Sip Cafe Yarmouth in Yarmouth

I was working and in a bit of a hurry, but, the coffee is always good!

We had lunch here. The whole ordering setup seemed confusing when you have a line up behind you. By the time you get close enough to read the large menu its your turn to order with people waiting behind you. We both ordered the chicken & gouda sandwich, the pumpkin chocolate chip muffin and a bottle of water. Cost us $34, which I thought was ridiculous. The sandwich was pathetic. There was no lettuce or tomato. It was just dry bread that they barely toasted, wasnt even buttered on the outside to make it a little yummier. It consisted of some processed deli meat and a slice of gouda that wasnt even melted. Im not sure what the sauce was if it was mayo or something else? I only ate half because I was disgusted with it and the rest of the $10 sandwich went in the garbage because thats where it belonged! It makes me angry that they think that sandwich (and probably other sandwicheswas actually worth selling. The pumpkin chocolate chip muffin was ok. If were ever in the area again, we will not be going back.

This is a great cafe for the Yarmouth area. Its very cozy, the baristas are friendly, and the food and drinks dont disappoint.

Love the atmosphere. Coffee is smooth and good flavour. Lots and lots of choices. The food was delicious

Served half full lattes and stopped serving food/gelato 30 minutes before closing...maybe you should just close when you stop serving food...because you are closed!!!

Terrible coffee,tastes like a hobos sock

The staff was very friendly, although they forgot my coffee. No big deal. The Americano was pretty weak. The breakfast panini was disappointing, it was bland. It didnt seem like there was any mayo or sauce of any kind. Id like to go back again because of the nice atmosphere. But overall I was disappointed. Maybe next time.

Visiting Yarmouth and tried Sip Cafe today. A great spot for an excellent cup of coffee. Staff are fast and friendly.

I dont think I could have received better coffee, food or service. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is great and the prices are good.

My husband walked to this cafe from our hotel to get coffee. He was won over by the menu and decided to try out 2 different sandwiches for our lunch. They were hot and delicious even with the walk back to our hotel. I had the curry chicken wrap and he had the turkey and brie sandwich. I would recommend this coffee shop to anyone stopping in Yarmouth for lunch.

Decent coffee. Awful service, and awful, terrible breakfast sandwiches and wraps. Mosquitos everywhere.Place looks good though.

Great place for a nice coffee and sandwiches! I was impressed instantly with the design of the coffee cups, with the heat guard built right onto the cup. Very client smart. 😉Would definitely recommend!

Coffee is good. Service was friendly but the breakfast sandwiches were pre-made (good ingredientsbut were nuked to heat them up. Too far away by the time we dug in to find out they were cold.

The selection of teas available at Sip Cafe is incredible. The menu was extensive and reasonably priced. There was a nice ambiance to the place where patrons can hang out, grab a bite to eat, or work on their laptops.

Good coffee but limited menu for vegetarians ( like 6 different breakfast wraps and sandwiches, all premade with meat). Easy fix but its been this way for years.

Had a delicious oat cake and coffee. Sunday after church was very busy which is great to see. There are better options than the big chains... Support local!

Sip cafe is awesome! I love the selection of drinks available. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed. Perfect for a quick drink or a bit of work on a laptop.

A wide variety of coffees and teas, and lots of specialty drinks. A few good choices of sandwiches or wraps. Plenty of muffins, cookies and other pastries and gelato!All around great atmosphere.

Service is hit and miss in there. Prices are good for a good quality cafe, but sometimes inconsistent. I sometimes get a discount for not using a paper cup, sometimes they forget. But it beats Tim Hortons any day.

Nice decor to go along with a good selection of hot and cold drinks. Ive never been disappointed with anything Ive had here. I tried the curry chicken panini today and it was delicious.

Didnt enjoy the hotel coffee, so I walked a short distance and got myself Sips americano. Delicious!Also try the apple pie. Its not often that I ask for a breakfast sausage panini and a slice of pie. No regrets.Its a pretty chill atmosphere with lots of seating. Interior is basically wood. Like having a Vancouver cafe in Yarmouth.

Always love heading in to sip. Staff is always wonderful and helpful if Im having trouble deciding what to drink since there is a neverending amount of options available! Always feel welcome, never feel rushed. Comfortable seating and a beautiful building.

Located on Main street Yarmouth. Great place to meet friends. Comfortable with large selection of coffees and teas. Plenty of desserts to pick from. Staff is fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Love SIP! The food and beverages are excellent and there is lots of room when we have to bring the baby car seat (both to move around and to sit). Service is friendly and prompt. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. We do prefer the atmosphere at the Meteghan location but enjoy the proximity when were in Yarmouth.

Best Matcha Latte I have ever had. Groovy place with a huge array of delectable drinks and goodies. This New Yorker turned Bostonian Highly recommends.

Wonderfully updated Sip Cafe with great specialty coffees, a wide range of loose teas, and many more beverages, soups, salads and sandwiches to choose from. Everything made fresh (except for the cookies - coming from someone who worked at a high end pastry shop they don’t have a very good shelf life anywaysso it’s a great place for lunches. They also make breakfast sandwiches and wraps too. One of my go-to places where the black bean burrito never disappoints and the frozen shivers make for a great treat.

Nice, friendly, good atmosphere. They have a really good selection of hot drinks, a few local beers and gelato. Soup and sandwich options are also on hand. Sure beats sitting in a Tim Hortons.

The coffee is great, no sugar made perfectly. If you like the taste of just coffee this is the spot. Atmosphere is great as well, couchs, its like having a coffee in your own home. Anyone visiting the area, this is a must for real coffee lovers. Way to go Yarmouth, bringing in business to bring in new life.

Love the drink selection here. A bit pricey though. Havent tried any food so cant comment on that but they make a good cup of coffee! Love the atmosphere and the seating! Go there 1 to 2 times a week!

Great fresh food and coffee!Large and very filling portions.Cool setup with regular events.All ages will enjoy themselves here. I highly recommend this place.

The coffee and apple cider was wonderful. We also had a ham and cheese panini and a little cheesecake for dessert. Both were divine. Very cute place and the staff was quite friendly.

Coffee is good as are some of their snacks and desserts. I also had a smoked salmon breakfast wrap which was absolutely terrible. The service isnt the best, always feel that I am burdening staff with my order, could just be a hipster barista thing.

Love, love, LOVE Sip Cafe! I wish there was a location closer to Halifax. I was there each day of my three day work trip to Yarmouth. Fantastic teas, food, gelatos and staff.

Post modern, semi industrial decor, good coffee. The flat white (not on menuwas excellent. Nice balance of steamed milk and micro foam. The steeped tea latte was delicious, unsweetened as we like it. The break panini was gooey with cheese. PS they cater the ferry between Portland and Yarmouth. Excellent on ferry as well

The place itself is very nice, but I was kinda disappointed by the tea. Anyway, Im not a big fan of tea, so I guess its not that bad.

I was on business in Yarmouth and couldnt just leave without visiting a local coffee shop.Im really surprised that small town like this has so much selection of teas. I couldnt even count how many types they had on the wall. Thats not the point cause I was there to try some coffee. Decided to experiment with "the dirty hippie" as they call it. That was an interesting drink! It feels like a latte and its got this nice foam on top with a leaf art and everything, but it also has this unique taste.Sadly I wont be going back anytime soon to try other drinks on the menu, but for anyone travelling that way you might want to check it out.One thing that bothered me is what coffee did they actually use. Many places have their own blend but they werent selling any. Anyways...5 stars for my drink, 5 for overall variety and 3,5 for interior
