Buzzy hangout for thin-crust pies, pastas & subs in an informal setting with a patio & bocce court.
Siracusa's New York Pizzeria in Mableton
Description
Privilege
good local pizza joint. good pizza, service can be variable, pub/bar atmosphere. small bar, some booths, a few tables, outdoor patio in good weather.
MoreGreat food but which they had more vegan options. Please add vegan cheese to menu!
More1st timer. Greek pizza was just gross! Feta cheese?...I dont think so. More like cubed mozzarella or something. Tiny green olives + lots of pickled banana peppers does NOT make a Greek pizza. Only the crust was good (it was). Also ordered Tiramisu but they gave me a cannoli instead...filled w/cake icing. Ugh! Seriously, not worth a return visit. Wish I had ordered from DaVinci instead. 3 stars instead of 2 because its better than chain pizza, but all these 5 star reviewers must have never had good pizza before.
MoreAlthough I liked the pizza, I wish it was a bit more toasty! I had never seen garlic cloves like that on a pizza but I love garlic so I didnt mind!
MoreGreat food and a relaxed sports bar atmosphere. This is my go-to for pizza and wings.
MoreFriendly staff. Delicious salads. Pizza reminds me of what I used to get in West Chester County NY. MAGINIFICO!!!
MoreTried this place yesterday for the first time . Pizza was great! Ordered online , came in and picked it up with no issues or wait . Would definitely recommend this place . 10 out of 10
MoreWonderful pizza and wonderful owner! Everything you want out of a local pizza spot.
MoreAbsolutely the worst phone customer service. I called to place a pick up order and I was put on hold...for over five long minutes and no one returned to take my order.Well thats one way to lose customers
MoreWe got delivery. Eggplant parm pizza was tasty as always. Wings were full of feathers, and they left off the carrots and ranch that I ordered.
MoreGreat pizza and great service. I go for their lunch specials, 2 slices and a drink, plus Ill add a ceasar salad, this is a great meal.
MoreI really like this place. I mostly order the lemon pepper wings, they are really good. The staff is friendly as well.
MoreI came here on accident, I was getting my lashes done next door. They told me no slices after 3pm but I could do a personal pan, that was the best thing bc that slice wouldnt have been enough. I WANTED MORE. Im from NY. I needed this pizza in my life after years of being in the south. LOL. so flavorful and juicy. Lord have mercy. I will drive an 1hr for this pizza
MoreThe first good pizza I’ve had in this area! I was really impressed with the quality of the pizza and the lemon pepper wings we ordered. We will definitely be coming back.
MorePizza crust was the best, garlic knots and sauce was delicious. Would love to show pictures but ate it too quick.
MoreGreat service. Great food. Great value. We had a blast.
Great pizza. Great service. The price was very reasonable. They even made substitutions for my salad with no extra charge. I have found my new go to pizza place.
MoreThe overall service and food were good. They could season things a little more though. The pizza was closer to what I’m used to being from Boston
MorePizza is great! Wings are great! Ranch could be better if homemade, but overall this place is awesome.
MoreThis is our post match watering hole. Great pizza and wings.
This place is awesome. My girlfriend and I eat here pretty regularly. The food is great. Staff is awesome. Super nice vibe. Fun place to go during football & basketball season
MoreThe pizza was the food of the Gods. Fresh, hot, not too greasy but foldable. Excellent food. Ill be going back because damn....it was delicious. The ingredients were fresh and flavorable, not generic. The service was excellent. Happy to participate in the legend.
MoreUpdated: review. Siracusa (and long ago fortunatoshas been our go to for 15 years in Smyrna. It’s had some ups, some BIG downs, but this picture is with a 1,000 stars. We always get the Margarita with sausage but this past week it was the best one we’ve ever had. Fantastic wings too. Keep up the great work!
MoreHad the privilege of dining here for the first time 2-3 years ago. Been trying to find out again every since. Moving to Michigan this weekend; so I was uber elated when it snuck up on me.
MoreFeel like Im breaking the rules leaving a review. This is a locals kind of spot with the same familiar faces every time you go.kinda wanna keep this hidden gem hidden. The food is great and the owner and employees are all wonderful people that give great service. Thats why they have such a loyal customer base. My wife is from NJ and this is the only place she eats pizza from around here. We go once to twice a week at a minimum. Id give more than 5 stars if I could. Check em out for lunch and you can get pizza by the slice just like up north. Who else does that down here??? This place is legit.
MoreDissatisfied New Yorker. The toasted sausage sub, the sausages was skimpy and cut thinner than paper. The pasta salad should be called tomato salad. I received a bowl of tomatoes and a spoonful of pasta.
MoreI love everything about this place. Especially the people behind it. They’ll treat you like gold. The staff gave myself and my daughter a cannoli on the house while we waited for our pizza. On top of that they matched me w Nacho Libre quotes. That alone deserve 5 stars.Hey, the pizza is delicious as well. Go here if you’re nearby.
MoreI ordered delivery for my family and it did not disappoint: house salad, calzone, kids pasta and meatball, wings, medium pizza. All items were cooked as requested. My salad was forgotten, and a driver brought one out to me to complete the order. Their salads are always fresh. We will order deliver again. No photos because we ate it all.
MoreI ordered a pepperoni pizza, but they made a pepperoni and mushroom pizza instead. I did not get the young lady s name, but she offered to remake my order. Instead I just took the one they made, cause I was in a rush. The pizza was good and there was a nice atmosphere while I waited, so 4 stars it is.
MoreWorst spaghetti and meatballs I’ve had in my life. We ordered spaghetti with extra meat sauce add meatballs. This was my first time here. Just tasted it and at first bite, I had to spit the meatball out. No seasoning what whatsoever, and the meat tastes processed. The noodles were dry and the sauce was absolutely flavorless. I tried 3 bites then gave up and threw my whole plate away. Will not be back.
MoreThe pizza here is the bomb! Fresh ingredients and less marinara sauce make it a great pizza, with awesome dough. I tasted their marinara sauce and it was a bit too strong for me. This leads me to believe that the lasagna and spaghetti would not be to my liking. My wife had the Stromboli with meat and spinach and it was excellent too.
MoreThe chicken tenders and calamari were fried in very old oil therfore tasted awful, but the pizza is okay. The white pizza is a bit underwhelming, the chicken alfredo pizza is salty, but the basic pepperoni is very good. I would only recommend the pizzas.
MoreIve always gotten delivery from Siracusas and loved it. This was the first time in the restaurant. Pizza is just as delicious, simple sausage and mushrooms are my go-to. Waitress was attentive also. Keep it up guys.
MoreJust moved to Georgia! I’ve been here less than 2 months. Passed this pizza location as I was driving, googled for reviews and decided to stop in. One of the best decisions I made today…lol! The pizza was phenomenal and the customer service fantastic! I will definitely be coming back again and again! 🍕 😀
MoreMy husband took my three year old to work today and wanted to take him out for a special lunch at nearby Siracusas Pizza. I met them at the restaurant and when we tried to order a few slices of pizza, we were informed by the waitress that they were out of slices. What kind of pizza place runs out of pizza? Or did you just not want to cook some individual slices that you advertise selling for lunch? My three year old was devastated. Ive given them several chances to correct their poor service and health and safety ratings but after today, I dont think Ill be returning.
MoreStaff was so awesome and so nice. The owner was nice. The salad was good. The wings were awesome. The patrons of the restaurant were even nice. But the pizza was just bad I wanted to love it because they were all so awesome. But it was so soggy and greasy it was really hard to even eat. Its the first time ever Ive really had to throw away a pie. The slice was so soggy it just fell apart with soggy grease there was grease coming through the box. Id say try the wings have a salad and a drink but the pizza Id avoid. Thanks again sorry I had to leave a harsher review for the pizza.
MoreGreat local pizza pub! The selection of pies is great as well as the wing selection. They have huge wings as well. Go and enjoy a cold one on the patio or out by the bocce ball court! It is a great place to order out as well and have a cold one at the bar while you wait.
MoreI used to LOVE Siracusas. Unfortunately, the quality of the pizza has severely declined over the past few months/years. The pizza sauce is far too salty, the cheese is gummy, and the crust manages to taste both overdone and underdone at the same time. Such a disappointment since I used to love this pizza place a lot. But lately it tastes like lunchroom pizza.
MoreIf I could give this place 10 stars I would. I just happened to see the sign and give this place a try for gluten free pizza, instead I had the wings. And oh my were they on point! They were well seasoned, with the right amount of crunch and moisture. The best lemon pepper wings Ive had in years! I was told that they have .50 wings Wednesday. Ill be back for sure. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
MoreThis is our favorite pizza spot. Always thin crust, crispy, the best ingredients. So we had family over for Thanksgiving and I played up Siracusa’s as the best pizza in Atlanta. But on this Friday night it was horrible. I don’t understand how you can under cook and serve a sloppy mess with the crust stuck to the box. I mean a true NE thin crust has to be crisp and able to be folded but it was floppy, mushy and waste of money. Maybe a new cook? Can’t serve up this kind of pie.
MoreUmmmm… I believe in excellence. So keep that in mind as you read this review. I’ve ordered takeout from here three times in six weeks. A few years ago My family came here every other month or so to dine in and we enjoyed their New York style pizza and oftentimes the spinach salad. But the past three visits were subpar. New cooks, maybe? The fried zucchini made us all queasy (old grease, perhaps?), had fried chicken feathers in it, and it had no flavor (neither did the side of sauce - it tasted like plain crushed tomatoes out of the can). Why are the pizzas shaped like ovals or lopsided circles AND why do I have to consistently used my own pizza cutter to properly slice? Third time is a charm. We will go elsewhere.
MoreMe and my family ordered delivery for the 1st time here, and it was HORRIBLE! I don’t usually waste my time leaving reviews. But this one deserves it. Both pizzas were cold, super thin, and dry! The pepperoni they use is Salty. If you do not like big uncut toppings thrown on your pizza, don’t order here! If I could send a picture of how the pizza looks days later I would.... I once said you can never go wrong with pizza. This place has changed my mind 🤢
MoreOrdered out for dinner and wanted to try somewhere new. Location wasnt bad just hard to get into parking wise (since that strip of shops were so busy). Pizza was good - crust was cooked well, crispy yet doughy; seasoning was good, cheese had the right amount of grease on it: there could have been more sauce though. Garlic knots were cooked well but again could have had more garlic sauce on it. Owner was nice! I would try this place again!
MoreOur favorite local pizza place! You see a lot of the same locals over and over. Great NY style pizza. Fantastic crust quality with just the right amount of crunch near the outside and foldable goodness closer to the center! Its a small restaurant and the service can get a bit slow when they are busy, but they wouldnt be busy if the food wasnt good, so I can live with it.
MoreI did a door dash delivery pick up at this location and my car smelled so good I had to come back and place an order. I ordered the large meat lovers and wings. The slices are huge and the pizza was one of the best Ive had in GA. Wings are big as well and cooked to perfection crispy and juicy. Thank you for this experience.
MoreFirst, the location is great. It was such a neat little shopping area/apartment complex. It was 7 pm on a Saturday night and with a cranky toddler we just knew we were going to have to wait, but instead we were seated immediately. Every single staff member was so friendly and courteous. They spoke to whomever they made eye contact with. Our waitress (wish I had her name, but she was a petite short blondewas great too. We ordered a half Greek and half white with chicken and our kids split a kids pepperoni. Husband got wings as well. We thought it was neat that they brought a small piece of dough for the kids to play with while they waited and it kept them entertained the whole time. The pizza was perfection and we are every bit of it. I was concerned about ordering a personal size at only $12 because at Mellow that equates to a kids pizza. But here, two people at the personal size with no problem. Bonus was that the kids meal was only $4.99 and included their drinks and ice cream.I’m actually sad there is not one of these near us in Mobile, Alabama because that white pizza with ricotta was straight out of heaven! Would definitely tell people to try this place if they are making a visit!
MoreFood was great! REAL NEW YORK PIZZA! Paid $7 for 5 tiny mozzarella sticks as a appetizer though. :^( pictures show tons of toppings but they were kind of stingy with the toppings when we were there. We would have loved to have a refill on our drinks but no one ever ask us. Overall the food was great but a little room for improvement.
MoreWe stopped in following a three hour ride on the silver commit for some much needed calories. I ate the meat lasagna which was flavorful and a huge portion for the price. The menu also includes a variety of pizzas, paninis, pastas and salads which based on the table were all equally large.Seating is somewhat limited, but they have a great patio (where we satwith umbrellas and fans. Inside smells like one of the pizza joints from my childhood with fresh backed dough permeating everything.Prices were reasonable for the area, quality, and quantity at $10-14ish per plate.
MoreWe had two of their Specialties Pizza. One the meat lovers and one the Cuse. Those pizzas were very good their cross was fairly crispy not the best Ive ever had but definitely not the worst. Very flavorful sauce and great toppings. However the wait was horrendous. It was a good 45 minutes from the time we ordered until the food actually arrived. The restaurant itself is pretty small and cramped not a lot of available seating. Overall it was a decent meal that was worth the money that we paid for it
MoreSome of the best pizza in Smryna, especially if you like thin NY style pizza. Awesome little bocce ball court as well. Love the local vibe and had a blast this past summer(2016playing in the bocce league. HIGHLY recommend.
