The rooms that we saw were dirty outdated and unkept the first room had stains and spots that looked like bodily fluids the walls were all banded up so we asked to move to another room and that one had what looked like mold around the tub and the couch was so old and nasty we asked for our money back and left please beware

Disappointed!!!! Rooms are horrible.. Older property with lots of shiftless people hanging around that made me feel uncomfortable.. They were not willing to refund my money after I told them that I didnt feel comfortable staying at the establishment.. And that the room smelled old and musty.. Very rude.. Horrible customer service!!!

SO MANY PEOPLE COME IN AND OUT AND JUMPING OVER WALL TO HANG OUT WITH WHOEVER IS AT HOTEL AND LOOKS LIKE MANY ARE LIVING HERE WITH OR WITHOUT A CAR

It shouldnt be allowed to have the word Suites in their name far from it horrible, dirty, and sketchy. Will never set foot here ever again. We where in the room for 5 mins and had to request a refund. Thankfully they did refund us our money.

Price was cheap so i should of known something was going to be off. Blood on the sheets, sketchy people around. the day i left some guy tried to give me a twenty to leave my room door open so he could shower. He had just gotten out of jail. I was with my kids and myself so i was freaked out 3am people were yelling being crazy its close to the mall but thats probably the only up side to it

We check in, the lady asks for the ID and my girlfriend gives the lady her ID and I swear, its almost like people stay with the same hair style for life because she just kept looking at her and looked at me for some reason, she asked if that was her, I know she is doing her job but never has anyone questioned if that was her and we have went to various motels. The room is clean but the mattress is not that comfy, wifi sucks, my phone service does better than the wifi. Not coming here again next time, its 5 star hotels from now on, the shower has only one curtain and the floor gets wet easily if you dont put a shampoo on both sides and cover the sides of the shower curtain but that can be fixed with the towels they have in here.

Wish I can give 0 stars, first of all a very sketchy hotel, lots of homeless people. Broken car windows. Bed sheets and pillows were very dirty. Felt very unsafe, had to leave I stayed at a different hotel. I tried to get my money back, but they wouldn’t give it back. AVOID THIS HOTEL

Bed sheets were ALL dirty, had holes, and as soon as you walk in you get smacked with strong smell of cigarettes, room has patches everywhere, towels look stained and dirty, aswell as the pillows were yellow and full of stains, a very unsanitary place, strongly advise not to stay here. But well ac works well and you get free shampoo 😉

This place is a Dump,,, no coffee no lamps no nothing ,,, they advertise on Booking . Com with false pics of there rooms are Room was filthy Dirty towels and disgusting soiled furniture we travelled a Hour to get there to Home Inn to spend are anniversary together.. I called in the day before to ask them if I could pay in cash they said no problem but ran my credit card anyway this is totally wrong.. this place should be investigated we tried to get another room but they said they was Booked no more Rooms available....plus Room was on third floor and elevator was broken. We will never go there again...

The owners are very kind and helpful. The mini-fridge in our room was barely cold enough and the microwave was just strong enough to call it a microwave. The bed is decent, although the sheets could be cleaner and the bed springs need to be pushed back in. However, our room was otherwise spotless and clean!

"We dont provide showerheads"Like what kind of place could be considered "simply home" without a shower head? I mean, if home is a trap house I guess, but come on now!? Im trying to have a night of rest and relaxation and that was just not possible here.

First room- wreaked of smoke. Sheets stained, bedspread had holes. Towels dirty- used and refolded? Ice buckets outside rooms for cigs, apparently. Can you give a zero rating?

The room smelled like mildew when I walked in. I had to purchase some febreeze to try and kill the smell. The bed felt like you were sleepin on a slab of concrete. Its not an actual bed at all! The property manager or front desk guy is rude and doesnt have proper social skills. To add my shoulders broke out into a cluster of bumps.. . This place potentially has bed Bugs. Find other options if youre looking for a cheap place to crash.

This hotel’s staff are friendly, warm, kind, and attentive to your every need. The hotel itself was lovely, charming, and the rooms are spacious and reasonably priced. The bed was so comfortable. I am a terrible sleeper, and I slept soundly. The location was close to lots of sightseeing attractions, entertainment, and venues.

Rooms were clean but, didnt look anything like what was advertised on Booking.com. The man at the night window was very kind to my friend. He was understanding of the financial situation & waived the cash deposit so they were able to relax & clear their heads for a day or two.

My girlfriend rented a room for one night to study and the owner said they didnt rent to people over 21 but proceeded to let her stay as long as she had no one over. I then told her to return the room key and leave under disbelief as we stayed at many hotels under 21. When she went to return the room key she was greeted by the owners wife who asked why she was leaving so early as she informed her I was suppose to be coming and said that was fine and to stay.I dont understand but the miscommunication had me puzzled as my girlfriend told me the owner was standing around outside as she went to get water from her car and go back to her room.I would rate 0 stars if possible for their unprofessionality and why they were involved in my spouses business being there.

Never acknowledged us in accommodations, but overall service on day one was okay they had passed a black light test, but there may have been crack under our couch cushions, and our first night someone was smoking pot on one of the floors when we were trying to sleep. No working coffee pot no working vending machine(out of order), a very intense check in experience and to be honest they should at least provide drinks of bottled water if at least asked even if it was $0.25. Please be mindful of clean towels, because we found what looked like blood and hair on the towels. Ill give you the fact that the room was recently renovated and looked decent, but the lack of working TV no hangers, we traveled far and it seemed very inconvenient.. Not bad if there wasnt a lack of the communication aspect, we requested service and never got it. First day was excellent but it seemed like we were being ignored for the rest..Be careful going forward please! Seemed friendly but didnt transfer when asked for some basic services. I have great respect for those in the field, but I think even an occasional check would be good! Thanks for what you do!

The man at the front desk was so rude. I think it was the owner. I would never choose to stay at this place again. I had a handicapped friend w me and he treated her poorly also. The room was nice but you felt like they were watching your every move. Not the place to relax and chill. Too uptight.

Manager overcharges for dirty rooms Check your receipt if you’re lucky to get one!! He purposely cancels your online reservation and keeps your money for 30 days in the hope that you won’t complain or try to get a refund!

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. Check in was easy and quick, coffee available in the morning, fridge and microwave in room. TV and WiFi work fine. CLEAN. It was so clean. Very clear the the housekeeping pays great attention to detail when cleaning rooms. Keep in mind this isnt a 5 star resort. Its functional and accommodating. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Would absolutely stay again

This place was great. The room looked like they had be renovated within the past year. Had everything I needed. The man at the front desk was cool. Its his place if you mess with him he will refuse service to you. Only advice I would give check your fridge before you do anything. It was off when we checked in so we had to turn it on. That was my only gripe.

The owner of this place is very nice and wife is sweet. I left my phone in Uber car and helped me figured out how to locate the Uber driver to get phone back. He also drove me toy last location to see if my phone was there. The room is clean. I stayed at this hotel multiple times. I feel like home.back.

Theres no doubt about the fact that this certainly is a nice and clean hotel. But there is an obnoxious arrogant dysfunctional judgemental manager. He stuffed my family of 4 into a single person room. Then threatened us. that he wouldnt take our business. Because of stories he went on about saying other black couples arguing. Which was very offencive and racist.

The room was very clean. Overall a decent value. If you are looking for a quiet place, this is not it. Lots of traffic noise (motorcycles, busy street, emergency vehicles). The name says it best....simply.

Ive stayed twice already and was very satisfied both times. The rooms are very clean, has working fridge and microwave, and theres a lot of things to do and places to go nearby. Would recommend!

Location is close to lots of restaurants and shopping, very convenient. Room was good, and appeared clean and newly updated. However, the desk chair was stained on so we didnt sit on it. No laundry facility. And on our last night a homeless woman came up and pulled the fire alarm around midnight. Not the hotels fault but still not great. We paid around $85/night and felt that was a good price for what we got.Loved the burger stand next door and the Chinese place on the other side had great food despite its run down exterior. Laundromat was about 2 blocks down. Not a bad place to stay for the money.

The hotel was very well kept, room was clean and up to date. The bed was alright and could use more of a comforter or thicker blanket to sleep with but we didnt mind. Huge plus, the room had a microwave and a fridge!The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and personable, he made sure we were happy with our room and the complimentary breakfast.Overall would definitely recommend to others for an affordable yet comfortable stay.

Place is awesome . Came in on New years Eve to find out I booked for the wrong day on accident. The hotel was fully booked but the guy up front found me a room and didnt turn me away. Once I got in the room it was spotless. Very comfortable ... I also didnt hear much noise as I was sleeping compared to MOTEL 6 THIS IS A UPGRADE!!! Also there is a microwave and nice size fridge . They provide shower gel and shampoo I thought that was nice !! As we were leaving the guy up front asked us how was our stay I appreciated that as well . Great property . Kept up really nice !! Definitely get a bang for your buck !!!!!!

I needed a nonexpensive place to shower and sleep. It was 20 bucks less than Motel 6 on the weekend. The room is similar to a Motel 6 nothing fancy. The place was not bad at all. They have free coffee and danish in the morning. It was clean and the staff helped when needed. I will return when I am in town.

Pleasant, clean and unpretentious lodging. Appreciated the way the kind but no nonsense manager adeptly handled the transactions, he worked diligently yet expeditously.My room was quite comfortable with a large cozy bed and soft, firm pillows. A welcomed nice bathroom with both tub and shower, plus ample cushy, absorbent towels.Up to date and modern too. Cable TV with the premium channels and separate internet all free with your room.Affordable too. Some of the best room rates anywhere, especially if you are on a budget.The only reason Ive rated one star less than five is because I didnt get to try the breakfast. Have stayed here a couple of times and have had to check out earlier than the time breakfast is ready.

I frequent this place when in town . So when Im here I stay at home suites . Many awesome improvements. Quite and very secure . I met the owner some years ago and the one thing that stands out above all is he takes the time take to make you feel secure . There is a lot of riff raff nearby , and he makes it a purpose to keep it off and out of his premisses . The price is right and rooms are spotless . No complaints here .And Im not just saying this , is say it if I had never met him . Hes friendly and respectful .Happy lodgingV

Always clean, always friendly, very peaceful and quiet. I have stayed here several times never once had a bad experience. The free wifi is awesome i think they updated their network.

My week long stay at the simply home and suites was awsome. The service was excellent didnt have any problems booking the room. The rooms are spacious excellent, and what made even better is that it was close to everything stores, restaurants/ bars etc. I recommend it to anyone it was well worth it!!

Im here most of the weekdays, and I absolutely love it. The house keepers are awesome, the manager is very down to earth and understanding, its close to everything and most of all it is very clean. Im ocd so clean is a must. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Id recommend to everyone.

Clean room. Quiet. Nice staff. We had a small issue at check in but it was resolved faster than we could even get our bags into the room. Bed was a bit harder than I am used to but the bathroom more than made up for the bed. The shower was heaven with never ending hot water. And to me, its those little things that matter. We ended up needing to make changes at the last minute and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Normally, I stick with the larger hotel chains because there is a certain standard that must be maintained. Im surprisingly delighted with this place and will stay here again in the future.

First, the guy at the front desk was rude. I looked at the reviews and Im not sure what happened but that place was no where near how it was described. Smelled like smoke and cigarette and was just filthy. The towels were dirty or looked used already like they were just folded after Lord knows how many uses. Noisy guests next door and it just looked run down. The elevator had small roaches dead inside the buttons. What they called breakfast appeared to be mainly granola bars and coffee. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

The room was clean and orderly. Extra toilet paper was there and all the towels were stacked nicely. The TV was a little small but it was accessible for an HDMI cable and the TV was easy to navigate. The shower was kind of small width wise. There were more than just two pillows and I would recommend it for a good place that isnt ratty or gross but still simple.

My husband and I stayed a week here. Loved it!!! Easy to get around. Close to everything. Also very clean and friendly staff. Made us feel welcomed. We went to LA for a night then came back for one more night here. Really enjoy the larger fridge also had microwave. Cant beat the price. Would recommend to family and friends.

This motel was very nice. Our bathroom was much bigger than normal. Water pressure was good, we had a big giant shower head and a clean Bathroom. Parking was easy. Was easy to find on a main street but not too noisy. Walking distance to movie venues and stores. Adjacent to Chinese Restaurant. Staff was friendly and accommodating. TV was nice and Big and room and bed were very clean. Surprisingly there was a small fridge and a Microwave which I like because normally On extended days I stretch my food budget with dogie bags and quick food. It was near my sister in laws house and we will stay there next time. Price was right for a nice , enjoyable stay

For an economy stay, it wasnt a bad stay. Very clean, great water pressure. The staff were very friendly, and provided great service. Theyre continental breakfast wasnt bad, the coffee was enjoyable. The only thing that I could complain about really is the pillows were small and not that comfortable. If I could, Id give it 3.5 stars. All in all, Id stay here again.Also, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance with excellent cuisine.

Nice location near many stores and restaurants all in walking distance. Its a little hard communicating with the staff in English but its not that big of an issue. The room is smaller than Im used to with most hotels. TVs are on the older side and the internet, while decent in speed, unreliable and goes out constantly. Parking lot is small and compact and walls are rice paper thin. Room is clean but no complimentary toiletries like shampoo.

Rooms and place itself look nothing like the photos. I entered the room very dirty then I thought Id use the television could not find the remote looked for it called room service to inquire about the remote they asked if I looked in all dressers, I explained I did. They simply said okay. Through my stay I did not get a remote nor a response for the room service. Bottom line if I could rate lower than a star I would very rude staff at the front and lazy room service staff would not recommend to anyone.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Friendly and quick service, very quiet and private motel experience. The rooms are clean, neat and orderly plus the walls arent paper thin so you cant hear your neighbors. Would definitely recommend anyone whos looking for a cozy overnight stay to check this place out.

my brother and i stayed for a week because of death in family. rooms are all updated. cleaned every day even outside walk way was mopped each day and parking lot picked up. owner was onsite all the time to check if you needed anything and if you did was taken care of on the spot no excuses. quite and everything you need close by. a little hidden gem

I spent two nights here last week because if was the least expensive room I could find near Norco. I usually book cheap rooms and often put up with what that brings, but I was very pleasantly surprised here. The room was quite clean and the neighborhood seemed very nice. The manager was also attentive and asked several times if everything was satisfactory. He seemed genuinely concerned. The only reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 was the carpet was dirty at the door (elsewhere it was fine), but when I mentioned it the manager said he would make sure it was cleaned. There was plenty of parking, no obnoxious neighbors that usually comes at this price, and I would gladly stay there again if I need to back to Norco. Kudos to them!
