Sisters' Café in Versailles
Description
Privilege
Very nice surprise, comforting "diners" cuisine - from the BLT to the pecan pie - and friendly staff
MoreThis is a lovely place for families and they serve very yummy food. Very accommodating towards little childrens food which was very sweet of them. I would definitely go there again. Very helpful staff and delicious food. Thank u.
MoreWe tried to get in on a Saturday night but it was too busy. We booked the next night and it was great. The burger was juicy, the meat wasn’t packed too tight, you can tell they are homemade. The waiter was great, he helped us figure out the kids food so they would like it too, they loved ever mouthful and we left with takeaway milkshakes. The drinks were just ok, but go here for the food and just order the burgers. Lovely.
MoreGreat menu, great food, great service! And open until later than many of the others near by. Thanks for a good meal.
MoreService with a smile. Loved yesterday about it. We went for dinner. Dietary needs were happily complied with.
MoreBurgers are freshly made, delicious 😋 and generous
Ordered the eggs florentine and pecan pie which were both really tasty.Food arrived quickly and staff were friendly.Only a few vegetarian options on the menu but what was available sounded tasty.
MoreDelicious food, good prices, very close to the palace.Friendly and carinh staff.Everything was fresh and the terrace was delightful.
MoreTop burgers
Tasty American hamburger.
Good food good price really friendly and welcoming personnel
The decore is very Americana with its posters and memorabilia on the walls, the place was packed for Sunday brunch. The food was basic but generous for the brunch menu. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our special dietary modifications. The place is dog friendly and I would recommend booking in advance for the brunch. The coffee was unlimited refil which was a bonus.
MoreClassic diner with US menu and decor. Food is good but not superb. Service very friendly.
MoreVery nice burgers! Tasty, juicy meat and nicely made bun.Portions are generous.Totally enjoyed the place and service.Had even the dessert of the day and was nice as well.
MoreDiscovered this place the other good! Loved the ambiance and vibe of this cafe.. very friendly service..
MoreAmazing burgers! Great beer selection!
I only come here for the burgers, and they are quite good. My two personal favorites would be the Marty McFly and the Indiana Jones. There is a burger of the moment (Ferris Bueller), which rotates regularly. Pet peeve: they dont make fries to go with the burgers, only hashbrowns. I havent tried the desserts or other entrees, so cant comment on them.
MoreSurprised by the glowing reviews, perhaps the burgers are good but the brunch dishes especially the eggs Benedict are terrible. Tepid eggs, tasteless bacon and a hollandaise sauce containing turmeric that was not a hollandaise sauce to be eaten again. Service so so.
MoreGreat burgers, and the home made hash browns are amazing. A must try cafe.

Poor food and overpriced
Classic American restaurant with a good ambience. Highly recommended
Good burger, not expensive and close from the castle
Great atmosphere in this place!
Fantastic restaurant with delicious food and friendly service. It is the perfect place to enjoy a meal after visiting Palace of Versailles. My son talked about this restaurant for about a week after our visit.
Morebest hand-made burger in Versailles.interior is also good.
If you are looking for an excellent hamburger after a visit of the palace and its garden, then go to this address, you appreciate the food and the ambiance. Excellent meat, excellent fries, great decor, great staff. You deserve to stay by here before to walk in La Paroisse Street!
MoreSuch a great diner! I stumbled upon this place about 5 years ago and made sure to come back this time around. They still serve one of the best burgers Ive ever had (The John McLaneand the atmosphere is really cool!Their spicy guacamole and hashbrowns are so good. You also have full view of the kitchen and how they grind their meat. Definitely put this place on your list when youre in Versailles!
MoreCool
Good prices but not the best food quality !
Very average. Good prices for Paris but remains a tourist trap
Quesadilla was good. Club sandwich I did not like it.
American style hamburger, love the menu names. Good food
The hamburger was very good, also the salads is very nice
Delicious food and cozy atmosphere, very good English spoken. Loved our visit. Tres Bien!
MoreAbsolutely awesome service and food... Glad we stopped...we walked from Marie Antoinettes house by way of the LDS temple and we found this place on the way... The hamburgers are all named after American presidents! All about 12 Euro. I would eat there every time we visit Versailles... Make it your dinner stop if youre near by
MoreIts ok but Ive had better
Overpriced as hell. The food is American themed clearly for tourists. It sits right by Versailles. So after walking the palace youre gonna be hungry. Smh 2 stars because the servers were nice.
MoreGreat place to eat just nearby the PalaceQuality food and a good variety of dishesStaff really friendly as well
Morenice bistro to sit outside, food is good and staff very friendly. not too expensive. only inside you smell the kitchen a lot
MoreGreat burgers! Open on Sunday.
Real American coffee! Had an Obama special, so good!
The concept is good but over time the service has gone really bad; food is mediocre and cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.
MoreSub par food with high prices. Burgers were disappointing as was the salad
The best hamburgers in Versailles and Paris.
Service: terrible. Rude even by French standards.Food: greasy with poor quality meat.Price: high. Its geared to the tourist prices. The French reviews are clearly the owner!Cest affreux. Ne mangez pas ici.
MoreDelicious burgers !
Walked in with my wife. Greeted straight away with all tables booked sit at bar. We waited for ten minutes no one approached us. We left to look for somewhere else but decided the food looked good and was full which is usually a good guide. Went back and we saw tables empty but was told all reserved and since you left the space at bar has gone you will have to wait. We waited people left and tables were empty but we got shown the bar and after twenty minutes some one decided to take our order. Whilst everyone who was eating was given bread and water whilst waiting we gone nothing. The cooks looked very busy and we watch how everything was handled with hands which first made burgers and then straight away handled salad and other food. Whilst cooking the chef decided to sit on the work surface whilst food was cooking. We got our burgers in which no offer of condiments or sauce were offered. Whilst my wife ate her burger the waiter decided to lean over her and grab water for customers. After eating our burgers we asked for bill as we felt so un comfortable and un welcomed. Just to note people left which left empty tables but none were offered to us at anytime. He rude waiter pretty much threw the bill down and when read it turned out to be wrong, so i asked him for our bill which came wrong by about 10euros. After informing them they got a calculator out to add up and again used it to work out change. So if you want rude service and chefs which handle raw meat and then to make salads and touch other meats like chicken then i recommend this restaurant. If you want to enjoy a nice meal with great atmosphere then DO NOT Choose this restaurant unless it seems you are local or french.
MoreWhile the atmosphere/decor/service are nothing super special (even though they are still alright), the food si *really* good and they also have vegetarian options for the non meat eaters.
MoreStopped here while visiting Versailles for the day as it was outside the palace walls and had good reviews. The place was half empty, but was told they were full. As I walked out, someone else was seated. I was not ill dressed nor could think of any reason to be turned away. Very rude.
