The service is just average. The rooms are quite comfy and the A.Cs are chilling. Spacious enough... I sure love spacious rooms though.The convenience is just okay.

The shawarma is so amazing, and very affordable.The travel agency upstairs will help in your itinerary planthe location is just what you need to navigate around Abuja without stress.

Silver Land Hotel is located in a hidden place. Sometimes the map will show you entrance from the express but there are not physical entrances from there.You have to make a turn rightward if youre coming from area 8.

Nice hotel, beautiful environment

The customer service wasnt so great. The vicinity was calm. Getting into the hotel was too steep.

The rooms and specifically the toilet cleaning needs to be improved. There are rodents all over, derating need to be done and environmental hygiene needs improvement.

Nice hotel. Good place to lounge & have a nice vacation.

My 1st impression is a good hotel but there is room for improvement. I complained about the remote controls for the AC and Television that had the battery already drained. Some electrical sockets were observed not functioning. Noise from the gen permeating the room. Quite disturbing. I was carrying my luggage and no one was there to help out right from the entrance into the reception considering the height from gate to reception.

Its a homely hotel because the ambience is quite cozy. The rooms are ok, though I didnt like the stained and worn out beddings that was used. The staff are courteous and welcoming. If you need an affordable place to stay inside Abuja city, Silverland is the go to. Also their bar and restaurant is very very affordable, which is quite commendable.

There is very little parking space within the premises, toilet door and bed needs little routine maintenance in the room I entered and service is not so smooth.

Highly exalted....lol (literally). Quiet and serene but the main gate is so small and high, I dont know how a salon car will enter without hitch.

Budget facilities. Could be improved on.. the 3 stars are for the staff, great folks

the hotel is a very beautiful place with super quality interior and exterior, but kitchen service wack!.. cant believe i ate a rotten pepper soup chicken in such a lovely place, oh i forgot to add, it takes them hours too to present the order after taking the order, and also the price from the menu is not the same price you end up paying, it becomes a little higher

Booked a room 3 days in advance,got there on the scheduled night, tired and pregnant! Only to be told the room I booked for had been given out. One star is way too generous

Very very poor. There was no network in my room. I complained and complained. To the receptionist, the assistant manager and even the manager, yet they werent even bothered. The worst of it all was that they were acting as if I gave them paper instead of money, or that I was disturbing them. It was very terrible because I was going for an interview 7am the next morning and I needed to stay online the entire night. They didnt provide me a wifi neither was there a browsing network there. After my first complaint to the manager, he even stopped picking my calls, and starting busying them.DO NOT LODGE HERE!!
