The place was environmental friendly, the only problem was the cleanliness of the amenities. They did not do the standard cleaning of the pool. But if it manage properly it was a good place to go.

Place: 3⭐ sadly di namaintain ng maayos. baka kulang sa staff dahil pandemic at mejo napabayaan. hindi rin nasusunod yung guidelines na nakapost sa entrance. some guests are smoking inside kahit na nakalagay na bawal, hindi rin sinisita ng staff. wala ring makikitang mga signages along the road to direct saan ang resort.Amenities: 2⭐ mejo marumi ang pools at malabo baka dahil sa chemicals na nilalagay. madaling araw nagpapalit ng tubig na inaabot na ng 9am kaya yung ibang gustong magswimming e napipigilan. maraming function rooms ang marumi at hindi open dahil siguro nga kababalik lang from closure due to pandemic. mejo pricey ang foods sa resto pero masarap din naman. i just think mejo sobra lang ang price. yung ibang saradong pools like wave pools walang signage or harang para hindi mapuntahan.Room: 3⭐ for me is a bit pricey. Para sa 4k overnight rate at their hotel, i expected may setup like towels and toiletries at least, a personal ref would have been great. 1 pillow and blanket for each single bed lang. May 1 tissue roll sa cr. Water heater not working, had to call maintenance pa. Towels daw are by-request. Max 2 additional pillows lang pwede irequest. Wala ring sabitan ng towel inside the cr.Staff: 4⭐ except dun sa isang staff na sinubukang buksan room namin kahit mali yung room key na hawak nya. Mabait at madali naman silang kausap. Nakapagrequest ako ng maintenance at extra pillows. Apologetic din when i mentioned my comments. Approachable at magalang naman sila.Sana namaintain yung place, sayang.

Too many mosquitoes at night. Also they didnt even bother to clean the pool even if we will not used it. Too many algae and leaves on the pool. Might be the reason why there are many mosquitoes anyway. The toilet was clogged in our room.

The food and some their facilities were very disappointing.

Ndi maaayus kausap , unfriendly employees , ang dilim dilim ng daanan papunta sa room ndi manlang inopen ang ilaw. Tapos magbbigay sila ng room ndi manlang magiinform na walang kumot na kasama sa deal.

Cool and nice location a homey environment but lacks new attractions especially for d pools .

We went here to go swimming but all of the pools were dirty. Luckily all of our money was refunded. Im not sure why they took our money if they knew all of the pools were closed for cleaning.

Nice enough room, but very pricey.

It was awesome! They have five different pools for adult and children to enjoy. A lot of dinosaur species can be seen around! Barney and Aladar to name a few.Food is delicious.Ambiance is amazing and very relaxing...Staff were good...Amenities...excellent!
