Sizzling Wok in Medicine Hat

I order rice with Sesame chicken, but was only a very small pieces of chicken wrapped in a lot of wheat, it looks like fake chicken.

They were very stingy on food. Way too little udon noodles for even one person. Ginger beef was overcooked, hard to poke a fork through and after all that, price was way too high.

A lady with glasses there, always been so rude, never said hello or smiled ever. Always thought that’s fine, but this time was terrible, I asked for extra hot sauce and she responses so aggressively and showed me the bottle that She does not that much. I said u can get it from back and fill, but she never gave me sauce. We pay that much and they can not even give us some sauce. Then when I said where is customer and she made faces and no body even said sorry or nothing. Not coming back ever again. Terrible Customer service.

Ate there at around 7pm it’s now 12:00am. Haven’t stopped throwing up. Food was old and clearly not good. Definitely not going back. As someone that has been in the restaurant industry, food poison at the poison.

Yikes! Im seeing a lot of bad reviews here, but Ive tried food from the Sizzling Wok before and its been good in all my experiences. No complaints here, the chowmein was delicious, as was the barbecue pork.

Hours posted on google are different from actual hours. Ended up waiting for food because they didn’t open till 11:30. But when I got it it was good as usual.

i have been going here since i was little some staff are even like family now!! they always ask about how my family is and always add extra food and make sure to pack lots of food into the containers for us!! food is amazing and love their spicy chicken!! :))

Food service worker not wearing a mask. Seriously!! Saw 2 workers unmasked while working. No pandemic here apparently

very over price. Not a lot that people with gluten problem can eat there what food there is was so bad and never will eat again. Hubby said that he wouldnt eat there either hes not gluten free

Great food! Never under or over cooked, and very friendly staff! I little pricy but its nice to have once in a while! DEFINITELY recommend! ❤️

Waited 20 minutes for a waitress only for her to act like we were keeping her from something I couldntake it anymore and left. Cant see coming back here and will let others know !!!

Ordered through skip and about 10 minutes after our order had been confirmed, they canceled it. We tried to contact them skip tried to contact them and nothing. Got charged for food I didnt even get. Thanks guys!

Tasty food. Nice to have occasionally. The ginger beef, sesame chicken and sweet&sour pork are my selections. But the food is inconsistent as it is sometimes soggy and overcooked.

Found hair in our rice, disgusting is all I can say. This was my first real Neal since having major dental surgery and I cant even eat it.

Food was way overcooked. The bourbon chicken was as dry as petrified wood, the mixed veggies were on the verge of becoming a soup and the Shanghai noodles were mush. Definitely wont be eating there again. I know its a food court location, but come on. Its not that hard to warm up the food.

Solid Chinese food. Always consistent and an awesome cure for whatever might be ailing you.

Simply the most disgusting meal in decades . Choose Edo any day over this . Again!! Always try and give them a chance to improve, but this was the last chance . It was cold soggy and no flavor. 10 lbs of rice ...and not muchelse .
