in operation.

The unit is great, i love it, the interior is so exclusive, spacious bathroom, it can be quite and thats a good thing for me, very near to dpulze shopping , you can take grab for like rm10, they currently have 1 convenient store that sells a lot of fresh vege for cooking. Expect to pay at least rm350+- Aircond and electricity bills, It is a new area, some part of it still in development. There is no residential parking, you have to pay rm3 per entry, but i saw people park next to bustop there. Overall this place really beautiful. I never feel more peaceful in my life when stay here! :P

The interior design of the unit yes i’ll 5 stars on that but when it comes to parking, management, security and utilities bills 0.01 star.

A modern residential building, with five blocks linked by four sky bridges. A good design!

For Iftar suitable place with friends

No other shops besides the one and only QUICKGRAB which is located at Tower 6 whereas the residences at Tower 1, studio tenants at Tower 2, followed by duplex tenants at Tower 3.The facilities and amenities are well maintained. Just pricier on the utility bills due to charges being on commercial rate due to commercial title.

Not a typical serviced apartment but secured - no cafe, carpark managed by separate business but easy parking of rm2 per entrance, downfall is you have to call your host before you enter the parking spaces on the basement level due to unavailable phone signal and card access for the lifts.Top apartments are cool and breezy, view is fantastic.

For those who planning to move to this apartment, I sincerely advice you DON"T. Why? because despite of the cheap rent, the bills will burn out your pocket. Electricity and Air-Conditioner are separate bills. Even though you live alone, barely use the A/C and only use the electronics and lights in the evening, your bills will still be more than RM100. Water bills also confused me. My washing machine only used once in a week. I dont cook. Using water to shower twice or three times a day cost me RM20 a month. And the Management are terrible too. Foreign security are disrespectful. Building doesnt maintain that well, the refuse chamber always smells really bad. The floor at the lift lobby were always dirty. Parking does not comes with the unit. You have to pay the carpark RM2 per day. Cost you RM60 per month. Save yourself from signing up with the con-property agent. Once they received your money, they dont even bother to assist you in anything on query anymore. I wish I read this kind of review before I move in into this apartment. It will save me troubles.

Shopping lots are fine where you can find almost everything, but the residence is not good.

Wheres the mall? 6 seemingly trendy towers, but only got 1 convenient shop.......

Terrible places & management. Not a good vibes. Cant wait to finish contract and move out from here. No parking, super duper expensive electricity bill and utilities

Skypark residence lovely condominium..... just the Power bill is annoying 🙄

Whoever plan to rent here, please think through. Monthly parking is RM75, electricity is commercial rate. If you use one AC every night your electrical bill will be around RM400 - RM600. Management really slow and silly. They never call the right Kone contractors to fix and manage the elevator. 1 year there will be several outage, chiller broke down (AC is centralisedThe management technician keep by pass everything. So everything is unsafe.

Nice place with complicated road system

One of the worst places in Cyberjaya to live in. Horrible management, got so many problems with elevator, access card and so on. Parkin place is not free even for the residence. Better try to seek for other places if u want to rent for a place to stay.

House is nice but management and security is bad. I lost my motorcycles last Monday on 11/1/2020.Even security ask us to park in their chosen area.Security are not effection.Less cctv. Seriously i am so disappointed with their management. If we pay slightly a day late for maintenance fees they will block our card immediately without notice. And pay Rm50 as a punishment. But they dont even provide us with satisfy security. Seriously think wisely if you wanna stay here.I had experience my shoes also been stolen infront of our home.Anyone have seen my motorcycle please help to reply me.And once again if you wanna stay here.Oh yaa their technician also not helpful. I had experience sink problems and they just come in my house with empty hands and said we need to pay to repair. Even they dont even know what is problem with my sink.Overall with the view and home decor i give 5 star but management, security, maintenance, i give 0.1 star.Bad and so bad! Thanks

Building still new. Shopping mall beneath still not ready . Hope they have a wide choice of branded retail outlets , a must is 7-11, mynews , 99 speedmart, or else a Tesco express or Jaya grocer, Starbucks or coffee bean, Penang mamak, KFC,Macdonalds Dominos pizza, laundry mat, medical clinic, hairdressing saloon or barber shop,sports shop,chemist like guardian or Watsons and dont forget to install in the shopping mall ATM machines like Maybank,CIMB,RHB,Bank Islam etc. Within a few years this place will explode with activity. As opposite there will be a Skypark MRT station

Stayed here for a college competition. Great room with swimming pool. The view from one of the room window is great.

Its literally only those two: eat n go and the convenience store , the places where you go to buy and eat all you need.. not many options.. plus for people living in tower 1, 2 and 3 it is a mile walk to these two sad stores unfortunately

DO NOT rent here. Expensive electricity rate - aircond and electricity bills are calculated separately. If your unit is facing the MRT, it will be very hot during the day. You have to pay RM20 minimum even if you don’t turn the AC on at all. I turned it on only for a few days and at night only, but I have to pay RM69 for the AC alone. The worst parking ever! Stated RM2 per entry but charge RM2 per day. Penipu! Lazy bumps - never pick up calls, never respond to emails, only rajin clamp and chain up parking. Please do not rent here. Both managements of parking & residence are terrible!!

Been staying here for 2 weeks and Im already hating it. The condition of the house is good as its still new. But the carpark management is so bad. No one ever picked up any calls even if you call them thousand times daily. They started to chain the podium parking area and ask you to park at basement. The problem is you can only park at B1, its dark with a few lights on only, no signage, cant get the parking ticket, can only use touch n go. I was late for work because I couldnt find the exit. It says rm2 per entry but I saw people said they took rm6-8/entry. Very bad management. Not recommended at all.

please do not rent here , all equipment for the gym does not work , Electricity is expensive, the meter is commercial (350-400per moths ! , air conditioning in the gym and the library is not working, Car parking every 24 hours with 2 ringgit, or with entry, and I do not know in every entry (per day that is deducted from the card 6-8 ringgit !!! management never ever do anything even u complaint 1000 times ,,, There is no mobile network , finally do not rent

All service are bad. Bathroom door handle broken, bathroom dirty, smells bad, chair broken, bed smells like just being used. Useless place.Their parking card are actually Touch & Go card, its weird for a touch & go card to hv low credit to give us in then suddenly wont let us out the other day. Being trapped in parking lot for more than 1 hour without any help, even after call their management services they asked us to do the work ourselves. They didnt even try to help us. More than 3 cars already stuck on the parking lot. The Touch & Go help service are also useless, no 1 to pick up the calls.

Visited a residential unit on the 10th floor. The view from the balcony was so nice and the wind was so refreshing. A good place to wind down after a long day at work.

The management is very awfulreasons:- The door is locked and i unable to enter, I already stuck outside the room for hours. The staff are very bad at responding.The poor state of the key card also very infuriating.-The air conditioner are not working.-Wifi also not working.- Many things are broken

Horrible management. Lift keep breaking down. Had a case of people getting trapped before.As house owner you dont get free parking. So get ready to shell out RM75/month for parking.

Worst elevator. My house is Skypark Cyberjaya. 3 lifts. 1 lift keep breakdown 2-3 days every week (for the past 1 year). Latest one that 1 lift breakdown for almost 2 months!!!.Yesterday my wife and kid were scared to death. Another lift suddenly stucked at high level and feels like free fall after that (like the rope loose grip).And today for first time all 3 breakdown! when I want to go to KL for my best friend’s wedding. Too late waiting them come and repair. Need to cancel the trip.

Incredible place to stay for newlywed, family and students. Near exit MEX highway, SKVE, and LDP. 20 minutes to KLIA 2. Very nice view with balcony.

If you like a really quiet place where you arent bothered then this place if for you.. but if youre a lively person who wants to see people and chill around... then I guess not lol

Worst management ever. Lazy bums. Made a complaint for over a month but no action taken. THEY WONT PICK UP ANY CALL. Apparently they’re busy doin nothing. They are punctual. Yes punctual in disconnecting EXPENSIVE electricity EVERY month. RM600 per month, and Im home only at night. LOL. Jokers. There’s a time that the AC compressor for the whole building broken, they only able to fix it after a week.

SkyPark not like illustration designed by architect, in and out road way also confusing and dangerous especially for new people in the area. Not recommend area to live because a lot of double trouble arragont black in the neighborhood. No security stop to enter the neighborhood.

Renting a SOHO unit here. Great rates for renting and buying based on which owner youre dealing with. Great development quality, swimming pool is ok. Going up to the roof decks are interesting. Only qualm I have is that there is literally only 1 retail tenant at the moment. Would appreciate a restaurant/ Cafe opening here soon.

Sky pary @ cyberjaya is a new residential place with 6 tower blocks. Good security features as you need access card to enter and exit the tower blocks. Few minutes drive to Cyberjaya central business district. Still many unoccupied units here and have not seen any convenient store nearby

Will be a new land mark in Cyberjaya. Comprises of 6 blocks of building. One hotel, One SoHo, one shopping mall,two office blocks and one condo. 5 buildings can be accessed via a sky bridge except the condo. Can’t wait to see it completes. Mex highway is just next to it.

Brand new unit and suitable for the expat working in the nearby banks or tech startup.Not many neighbors around and to be honest, its quite creepy when I first visited (it was quiet then but now after few months, I guess that its ok)Amazing view from the top because you dont have any buildings to block your vision like the central area

The condo is quit nice but the surrounding of the place is still underdeveloped.
