The oldest bar in Essexville. The owner even let me tour the basement. The staff is amazing. Especially Rebecca and her man is super cool. Order the perch if you’re there on a Friday night!

Food was terrible. Out of 4 orders at the table. 3 were wrong. Service was awful, we didnt get refills, she barely came to check, and when my food was wrong she yelled back and forth with the cook about whos fault it was..when she replaced it finally...the replacement order was disgusting and they didnt give me my chips back either. I gave up. It had already taken 2 hours to get this far. Will never go back.

Had Nachos. Large portion off basic nacho will fill you up. Something like your cousin james would make. Dont expect Mexican restaurant flavors and youll be alright.

Fantastic bartender, wish I could of got her name. But I was in there 11/10/20 about 7 PM and got great service from her on a steady night, with her working the whole bar. She does a great job. Kitchen staff was great, good portion of turkey and ham on my club sandwich. Bar looked clean, friendly crowd that hangs out there.

Food was great, service was great. Safety precautions however were not. Large groups of people not social distancing, tables with 10 people or more. The manager did not wear a mask at all.. and she was walking through the dining room. did not feel that Covid precautions were taken seriously. I don’t really care that they didn’t take down our contact information.. but I believe they should have.

Nice place with good selection of drinks. The place has a lot of seating. I didn’t eat but looks like good food. Perch on Fridays. Bartender was friendly. Didn’t spend enough time to give 5 stars.

My 78 year old Mom wanted to go there for her Birthday and get the Perch, it didnt live up to the hype. Definitely a big downer, fish were very thin and over cooked.

We had a really fun time here one night. They have a good beer selection, a juke box, and a fun atmosphere. They have tall tables with tall chairs.

Ok, the establishment itself was absolutely awesome. Super clean, well lit, and in good repair. The menu was not large, but had decent options. The food was delicious and I was extremely satisfied. With even mediocre service I would have given the silver palace five stars. Sadly our waitress was half drunk, doing shots at the bar, and hitting on patrons at the bar. I would have easily consumed 6-7 beers this evening, but left at 2 because the service was so incredibly bad.

Pork Chops were very awesome...1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month...waitstaff was very good as well!!

Not pleased at all. Their combo fish plate says walleye on the menu, but it came with cod. Waitress said they really should change the menu as they havent had walleye in a very long time. However not told about it until I asked which fish was the walleye on my plate. I ordered the combo plate specifically for the walleye. The grilled salmon my husband had was good though.

Better food than your average chain. Surprising amount of food could have been mistaken for homemade.
