Unfortunately the last time I will be ordering from here. Although the meat is very tasty..our orders most of the time have something missing or never come on time or takes ages to come. Pre ordered tonight.. it came 40 minutes or maybe more later & we paid £2.00 for an extra with absolute non of it in site. The chips & salad also seemed like the food had been sat there a good while before being delivered.Usually I wouldnt moan but Ive had to now, with the cost of everything at the current time and then when its almost every order theres something 🙈.

Sizzers are breaking the law everytime you step in the shop.I went in and asked for a cetain priced meal that was same price on menu board and menu on the leaflet. The guy told me it would be £4 extra than the original price displayed as they "Not updated the menu"Which to trading standards is illegal to not sell something that is advertised price or display price. Never going back to the swindlers

Chips were stale and quite clearly microwaved and the chicken kebab consisted of a massive naan bread and one spoonful of actual chicken. Really disappointed.

Could of been amazing.. the food is so cold. Waited a long time for it to arrive, but when it got here it’s very very cold considering how long we had been waiting. I figured they must have had a lot of delivery drop offs at one time. Because there’s no way it had travelled that distance and ended up this cold..

I really don’t want to complain about this takeaway because I have always had a excellent meal from here. In fact some weeks we have them 2 times a week. However, tonight’s delivery was a bit late and cold when it arrived. It was also no where near as good as it usually is. It will not stop me using them but I am really disappointed in tonight’s meal. Everything was over cooked, I couldn’t even eat the naan bread, it was that hard.Sorry but a little disheartening, but is the first bad one we have had in over 12 months

Impressed!! Food delicious, still hot, portion size definitely enough and even early arrival for delivery, did forget the peri strips but called up and was spoken to so politely and very apologetic, sent out the peri strips immediately and apologised again with a chocolate fudge cake, absolutely not necessary but shows the extra mile gone to to keep customers happy. Cannot fault at all! Will definitely order again! Thank you very much!

Two times back to back order was wrong. Wrong items,items missing. Not impressed wouldnt recommend. They corrected the first time but second time they didnt want to know and denied all knowledge of me even ordering.AVOID.Worst takeaway about and long delivery times 90 minutes I waited first time.

First time ordering from here tonight went for the deal 2 meats and chips in a pizza box with bottle of pop wow absolutely amazing value for money and a discount code too absolute bargain cooked to perfection guys defo be using again highly recommended thank you keep up the good work 👏👏👏

Ordered a few times from here and its Usually good but tonight its gone straight in the bin, sorry too say but it was vile, waited nearly an hour and half aswell, the chicken and donner meat tasted really rank, I never review anything but this was the worst takeaway Ive ever had,

Ordered mixed kebab and chicken & chips. Donner meat was cold and dry. Other meats cold. Very little chicken meat on chicken portions,meat wS also dry

Really disappointing. The first time I ordered it took well over an hour to arrive, I messaged them on facebook to see when my ordered would be sent out as it still showed as being cooked. The person that responded, apologised for the delay and told me twice that next time I ordered I should request a free pizza as an apology. This weekend, I ordered again, this time it took 2 hours to arrive and the delivery driver told me they were too busy to do my free pizza and gave me a bottle of coke, leaving one person without food. Small portion of chips had 26 very cold chips in the box.... theres small, then theres that!! Ordered 2 wraps, one Peri and one tikka. Both arrived were peri. They were actually really nice but due to the service and cold chips, wont be ordering again.

After hearing good things I thought Id give it ago, I am kebab lover, I went for kebab deal 1, I thought Id get at a naan or least a pitta bread with it but didnt which was disappointing as kebabs for me consist of these items just my opinion, the meat was nice but was mainly cold and mainly consisted of doner meat, the box in general felt like it was filled mainly with chips that were cold as well. The wife had a wrap which she loved but said was slightly cold, the chips she couldnt eat at all as they were cold, soggy and looked like theyd been cooked twice. Generally looking at reviews this seems like a rarity. Overall value I thought it was okay not great. The quality, I like piping hot food and I get busy times can cause these things to happen but with it arriving nearly an hour and half later this was why it was cold which is unfortunate really as like I said it seems a rarity according to reviews. Lady delivering was lovely and apologetic though.

Very disappointed paid £16 for 2 piece chicken and chips and chicken burger meal not worth the money at allFood came hot but was all soggy the lettuce was brown the chicken burger was so dry and took around 1h15m to arrive and will not be ordering again

Absolutely amazing. They are consistent every time you go. The food is always cooked to perfection and I have not had a bad meal yet. I travel all the way from Weston coyney for this place and it is well worth the travel.Keep up the good work guys.

Delivery was quick although the food was cold, fries were hard ,donner meat cold, not much chicken on the drumstick (I did order a thighand not much salad dont think I would order from here again sorry ☹

Ordered food at 8pm at 11pm I phoned them food not arrived,I got a barrage of abuse after I complained and asked for a refund,the money still got taken but no food..avoid poor customer service and abusive staff 😡😡😡😡

Dont have kebab meat its hard and burnt never having again. Its likehaving crackling hard and tasteless.

Never ordered from here before but seen the stuff on Facebook regarding these lads and can honestly say will never order from anywhere else again. The portion size and quality of the food was bang on proper fresh salad and the lamb chicken and donner was gorgeous. I had the £12 box and you could have fed 4 with it.Absolutely lovely cheers lads.

First time trying here has was in the area, being honest wasn’t overly impressed with the burger but the steak kebab and medium sauce marinated on the chicken was lovely, definitely go again and try some other things

Sizzlers food is amazing, the people who run it have got the biggest hearts, all through the pandemic they have been supporting our NHSs staff by sending them free food, they have helped our community by raising money for people and funerals they have also given free food to families who are struggling they really are the best.

Ordered a full peri peri chicken platter, curly chips and doner meat, spent the night on the toilet with bad sickness and diarrhea, never had food poisoning so bad, thought my days were up, will be reporting to health and safety!!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from both the manger of this restaurant and the delivery driver. The delivery driver lost his way to the hotel we ordered too, we waited 2 hours and not a single phone call received. Instead of admitting any form of fault, the delivery driver decided to swear at me and my family (we have proof of this). He was spitting and swearing, especially in this pandemic, no mask no gloves nothing. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. When we complained to his senior, no action was taken. No food was received, as the driver decided to take the food away out of anger...What an absolute joke of a restaurant/take-away. Do not order from here unless you want to be publicly humiliated, sworn at and spitted at.

I ordered 2 12 strips with chips salad and sauce received it after 2 hours and as soon as I’ve opened them one of them did not have salad or sauce on it at all rang them and told them they said they sorry and will send me another one never received it I would never order from this place again and would definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Never had a problem here. Food tastes great, massive portions, best prices around and the service in store and getting it delivered is fast and friendly.

We were recommended by our son who had raved how nice the chicken was. He wasn’t wrong, abs beautiful and would not go anywhere else now.

Sizzlers said that they would supply food to the vulnerable that were shielding through lock down which is great for publicity and amazing if they fulfil that promise. My parents who satisfy the criteria placed an order on Saturday and are still waiting on Thursday evening for delivery. Sizzlers has been in touch to say they would deliver Thursday and have been busy. Fortunately my parents had others that have been able to supply meals in the meantime. Is this just a publicity stunt by sizzlers? Time will tell.

Absolutely amazing food friendly staff couldnt ask for more.. Ordered through just eat and pressed collection instead of delivery so rang the restaurant and they sorted it for me without question
