Well i read the reviews..so I went my self to check and study the place .... the owner and the stuff have been changed ..new stuff are very nice people specially Mariam the manger ..so welcoming the prices are reasonable... a wonderful view and music... i recommend you to visit

The worst bar ever in tbilisi, they are a scam. They serve the most expensive drinks in the menu by bottles and give you a huge bill to pay. Totally rib off dont go there

Avoid this place. Its a rip-off. Just like the other reviewers I was scammed into paying 117 EUR for wine I another guest ordered. They have gorilla-like bouncers who forced me to pay.

Do not go there !!!!! We just ordered two glass of vodma we check it cost 30 lari !!! When we ordered the check it was 1041 lari for things we did not ordered , do not go there! They will steal your money

I almost fell for this scam. But I was smarter than them. They use girls as traps to get you into the bar, and the other reviews explain the rest. Dont go there, and if any girl you meet in real life on or dating apps insists on going there, know that you are being scammed.Please like.this for thr benefit of the rest.

Ripoff. Be careful of what they try to charge you. They will bring you a drink, and then attempt to bill you 200 bucks.

A rip off- they charged me $750 which would normally cost $40-50, they told me they don’t accept card for payment when they clearly do (I came to know through many friends that they doand they had me pay cash so there is nothing on the record. I will be taking a legal action against them and will be running a campaign to spread awareness.

I got hit with the same scam as these people. If you are reading this always call the police yourself. They will have fake police officers to shake you down and force you to pay. Absolute scum.

Last night i went with my friend to this place , and we ordered 1 pizza and 2 beer and after we decided to go back we asked for the bill and i was schocked totally that they charged us 2000 Lari which is about 680$ , and we asked why they say we must pay unless they call the police and after 5 minutes of trying to understand what is going on with our bill 2 of police came and asked us to pay, next day we realise that their uniform not the real police one they are security gaurds and they was bodybuilders and just it was a SCAM to rob our money , never had such a bad experience in my life , NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE 🚫

I am surprised why all people below didnt call the police... Actually all below negative comments are right, I called the police and treat with them firmly and when someone tried stopping me from going out I grabbed my mobile & opened the camera.Please call 112 the emergency # open the camera in that time they will stepped.When the police came I paid only what I took.I am also how Sanofi company are located in this place

Yesterday I went to SKY bar with 2 friends to eat some pizza and drink something. We ordered pizza, salad, I took a Gin Tonik and my friends ordered to the waiter some cocktail that would have martini vodka and juice, not very strong one. My friends had around 4 each of those coctails and I also ordered 2 at the ending of my Gin Tonik. When the bill came, they charged us with 2260 GEL (for 1 pizza, 1 salad, 1 olives snak, 1 gin and 18 coctails oh my God)… and when I asked why, they stated that each of the coctails was costing 145 GEL (!!). when we ordered those ones, nobody told that this is considered a special cocktail that would cost 145 GEL, while all other coctails in the catalog were costing between 16-20 GEL. Not only they lured us by charging the most expensive cocktail without our permission or consent, they charged in the bill around 6 coctails more, as we ordered in total maximum 11 ones. We could not prove anything, they kept us like imprisoned there in SKY bar, talking to us very bad when we complained about their treatment. They also called the police and threatened us that if we don’t pay that money they will bring us to the department for NBS and then pay not only the 2260 GEL but plus penalty fees. After 3 hours of keeping us like this prisoned and treated horribly, they obliged us to pay by credit cards without our willingness, because this is a luring, they ripped us off. Be advised that in this bar they try to lure money from customers and especially foreigners and they don’t listen to any reason you explain as customer. Would NEVER recommend it to anyone. Definitely the worst experience in my life so far in a bar, and I travel many years all around the world.

last night we went to a pub called sky hall inavlbari metekhi street 22, we ordered cocktail drink we asked for something nice and tasty from the waiter ,our mistake we didnt ask for the price. But I travelled to almost 50 countries I never saw a drink that cost 70 $ maybe bottle yes. We were fraud yesterday with 1000$ bill they brought us the bodybuild guards to negotiate with us , we asked for manager he didnt come.and they took all our money and we needed to go back to hotel to bring money to cover the fraud invoice. We learned from our mistake , we thought we are in a safe country , but apparently we are not. I will post all over what happen with us for other tourist to know and to take precautions.

Great views dont have drinks from menu

We just went for pizza and cold drinks our bill came 950 Gel. We were surprised and its request to all GCC/Gulf people be Aware. It was a very bad experience. 👎👎👎👎

They overcharged the bill. A drink for 125 GL. The bill was 1400GL. When we asked the police they called a fake police!!! Not acceptable!

This is a local place where are full off unprofessional and untrained staff,me and my friend we asked for cocktails ,,Negroni” when we taste it it was very tasteless, it was missing some Recipes, ,,angostura bitters” We decide to leave the place and ask for the bill, they literally overcharged for 2 drinks we payed 70Lari, manager was so rude to, she was having pointless attitudes about that, Like bartender decided to put this price on drink and I can not do anything about that, we left this place very disappointed.... NOT RECOMMENDED...

The bar is located in the city center near metro station Avlabari, in on the 3th floor, amazing view. We were in 6, the waiter was not friendly. She brought us on 2 menu for 6 persons !! And they had only crêpes and ice cream.

On the first day of our holiday in Tbilisi, I visited Sky Bar with my two brothers. The security guards downstairs were helpful and friendly. We went upstairs and a waitress guided us to a table. It was nearly midnight, so we didnt want to eat, just to have some drinks. We ordered 3 beers. The waitress came back five minutes later and told us she cant serve us, because were just 3 people and we only ordered beers. The view from the bar is quite nice though.

Everything was top class until we was paying our bill and the waiter never came back with the change(15usd), not to big amount which I had in mind to tip the guy, but just because they being so rude and never return the change I went back to the waiter myself and took it all back and suddenly stuff became very rude! Also to keep in mind that bill is coming with already included 15% tip for the waiter!

I was with my husband there. The first: place and location is great.Service??? So we think that Manager needs time to relize what really customer Service is.The Musik was also wonderful.

A great place to chill out in a company. The wine selection bases upon Teliani Valley production, which negatively affects the whole impression. The view is great and the service is reasonable.

Lovely view of old city and all the churches from the terrace. Service was great and the chicken and mushroom I ordered was tender and mouth watering.

Awesome ambience and a good outside night view of tbilisi and an excellent live music performance, the staff was friendly as well . The food is tasty but for the price the quantity is very less.

Great place to enjoy the music and views. Food is yummy, drinks are good. Fantastic for Friday and weekend nights. Terrace is amazing. Live music performances are cool. All in all live this place and must to go when in Tbilisi.

Great views of downtown Tbilisi but beer selection poor and overpriced compared to rest of city. Perfect place to stop for one after visiting the Holy Trinity Cathedral

The service is bad, and the shisha is worse, and the waiter started yelling at us just because we said that the shisha is not good and need to be fixed hence i will never go back to this place again.P.S: the manager said that this is Georgia and dont campare it to anyother place, and if the shisha is bad so why you are smoking.

Poor customer service... Really poor and arguing... Not encouraging for tourism in Georgia as per what the customer service representative said in a very rude and unprofessional way ( Do not compare your country with georgia, this is Georgia!!!knowing that we have been in many places in tblisi and this was tottaly a different story and very terrible!! So based on my experience in this place I dont recommend it for tourists!!!

Shisha is bad, food is bad, awful customer service, arguing, bad attitude, no foreign language communication, customer is always RIGHT!! In general, everything SUCKS here, not recommended at ALL!!
