Sip N Dip Donuts in East Providence

Terrible. Went there and they had nothing available and the lady at the counter was extremely rude. Asked her one question about what they had and it was like the world ended. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I used to love sip n dip growing up in Bristol but this EP location is horrible. I’ve been going consistently for months and my order is wrong almost every time.. whether it be the wrong flavor coffee or no sugar. But yesterday was the worst coffee was the wrong flavor my bagel was BLACK not well toasted but black and there wasn’t anything on it no cream cheese like I asked and even no butter which I receive half the time instead of the cream cheese I ask for. I don’t know how this company is still allowing employees to work here if they consistently make poor quality items. Also once I received a bagel with no cream cheese but instead butter with little pieces of pork (which I don’t eat at allmixed in so they clearly do not clean knives before using on different food items. Even got a moldy donut once. I’ve been wronged for the last time.

Sadly, their level of quality has diminished recently. Im not saying that I find their products to be terrible, rather it is currently not as good as they were when they first opened. I feel that they are average quality now. Hoping that they will rebound in the near future.

Counter person at drive thru wasnt very nice. Repeated my order 3 times, I still received the wrong flavored coffee. Nothing else added just 3 Splenda and cream. My daughters was great though!

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on bagel. Iced latte with cream and sugar. The order came out as egg on bagel with iced down milk did not taste like a latte.The weekend after that.... I ordered a med iced coffee and ended up with a hot chocolate. Twice order was messed up.Im going elsewhere thanks for letting me know you can not do orders correctly. Maybe trying to write it down to help you. Have a great day!

First visit here today. French cruller was good but the Boston creme donut we got had no creme in it. Very disappointing.

Sip N Dip never disappoints. I ordered the Hawaiian Iced Coffee yesterday and it was delicious. I also ordered three donuts with jimmies (or sprinkles on top. I asked the server for three different donuts with different toppings. I brought them home one for my wife, my daughter and myself. Oh my gosh they were fantastic! My daughter was shocked when she saw that my donut had pink frosting on one side and jimmies on the other. Very jealous.

I am sure they think its cute not to post any kind of menu in the drive thru but, I dont need to sit there sweating what Im going to order and how much its going to cost. Is it a nod to the townies, to make them feel "in the know," or what?also Lucy needs to start writing the orders down, she gets them wrong over half the time.

Great service, and the best coffee in town. Try the chourico, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich.

Usually love Sip n Dip, but not today or the previous 2 visits. My coffee tasted like a bottle of liquid sugar and I did not ask for extra extra and the sandwiches that I ordered were cold and sloppy. This company lost my business.

Worst place to work!! And there muffins are not fresh everyday. They stick them inside garbage bags along with the donuts just to serve them the next day.

Staff are like family. Love their fresh brewed flavored coffees like banana or pistachio. Plain jelly stick was fresh and the best Ive had.

Good donuts, not overpriced either. The French crueller with chocolate is done perfectly.

Best people making coffees and sandwiches. They actually care about making you a excellent cup of coffee! Love it! It’s the only one I go to and I live in Exeter but any chance I get I go there.

So amazing service! Great food! Crazy good coffee! But downside is found plastic in my sandwich..... but the level of friendliness and service almost made me okay with the fact that I could have choked to death .

Hours show as open until 8pm so I drove down but the door was being locked at 7. May want to correct the hours online. Inconvenient to have driven down for nothing.

I really dont know why there arent more Sip N Dips around. Their Iced Almond Biscotti Coffee is my FAVE. You gotta try it.. And you know what? Out of all the times Ive gone there, I think I only had them fix my coffee once. Thats rare!

Went as they opened at 6 the girl at the window was very nice and apologized for not having all the items on the menu as they just opened... But the sandwich I had was good and very inexpensive....

Three words, Bavarian Cream Donuts. Theyve been my favorite kind of donut since I was a kid and I stumbled upon them at Sip N Dip. Theyre the only place Ive fond in RI that has them. All their pastries are great and so is their coffee. We havent tried their breakfast sandwiches yet but we will!

Ice Coffee is the Best (be careful their cream is Bad ALOT of times)Asiago is good.....they just always run out 😢

Best coffee shop. Hands down. They make breakfast sandwiches on house made bolos (Portuguese english muffins), their coffee has great flavor. Never burnt or old tasting. The donuts are light and fluffy not greasebags. The help is always friendly and helpful. Sip N Dip needs to expand!

Friendliest and most delicious morning treats. The only people I am ready to face before my coffee are the early morning Sip N Dip staff.

This little coffee shop was a blessing to my old neighborhood. What a difference from the choice across the street! I went almost every day when I lived close by and the girls got so good at the drive up that I wouldnt even need to order, they had already recognized my car. Now if thats not going above and beyond, I dont know what would be!Their coffee is pretty tasty, but its not the best in town. It is however made with consistency. You can have any of their flavored coffees into a crazy mocha. One of my favorite combos was iced cinnamon hazelnut crazy mocha. Yum!! Their egg sandwiches are delicious and they have local Portuguese meats like cacoila and chourico and St. Georges cheese. All reasonably priced. If you shop at Stop and Shop down the street, check for Sip and Dip Coupons! And their donuts are fabulous!There is ample seating and a bathroom inside. Many locals hang out at the tables inside and out for hours. If this makes you feel uncomfortable go to the drive up, its better than the other choice nearby! Ive been to their other locations and the service and quality is the same (Bristol & East Providence).

So many flavors. And the coffee is definitely better quality than DD. Be sure to try the muffins too. Amazing.
