Great New Bartender, awesome shrimp cocktail and the pork and veggie eggrolls were the best I have ever had!

Bartender was cool, food was pretty good. We got the Duck Norris burger, which was delicious, and the bbq wings, which were pretty good but were not your typical bbq. Local brews were good, too. View was GREAT.

Called to check of the kitchen was open, was told yes, drove 45mins, kitchen closed. Still hungry....

Super place with a great view , bartender Dan was cool , play the dice game with him , foods good too , oh dont forget the back patio , did I mention the great view ?

It was pretty good food. The aju was a little different. But thats ok! Drinks are expensive. But the view was great. There isnt a waitress. You look at a menu then order at a window. And take a seat. Same with drinks you have to go up to the bar. Its not the end of the world. Just wasnt expecting it. But i would recomend it. The parking is terrible we had to park a ways away and walk to it. The menu is pretty small. But they have cheese moons. Its a cheese stick thats a half circle. Get them. Those were the highlight

The (in)famous Bloody Mary is excellent, but is actually a distraction from what would still be an awesome place without it.But it is actually excellent, and I dont care how possibly silly I look when consuming it.I recommend that you ask for extra horseradish, if youre into that sort of thing. You should be.The bartender is very friendly if youre a nice person. Take that idea to its logical conclusion, and obviously YMMV.

Unfortunately with the inability to hire a chef they have been forced to greatly reduce their menu. So you are going to find they are serving more of a bar menu. Burger option, Chicken Burger, Fish & Chips, Chicken Fingers, several Salad options. Lets hope a chef who is creative answers the call and infuses the menu before summer hits.You can not beat the setting sun views.

OMG! Loved this place! Driven by it a hundred times and stopped in on a fluke. Gorgeous views to Flathead Lake and the mountains. Two story outdoor deck, docks and lovely indoor seating with a stone fireplace. They even have picnic tables on the water with a fire ring! Friendly staff, full bar, casino and grill. My burger and fries were delicious and so much more fun to eat in such beautiful setting.

Owner is a bitter old lady who yells at her customers, such great customer service… you could’ve just nicely told us to not go up the stairs. Don’t own a bar if you can’t deal with people…. Always loved this location but won’t go because of the owner. Guess I’ll spend my racks elsewhere

We live in Kalispell and stooped after a day on the lake.The food was mediocre, and the drinks were just OK. The rubber duckies are really just a novelty for overpriced margaritas.Giving a two because the owner was drunk and sitting at the bar. When I went to pay my tab he watched over my shoulder and then yelled about the tip I left (it was 20%). Left a bad taste in my mouth in more ways than one. We wont be back.

Getting food a drink is a bit frustrating. Not complicated, just not smooth. But the food was fantastic and the view is...worth it all. Staff is very friendly also.

Weve lived in the Flathead Valley for a while but have never been here so we decided to see the lake and eat lunch. Liked the atmosphere but not the fish tacos. The menu said mango salsa but it was really a sweet chili sauce drenched in the tacos. When I commented to the guy he said well its like a mango sauce (which there was nothing mango about it). I also bit into the taco and the breading was soggy from this "salsa" and the fish looked either undercooked or overcooked....Either way it was not a normal texture, color, or taste. I said something again and my husband did when we went to leave and nothing was done about it. No comment back, a sorry, just a huh.

They were just about to close the kitchen but took us and one more group order we were on motorcycles ordered two plates to share food was great!

The view setting here enjoying a couple of brews is hard to beat. I had the fish and fries, my partner had the spicy burger, both amazing. Didnt really like drinking beat out of a plastic cup, but hey..

Had the bloody Mary. Came with double cheese burger slider,2 shrimp,2 egg rolls, pot sticker, green olive ,pepper ,asparagus and a lime # 1 yahoo

Dan is the MAN!! We stopped in for a bloody Mary on our to Missoula to catch our plane home to Arizona and from the start of us entering The Sitting Duck he made sure he was welcoming and sarcastic. We totally enjoyed our time at the bar and will be returning to Bigfork just to see Dan!!! THANKS BDD!!

What an awesome place, between the staff, food and atmosphere! Bingo on Sundays is fun, but if you are easily offended, it is not for you! After all, it is not church bingo and you are advised of that, before bingo starts.

Excellent experience servers and bartenders were very polite and fun people to be around. Bingo was extremely fun everyone seemed to love it!

The bartender, wait staff and food was excellent! The guy operating bingo however, was pretty offensive. I didnt appreciate his vulger humor. I will be back just not on bingo night.

Loved the outdoor patio. Listening to the tide pull in and the boats go by was lovely! Service was a little slow and drinks were little weak but food was great!

Stopped in one afternoon with Friends it was "Off Season" and were not from the area, we had a great time. Super fun staff and atmosphere. Theres a dock so you can just pull right up for a tasty snack and a nice cool drink.

We went in on a Sunday afternoon for a Bloody Mary with the works after hearing about from a friends daughter. It did not disappoint. I really enjoyed eating my drink.

I gave it a 2 because the bartender was awesome. Food was so so terrible and over priced. Ordered fish tacos and a byo hamburger. Fish tacos were not even edible. some kind of nasty sauce over cold fried fish with coleslaw not cabbage. Disgusting. Basic hamburger not much better. Dry with zero flavor and no condiments. Ordered to go and waited almost an hour. Finally went back to the food window to ask about it and they Reached behind them and handed it to me. No telling how long it had been done. Maybe skip the food and just drink.

Was spending the week in Bigfork for a family reunion last week and had rented a pontoon boat for the day. Spent a couple hours on the water before docking to get some drinks and lunch. It was pretty hot this particular day and while waiting for our food I ended up downing two ice cold Modelos. Once we had all our food we got back on the water and chowed down. My cheeseburger with fried egg and fries was pretty good. No complaints from any of the family. A convenient stop for drinks and/or food if you’re out on the water. Would definitely come here again.

We love coming here when we ride our motorcycles around the lake bartenders are awesome. Nice place to sit out on the deck and look out at the lake and have a drink or eat dinner or whatever listen to music. All around nice place

Staff were all so wonderful!! Bartender made great drinks and the fish fillets were fabulous. Beautiful deck area to enjoy the lake and views.

Super fun little local feeling place!! Welcoming and friendly staff. Had bingo going- everyone seemed to know each other and had a lot of fun banter between them. Good food! Kinda wish the dinner meals started earlier (starts at 4, was there around 3- really wanted to try the pasta), but the normal menu was good! Great view out the back looking over the lake. 100% worth the visit and would definitely visit again if Im in the area :)

I love the scenery from the dock, we had their drunken shrimp cocktail and their healthy duck which is like a mediterranean style pastaIt wasnt really bad.

Was out boating for the day and stopped here for lunch. Great building, great food, great view, and great atmosphere! I’ll be going here again if I make it out to flathead lake again. On a side note, I rented the boat from Polson boat rentals in case anyone was wondering. It was a great rental experience, would recommend!

Great place for lakeside views. Friendly staff, generous seating and amazing sunsets. Definitely recommended.

Great view on the lakeside balcony. You order from the corner counter and they bring it out to your table. Limited bar food selection but it came out fast and was tasty. Server was very nice. The bartender seemed fun, too. Limited parking.

Stopped by the Sitting Duck on a winter Saturday afternoon to see the frozen Flathead Lake. The bartender and the locals were friendly, the food was good, and the beer was cold. This is a lakeside joint with a dock on the water. Looking forward to seeing it in the summer!

We had the Rubber Ducky Rootbeer, not for kids. The patio outside was perfect to watch the lake and the clouds. Oh! You get to keep the river ducky!!
