I have been visiting Sky Lounge for years, and the quality of customer service has always been tremendous. Ever since the pandemic, there has been an increase in flavours from all across the world, that you can’t find anywhere else congregated in one place. Staff are great in recommending mixes, if you are like me and a little indecisive they will help. If you are able to travel and/or nearby go to Sky Lounge for a great smoking experience.Dylan’s flavour mix is tremendous: African queen, pink man, Wagamama and “unknown”

Definitely would recommend this place, Irin the young lady served us very kind and friendly.

Went for a night out and a good shisha.. Dylan was very welcoming and recommended a shisha mix of German flavours, Shisha was amazing.. thankful for him and the staff for giving such a good service.

Best place to chill out in Coventry. Very friendly staff, good shisha and nice view of the city centre from the rooftop lounge. Highly recommended for watching football and cricket matches..Also, only place in the city that is open till late night/early morning

Love the place, I recommend you to go to vip room £10 a head but you will enjoy it, ps5, and music control. Nice food and nice staff

If I could give -5 star I would. This place is nasty and the people working there have a big role to play. First the wannabe gangster behind the counter will ask how many people and he forces you to buy two shishas when two out of three people don’t even smoke. Then he asks to pay in cash (despite having a card machinetotal tax violation. Totally unfriendly, stupid and unhygienic place, I wouldn’t recommend that to anyone.If you want better food, service, desserts or shisha, I’d much rather go to Birmimgham or any other civilised place but this was my first and last visit here and extremely disappointed. I would also report to the HMRC to carry out an audit on these wannabe rude gangsters.

How good is sky lounge? Often asked for recommendations in Birmingham/Leicester and my retort is take 30 mins to head down to Coventry. Asim has made a concerted effort to make the best products and flavours available, and its resulting in this homely lounge being the go-to for many in the west mids.

Best shisha place in town, very cozy atmosphere with best deals and affordable shisha. The staff is very friendly as well and accommodating. They have great music and DJ nights every month. Would recommend a 100%.

Good vibe, nice personal, but it takes a little too long until they bring the food, overall the quality of sevices was excellent!

Amazing range of pipes, the staff are so welcoming and can give a lot of choices of flavour that you will definitely be satisfied with and a beautiful view on the lounge.I seriously recommend this lounge for smoke connoisseurs only because they sell genuine al fakher flavors and also stepping their levels up same as the Russians and Germans shisha in the midlands 💨🔥

It looks as though this place as shutdown as I went by this even g and doors were closed at ground level and upstairs terrace was unlit and no one around.

Lift out of order, no air con. Shisha is great. Decent view.

They provided for a pleasant night in all aspects. The staff were friendly, helpful and customer service was on point. The lounge was cozy and comfortable.

Nice atmosphere. Was very quiet when we went as it was a weekday. Love the cute little parrots 🦜 they have before you walk into the main bit. Makes the place look really good! Friendly and professional staff. Recommended me and friends a good flavour as it was our first time there. Had a lovely herbal tea and cake mmmmm. Definitely recommend

i had traveled all the way from Nottingham toCoventry only to be disappointed. Upon arrival we was seated in the rooftop area however, 30mins later we was told we must move as they are booked up. to which i said they should have informed us before seating us. and the gentleman responded whats the problem your still smoking. the problem was they had moved us into a hallway away from the main feature that we had travelled for the rooftop terrace. Furthermore, as we was placed away from the main room they had forgotten about us and did not offer us a coal change until we got ready to leave which was a whole football match. very poor service will not be visiting again and would not recommend travelling for.

This review is in response to the most recent review by which the owner responded to by being rude and lying. He said our attitude stunk from the minute we stepped in however the staff that served me were very happy to have a friendly conversation unlike the owner did. Me and my friends were seated in the rooftop area. We were not aware that a big group of people coming into the lounge, and we were not notified of this earlier. They called in after we was there for about 30 minutes. This group of people could have been seated where they moved us however, we obviously were treated badly. As we were there first, we should be a priority, which the owner obviously didnt understand. We were told to move from our seats by the owner who did not give us any respect as he was playing a game of Ludo whilst speaking to us. Great management :). We were moved towards the inside which isnt part of the actual lounge seating area. We were not offered coals for the whole duration we were there. The owner is blatantly lying as he was having a chat with some other people seated behind us for the whole time we got moved. We were offered a coal change literally as we were about to leave.I strongly recommend going to H2O lounge as the atmosphere is a thousand times better and it wasnt as if we were seated in the corridor of a council estate house. I would not waste my precious time and money on this shisha lounge. It is a shame that I drove and wasted my petrol in this fuel pandemic as fuel prices have shot up recently. I commend this lounge for being the worst shisha lounge I have been to. And again, they didnt change our coals once.

Extremely slow service, came for shisha but our coals had completely gone and no change for them, staff are very kind though. Food was good music was very loud and parking was difficult to find. Shisha wasnt great would not come back again.

We had a little Birthday celebration organised at this place and it turned out a great fun! The staff were very helpful, welcoming and extremely accommodating. As I wanted a cake to come as a surprise during our time there, I dropped it a day before and the guys stored it safely for me. That was greatly appreciated :Not to mention that the shisha was very well done and the coals were changes frequently, so the overall service level is top level! Shisha’s taste is very intense. It is just perfect. The food they are serving is of highest standards. Employees are very friendly, polite, kind and it’s nice to talk with them. They give very good advise if you’re not sure what shisha will best suit you. I really enjoyed the location and the inside - wide windows, nice view on the city centre through them, it is NOT claustrophobic at all. Sky Lounge is definitely better than H2O. Everything they do is better than H2O including the venue itself that does not give you a claustrophobic, overcrowded vibe. It’s warmer inside, shisha tastes better, employee’s communication skills and professionalism is better. Other customers are friendly and they enjoy meeting new people and socialising. Music is better. Even the toilets are cleaner and very well supplied. They obey the latest government guidance regarding Covid-19 (might be a plus if you are concerned about all this coronavirus stuff).

Great atmosphere, amazing food and excellent customer service! We stopped by Sky Lounge after a long day of travelling on our back to London. We arrived fairly late and were met by Sunny who managed to get our food order to the kitchen just before it closed. Katherine prepared the food and we all ordered pizzas. The food was simply brilliant and cooked to perfection. We will be making this a regular pit stop in future!

Okay customer service. Crammed layout. Shisha was not great and neither was the mint tea. Unclean toilets. Rule of 1 shisha per 2 people. Music wasnt so great and mma on tv.? Thank you but will not be returning.

An amazing place to go and relax, play some pool/snooker, watch sports/ movies and play games, Smoke the best sheesha with high quality pipes, enjoy delicious, mouth watering food which are of high standard quality and great price!The service is fantastic and the staff are always there to look after you when you go. One of the owners, Tahir is a great role model who exceeds in all amazing service and is always there to help...You can also book a private room for those who want privacy with friends and family onlySky lounge is not them places you go to where the music is so load you cant hear yourself think..Sky lounge is sophisticated and understands the difference between a club and a sheesha lounge...The hygiene level is very good with hand sanitizers available.Sky lounge has it all, make sure you check it out you will not be dissappointed10/10

Had such a great time last night! Tee was such a great host and the whole team accommodated us very well. The shisha, the atmosphere, the DJ and the staff were 10/10! I deffo recommend this place to anyone that is looking for good shisha for a good price and overall having a good time!👏

If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! As soon as we walked in, we were instantly welcomed by very bubbly characters who go by the name of T and his brother, they were very accommodating and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a great time and recommended us the best shisha in Coventry! You have other shisha lounges in Coventry that are very modern but do not have the nicest of shishas, but Sky Lounge is a very humble place where they have the smokiest shisha with great flavours, great music and have great staff who also want you to enjoy yourself! I hardly ever used to go Sky Lounge, but now this will be my go to place for its positive atmosphere and amazing staff. Cant wait to come back soon!!! 🙌🏼👍🏼

The shisha was amazing and had a wonderful experience with my friends. The staff are really welcoming. Frozen blueberry bluemist and frozen apple raspberry and lychee mist are flavour i would like recommend.

Staff are so lovely and welcoming, the food, drinks and shisha are amazing really good experience and the lounge are up to date with current music making the entire experience even better. Would definitely recommend.

Omg guys this is totally the most amazing shisha place in Coventry. The variety and quality of the flavours is amazing. The Oreo milkshakes BANGS!!!!! The food is absolutely amazing. The service was amazing especially from T-shirts’ he was amazing and funny. I do recommend coming here.

This is the best shisha place in cov! And in whole UK. Staff is very kind, humble and always ready to help. Best shisha flavours and "original" flavours only available here. Next comes the food, please try our new meatylicious burger or pizza, ngl you wont stop coming back for it!Sky is the only place open till late (4 amanywhere in the uk, best spot to smoke a shisha and chill. I would suggest Miss Asia, but i have tried new mix which is GM and hint of fizzy. Woah! banging flavour ever!I loved my time at sky! Really enjoyed the shisha was the best I’ve had since coming to Coventry. The service was amazing the workers made us feel really welcomed. Sunny and Tango jnr were really friendly and made our time at the place fun and enjoyable. Really do recommend coming here if you are looking for a chill vibe.

Was really happy with the service provided. From the second we entered one of the workers called tee was very welcoming. The shisha was the best I have had in Coventry. Really do recommend if your looking for a chilled out place.

First time on a Sheesha place. we were asked by the manager what we want to try. Clearly we had no clue so the guy offered to explain us the differences in taste (what to avoid as first timers and so on). That was very nice of him. The food was superb (I had cheeseburger with chilli friesand really cheap. There is a relaxing atmosphere and I think also few games on PS4 but we were not interested. Bonus fact the champions league game on massive screen. I will be there again soon. in summary:Sheesha was fantasticService was greatFood was reasonably price and tastyLocation is great as it is right in the city centre.

Sky lounge has always been my local hangout over the years and there would be no other place id rather go for great food, delicious shakes and waffles, fun atmosphere and shisha being perfect with alot of smoke and great flavours! Service is also on point, whenever ive not been happy with something they will always fix it for me without any hesitation! Staff are friendly and easy to get along with and will always take care of each individual customer in a professional manner ! As im there quite alot ive seen lots of regular faces there also, just shows when customers come once they always return ! Great customer service and thats why i go back ! Best shisha lounge in coventry and i would definitely recommend to go their if you want a place to chill and relax and enjoy.

Skylounge is the place to come if you want somewhere to chill with amazing service, food & shisha.The staff are very friendly and constantly check up on you. It is a very warm and welcoming environment and the boss, Mango, makes sure all customers are greeted and comfortable.It’s like one big family and you feel right at home!Deffo check this place out, you will not regret it!

Guy ngl. But, this place is a must go if your into shisha. The staff are alway welcoming. And not to mention the manager, he well welcome you with open arms and make sure your getting the best quality service. Shisha is on point. The recommendation are always spot on. If your know your shisha and you very specific on how you like it, they will be more than happy to accommodate. Also, there are flavours and pipes that are very hard to come by in a shisha lounge. All you need to do is simply ask. If you know then you know. 😉. I highly recommend this shisha for any regular smoker or first time smokers (students).

Sky Lounge has always been my favourite shisha lounge ... the staffs are very kind and respectful..they always treat everyone equally ,also serve the customers with a positive attitude. they made it feel like my second home, i will be visiting it regularly.

Unique location and exceptional customer service!My first time at Sky Lounge and it will now be my regular spot. The main thing that stood out for me was the panoramic windows overlooking coventry city centre creating a picturesque scenery and the warm welcoming staff including the manager, Mango, who personally checked that our shisha was to the highest of standards.

What a place! Me and the girls had a great time! The staff are lovely and the atmosphere is amazing. Its refreshing to go to a shisha lounge thats not intimidating for once. The desserts and the virgin mojitos are lush.I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that wants to enjoy themselves with their friends or family.
