The place with great proximity, very accessible, and convenient. Just a few steps from the beach. But everything else are just average.Accessibility and convenience wise, then this is the place for you.

Need to improved on service

The rate is expensive with 2 queen size bed but provided 1 soap, no shampoo, no bottled compliment water, no floor rugs and most of all no toothbrush and toothpaste. Having this kind of rate will give us a wonderful vacation unfortunately we felt disappointment. Any how, we were 4 and we shared 1 soap.

Rooms were big. On separate occasions had availed of the family room (13 adults, some in cushions), a double room (4 adults + 1 kid in 2 double bedsand their dorm room for 3 (common cr outside).As to the location, its beside the city market and at the waterfront. Bus terminal is also just across the street. Its about an hour from the resorts.

TV is not working. Pool has molds/mud.

0 stars.I cannot stress this enough: AVOID!!! Not because of the staff, all were so lovely and helpful. But the owner is truly terrible and the state of the hotel reflects that. Prices on the website are not accurate. Much more expensive now and not worth it. Rooms are horrible. Pool looked dirty. The beach BBQ has terrible music acts playing that can be heard all the way down the beach.Night 1 - Arrival all good. Really friendly lady checked me in and a helpful guy showed me to my room (annex 7). Small and on the road. Bathroom was soaking wet and tiny. Toilet seat looked like it had ingrained mould. Whatever, Ive stayed in worse when I was younger. However, I returned in the evening to see cockroaches crawling across my bed. I complained to the same lady and guy. He suggested bug spray... For my bed... Where I sleep. I was shown to another room which looked cleaner. But no WiFi. So I stayed for the night instead of moving.Night 2 - no roaches when I returned this time. But the air con started leaking. The dripping wouldnt let me sleep. Turned it off and fell asleep only to be woken at 2am with a cockroach crawling over my head. Went to security to call staff. Same pair as previous day saw to me. They tried to put me in the next door room. But the cockroaches were coming out of the walls and floorboards. So I said no as it would have the same issue. They said theyd put me in a room in the "new" building but would charge me more. I absolutely said no. If anything I should receive a refund for dirty room I was put in. I was moved to room S7 in the new building with no charge.Day 3 - woke up to people walking on my room balcony. Realised there is no block and anyone from the hallway can walk around. I checked the sliding door and it wouldnt lock. There was a big gap due to poor build quality. Complained again. Three different people tried to fix it. All failed. The door was installed badly. Asked to be moved again. S8 had a closed off balcony but same issue with the sliding door not locking. Got shown S9. Okay with it. Again they wanted to charge more. And so the argument began.THE OWNER is a coward. He would not talk directly but kept sending his poor staff to send his messages. The girls at the desk looked worried. All saying he was okay even though they looked scared.As I said, the desk staff have all been so lovely and helpful. But the owner of this hotel does everything on the cheap and leaves his staff to deal with it. They deserve so much better. The owner of the hotel should not be in hospitality if he has no interest in his guests.

Jamont hotel is just place at the center of Sipalay. However, their rooms are very small. Ther is no vanity and dental kit available.

Rooms are old and dirty, with lots of deferred maintenance, particularly the bathrooms where the plumbing doesnt work properly.A new addition has been added with more rooms. I can only hope they maintain them properly.

Nice hotel front beach... my experience they dont provide kettle for use heating water ... you must pay every time you ask hot water...the staff very accomodating..

The ambience is ok but the food is not that good.

We had our lunch their restaurant and the food is fresh, tasty and reasonably priced.

Suppose to have fun but becomes stressful because: 1. Supposedly their check in time is 2pm but we were able to checkin @3:30pm because the rooms was not clean yet2. Upon checkin we found out that the door knob was not working3. There is no toiletress4. The hotel is outdated.We have lots of time their wasted because of the late check in and the broken door knob. Plus their restaurant is little bit expensive not worthy of the quality of thier service and food.

Positive,Perfect Location, Pool, and Restaurant on the Beach.Negative,Couples Room super small, no refrigerator, very strict room rules no food or drinks. Seemed to be slightly over priced compared to other places. Still a 4 star because over all experience was good 👍

Pretty awful.Reception was crowded with workers lining up to get their salary and soft drinks and bread bonus. Reception was inattentive and difficult to engage.We were showed verandah rooms at > 3000 per night. I booked online @ 2300. At reception in bisaya the older ( owner? told staff to send us to the old wing when she saw we paid less online. Sour grapes.Old wing smells bad. Stale and dank. On inspection shower didnt work. Not looking good. I read the riot act. Showed that the room online was the balcony room. Insisted this is unacceptable. We were " upgraded" to the room we paid for already. Bad attitude like you should be grateful. The reception girl muttered in bisaya to my girlfriend to ask me to pay another 750 pesos.Appalling. The good room....The plastic fake wood floor was sagging in places. No phone in the room to call room service. Yes theyre right you have walk downstairs and find someone.Bathroom was small and really needs a good scrub. Filthy stained shower head.TVs have had no reception since the typhoon two months ago. Unbelievable excuse were waiting on a technician. I remarked anyone can fix a few broken coaxial cables. Its very basic. Any electrician can do it.Way overstaffed so mostly theyre standing around doing nothing. A few speak English.Power points were hidden behind the beds. Had to move them to get access.Its Waaaay overpriced for a mediocre hotel. Looks okay from the outside.

Service was excellent and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The security of the hotel was superb too. We really enjoyed our weekend getaway ❤️

Convenient.Beach front.Beautiful place to stay while in Sipalay City proper.Has a grocery store and a restaurant.With clean pool.

1. Check in lady said over the phone no need for reservation, and there are no requirements, but upon arriving at checkpoint, I was detained for 1 hour while waiting for her to send a reservation that we could show to the checkpoint guard.2. At breakfast, I had to summon someone to come to my table to serve me me even after I had seated myself for 10 minutes.3. Ordered coffee with warm fresh milk. The girl brought me powdered cream. She tried to charge me for fresh milk for my coffee. I told her I would not pay. My room is 5k pesos per night, and she wants to charge me for fresh milk in my coffee. She changed her mind quickly about that.4. It is very evident that the ownership has not spent money during this down period to make even the 5k per night rooms more accommodating. Holes in my ceiling, the refrigerator does not work.5. Im disappointed because prior to this pandemic, the service and the rooms were much better. Im not sure if I will return. I was going to stay 2 nights, but I decided to stay only 1 night because of the lackluster service.6. I ordered bottled water. It tasted like old stocks; but I dont fault them for this. I think the pandemic has resulted in many stocks sitting in warehouses overheating because of decrease in demand. Many establishments are reluctant to discard old stocks.7. One brighter note. My American breakfast was good, and the price was reasonable. 1pancake, scrambled egg whites with tomato pieces, sausage, and coffee (it took 4 tries to get the coffee right, but their coffee is good and strong the way I like it.

Great for family outings, its close to the white sand beach and near good places to eat sea food! Prices are manageable and staff are polite.

Staying in this “Hotel” on and off for the last two years matters have become considerable worse.New building/ rooms show extrem sluppy workmanship. Zero closet space and othersOld building rooms hitting the jackpot with two roaches in the bathroom and multiple mosquitos in the room during our recent stay.Restaurant has become from bad to worse.Cooks most likely underpaid come and go resulting in food of lowest quality.All overpriced . Stay away, urgend need for a well run hotel/restaurant in Sipalay.It has a beautiful 🏖 beach.

Only place in town beware, she cancels bookings on arrival and sells you up. Staff are frightened of madam. She is unlike real philippineos however the linen is good as is location. Best eat down the beach. Much better. Cant use electricity. Not nice.Beware of reviews from local guides.

Small room, with AC, bed and bathroom. But very bad smell of mold, and mold visible. (Wanted to change room, other room the same.)A cockroach ran under my bed....Could have been a OK stay if not the mold and cockroach.

Great place to stay in Sipalay that is in beach front, activites such as scuba diving is available here &etc. The place is kinda open for public but it is fully secured 24/7. The only problem i have there is the wifi connection but overall stay is excellent.🏝💓

Under construction should up late and they did accommodate us. Pool was a little dirty and not to my standard. Breakfast area was nice to eat and look out onto the beach. Located next to all you need in sipalay. For convince and price this is a good place. Enjoyed the night life and food and drinks down the street about 75 yards away. Out front to the left is tricycle drivers that can take you around for 4usd. Or rent them for the day for 1000peso. Security had 3 to 5 armed guards on staff 24/7. Food was okay not great.

The place is good but they have terrible customer service. They did not provide the room that was reserved. We waited for an hour to check in.

The room is so clean the staffs are friendly and approachable, the food is really good ,above all I love halo halo it is a must try, the whole place is cozy good for family weekend and scape from busy city life, the bus station is just in front of the hotel oh before I forgot the swimming pool is a child friendly only 5.5 the deepest, the scenery is really breath taking during sunset all in all 100 percent perfect for vacation place. Try it.

Terrible service. I can understand the harassed employees to attend to the many clients on a holy week-end. If they know there are a lot of clients, they should have hired extra hands.The food and room service are terrible. Had to wait almost an hour for a poached egg and danggit breakfast, and the dried fish was tough, the beef tapa was also very tough. The food is cooked for lunch and served until dinner. They also do not give senior citizen discounts on food. In our room there is no remote for the aircon. We had to wait another hour or so to have the aircon turned on. They promised to leave a remote for our use but not kept at all so we could not regulate the temperature in the room. Over-all poor rating!

Polite staff. Very good water pressure at ground level. With pool available. WiFi is almost unusable. You need to have a mosquito repellent handy.

The place is in good location. Near the beach, the market and the bus stop.The bedsheets are not clean, the cr stinks because there is no exhaust fan nor a window and the hot shower is defective (i waited for the hot water then when I enjoyed for it a few minutes, the water automatically changed to cold again).

Great accommodation provided by the people working here. Very relaxing place where we can either swim at the pool within the hotels premises or you can go to Sipalay beach which is a 2-minute walk only.. the only thing I noticed is that theres no trash can provided. 😁

The place is quite old but comfy. It is located near the ceres terminal and the public beach. Its nice to enjoy the sunset at the beach. However the cellphone signal is very poor there. The wifi connection is also terrible.

A very nice place to stay in Sipalay if you want to be near the city proper,great restaurant in the hotel and Sipalay food park is very near they have convenient store but closes at 7pm but 7 eleven is just a walk away, swimming pool opens at 10 am.great for Families since they have big rooms,I had tried they glass bottom boat it was expensive but I had to try it to experience it,and it was exciting at first but it gets boring, we did not jump out of the water for snorkeling because the captain did not stop for it,so I’ve preferred pump boat which is more that half the price lesser and because snorkeling at the fish sanctuary is a must in Sipalay bring your waterproof camera.

Though its accessible in beach and the Market the Hotel was so pricy but they dont have toiletries available in the room,the service of the staffs are so disapointing.When my companion arrived in the hotel the staff didnt bother to help with their belongings to put it in the room,the rooms was not clean when they say to clean it they just answered tomorrow sir we will clean so you just let us sleep in a dirty room?they keep on imposing a lot af payment.yet they cant do their job properly.I cant recomend this to others if this is there attitude towards guests.And I will never go back here anymore i this hotel.so disapointed with them and their service.ni walang sabon,tsaka tissue sa cr.tapos walang tubig sa room na pweding inumin.they shouldnt call it a hotel they should change it to apartelle.Also the internet connection was very very very poor.hinay hinay pagid sya ya sa BAO promise.Damo damo pagid lamok kag langaw.ang mga crew nila daw haloson pagid mag greet sa imo.ma greet man tuod sila kahinay hinah man sang tingog nila.

The best resort and restaurant in Sipalay proper, with relatively higher prices, and an elegance with beach view. Other venues tend to be cheaper with a more Filipino character, and out of town are some much better value resorts..... Its probably the best place to book your first 2 nights, and take time to check out a few alternative options if you want to stay a while.... See which resort suits your style. My personal favorite is Bugano, half hour south.

Good accommodation, and very accesible to beach, the sipalay wet market, restaurant and Sipalay Food Park.Good food and a bit expensive but expect it since its a hotel. Minimal menu options but could be expanded and for me they had bad brewed coffee :(Room was wide, comfy and simple which I like, though they could do a bit more effort in helping guest keeping the room tidy especially most guest come in and out of the hallway and room wet from the pool and beach. Beach sand is everywhere on the floorOver all its a good experience since the hotels location gave us great access to the great spots in Sipalay City

Great location. but place need renovation. the room smells bad when we checked in. The staff didnt entertain us if i didnt get their attention.

Its a modern family -friend/s hotel. Good selections of Filipino food and drinks in the menu. The staff are nice and very welcoming. It was a non-peak season during our visit, thus, few people in the hotel and the surrounding areas.

We love our stay here despite the poor internet connection. Its actually a good side so u can enjoy the beauty of Sipalay.We will surely go back.

Staffs are very friendly and hospitable. They always smile which gives a nice vibe. Rooms are so spacious that can accomodate 10pax I guess for a room thats good fo two. 👌

It was very dirty in the bathroom and the pool was not clean. We were 3 Persons and we get one piece of soap. We forgot our Shampo and bodyshower gel in the Hotel we was before. By asking they tell us that they let 3....i m still looking for them.... That was it. The food was very bad and expensive. 3/4 of the menu was not availible, so we had to eat what they like. We arrived late, so we not have a choise .We send food back and we had to pay the half. The bed was very hard (only 10 cm Matress). In all the Room only one sacket for youse. Not one in the Bathroom or in the mirror or by the bed. NEVER AGAIN. Not even for php 100.

Its probably the best accommodation currently available within the city proper. Conveniently located along the towns public beach, the hotel also enjoys a short walking access to the public market and an abundance of the freshest catch of the day. The hotel kitchen staff offers food preparation for guests market buys.While the hotel promises to offer better facilities and services, I found their rooms to be spacious, comfortable and clean.

It is a decent hotel, kind of a higher end attempt, but for the Philippines it is very good. The rooms are clean, not too too small. Its located right in the town center. There is no view or anything else so that1500 pesos/night its just the price for a bit of extra luxury.

Worst hotel ever,very expensive compare others...we spen 1300p to stay in a room without private CR..the room r too much simple...nothing else in the room except a tv...and the TV is so poor quality..the internet is only download 0.2mb. so slow...its like nothing ....and the staff spend two hours to fix our aircon before we get inside the room...i know we have no too much choice of hotel in Sipalay...

My family and I stayed here for a night just to relax and unwind.I love this place,the price is affordable..the staff are friendly,from the front desk,to waiters,to security guard..every body there are very accommodating..,clean room and place.The food is really good and the waiter whos helping us is very polite and friendly. So,were definitely going back.. 5 stars..

We came in a big group and got the suite room with the view of the beach. It was super worth it! They also have a huge swimming pool which glows in different colors at night.
