Simply Asia - Atlasville, Boksburg in Benoni

We had this meal last night, was tasteless and R2 packet of noodles 🍜, all in the plate was a value of R15 and charged R99On top of it all this morning im on the toilet with diarrhoeaVery dissapointed

I feel so cheated with simply Asia . I was feeling for noodles and choose sweet and sour stir fry and found out later it comes with Jasmine rice instead . No where on the menu does it even mention rice . If you want disappointment youve come to the right place

Im giving a 4 star, the meal was execelent and taste was what i expected it to be, but the portion size was not what I expected it to be for the price I paid, i got a half full bucket of chicken and sauce (sweet n Sourwith a good amount of egg rice, i feel cheated for the food size and really dont appreciate the size of sauce and chicken, i was left feeling like i am owed a second meal to be quite honest, i ordered from your atlas ville mall branch..

Wow, the food, the quality, the taste, flavour and smell, something really worthwhile trying, definitely a must, the service unreal friendly efficient extremely affordable, will definitely go back soon your staff are brilliant well done

I would recommend this place for a Quick bite to eat after a Jol or just killing the Time. The Food is great and the Vibes of the place is very Chilling with Friends. How ever size of the Food Portions are just mind Blowing and for the Price you pay for it. I think its little bit unfair where you should atleast get 2 Servings for the Price of one. I would Rather go to a Place where you get a Full meal instead a 1/4 of it. R145 Rand just for that. Is just too much for a Little serving

514 is usually the best thing on the menue for any other Simply Asia branch. But not this one!!! This 514 is dry and completely uncooked and HARDLY ANY CASHEWS!This is the second time its so bad at this branch. The first time I accepted it and recooked and added soy sauce at home. But it seems I have to do that again coz the chef at this branch is pretty useless!!!

We order from here quite often, today being one of those days. The food was horrendous. We ordered a 319 hot tofu extra mushroom. Rice was clumpy and dry. Tofu tasted off. No mushrooms. We couldn’t even eat it. We’re just praying we don’t get sick now.

The manager has absolutely no knowledge about the the simply asia app. He still insisted I pay an amount that I had a voucher and used my points for payment,there was a remaining balance which I paid. He caused a scene infront of everyone and still insisted that I pay again! He has the worst attitude and said everyone that he has to pay out of his pocket for my meal. His name is mark ndala. Will never be using this place again

Amazingly surprised by the level of service and look of the restaurant especially compared in the mall it is situated which looks a bit run down from outside, the mall, ot the restaurant. Could comment that the food is slightly expensive for the value, bit well worth the quality. Service was fantastic

I tried Atlasville Simply Asia a few months ago and it was bad but thought Id give them another try. Alas!They are not as good as Simply Asia Rosebank, Eastgate, Canal Walk, Rondebosch and (now closedEast Rand Galleria.The food at Atlasville does not taste the way it should.The sushi Hot Rock "n Roll was disappointing.They also gave me a 514 instead of 523 and it was really awful. It also did not have Cashews in it. How do you get the signature dish wrong???!I will not be giving them another chance.

The Manager, Mike, and staff are unfailingly welcoming and friendly. Food is always delicious and beautifully presented. Half-price sushi on Mondays is to die for! Simply Asia in Atlasville, Benoni truly deserves all the awards they have been given - they are a cut above other restaurants from this franchise in Pretoria and Johannesburg. used to be my favourite restaurant but as of lately they are losing their touch as the food doesnt taste like used to before. I raised concerns with the manager, he went on to tell the owner and the next day i received a call from the owner telling me about how he will beat me up and shouted at me using very vulgar terms. its very pathetic amd a disappointment to the simply Asia brand. shame on you Mike Paizes.

It was a pleasant place to sit down and enjoy some Asian cuisine. Their menu has a large variety of dishes to choose from. The service is good but not exceptional. The starting is very uninspiring and it doesnt contribute to having and enjoying a pleasant meal. Prices are fair. In my opinion it is pretty average.

Very delicious food and excellent service. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We were assisted and seated straight away, the food came quickly and very fresh ingredients. During this hard time period, the social distancing is kept up and the staff are all conscious of sanitising and keeping everything disinfected.The atmosphere is very relaxed and inviting, soft background music and very warm inside. I enjoyed my dinner and would definitely recommend for a lovely, calm evening of Chinese and Thai cuisine.

The food was amazing, and the presentation was stunning. The portions are quite good as well. The restaurant has an exotic atmosphere and you leave feeling like you have been somewhere special. The staff were friendly and the service was efficient. Its a little pricier than other places, but worth the money.

Simply Asia has amazing and flavourful food available on their menu. The food has always been fresh, the preparation/waiting time is shorter than one might expect and the staff are super welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend trying this place next time you feel like eating out. The food is a bit pricey but the portions are very generous and packed with so much flavour which makes it worth the price.

Wow. Seriously the best Thai food I have had in ages. The honey chicken with jasmine rice stood out for me. The sweet and sour chicken was also fresh and tasty. We got a take away but the restaurant also had a great ambiance for sitting down. Would really recommend this to anyone craving some good Thai food or sushi

Great meal makes for a good evening.Got starters for the kids which was served quickly and appreciated.Menu is well laid out and easy to understand with a number system, just remember what number your dish was when the food get to the table. We ordered 4 different meals and each person really enjoyed their meal. We will eat here more often for sure.The desert is nothing to write home about and we would rather take a starter than desert next time.The waiter was very friendly and experienced, took our order without writing it down and knew the menu out of his head. Being a previous waiter that was appreciated and rewarded at the end of the night.I am recommending you give them a try especially for their Thai foods.

Simply Asia Atlas Mall is simply the best Thai food I have experienced. Not only did the Thai food taste great. Their Sushi was delicious. The way it was displayed in the dish was like art work. The care and attention the staff gave us was second to none

We were served by a professional, friendly, and accommodating waiter who really made us feel comfortable and welcome. Our food was outstanding. Great food and attentive service. Issues can be addressed directly with the manager or owner - not that youre likely to have an issue. Definitely try the corn cakes - theyre awesome. Oh, and they have some interesting Craft beers (not always available so ask if they have- one smells like Litchi!

I have travelled and eaten in many places, and I personally feel - there is no value for money for the food served at Simply Asia. Dont know if the problem is at this outlet or if its in the chain.I ordered Chicken Dumplings for R64 and I got 3 small balls with another chickenball. The Thai Green Curry had less coconut milk and was watery...in total I spent R160 for 2 dishes (with tipsand I was still hungry after the meal --- I would have eaten my fill had I gone else where in R100. The only silver lining was that the service was good and staff courteous.My verdict... I will never go again... however if you are not particular about the authenticity of taste and quantity of food is not an issue, its your pick.
