The staff is great. The reception, restaurant, house keeping, everyone...The rooms were clean and well maintained. They were fresh and am happy that the ventilation system was working perfect. It is also close to Old quarters and many options around in within short distance for shopping or experimenting food places.The rooms are small amd i did not find any difference between a deluxe and executive deluxe.Perfect for a short stay .

Had a great stay here for one night. The staff spoke English and were very friendly. We had a good nights sleep as it was quiet and comfortable. It’s not very new but value for money for the price, we paid about $75sgd via Agoda. Staff Hai Pham was very friendly and helpful and offered us useful information in getting around.

This hotel is great. We stayed firstly for 4 nights then were away for awhile traveling, then decided to come back & spent another 5 nights. We will stay here again when next time in Hanoi. The Staff are amazing! This really makes you feel at home.From the reception team, the Bellhops/bellboys, Kitchen Staff & also the maids etc, especially Mr Doan, what a Star! Nothing he can’t do, I will miss him. The enthusiasm is something that’s very hard to train & he has it in spades.The location is very good, close to Train Street, Food Street, the beautiful lake & many other attractions. The restaurants we tried were awesome & everything just a nice stroll around.Hope to come back again, Thank you Team!

I had a wonderful experience at Silk Path during my 7-days quarantine in Hanoi. The room was very clean and every staff member I encountered, from the check-in to the room services & front desk were delightful and eager to help. We checked in the hotel at 4am and the staffs have tried their best to expediate COVID related paper work and check-in process so that we could take a good rest after an exhausted flight from North America. Special thanks to our wonderful room service staffs - they all went above and beyond to make our quarantine stay comfortable and provided us the best quality services. These staffs were incredibly helpful and kindly customized their food menu to accommodate my allergy. Will definitely recommend this hotel for my friends and colleagues whenever they travel to Hanoi.

The hotel itself is not the newest, but it is very clean and well kept.The location is great, right inside the lively old town but the highlight of my stay was the service.Everyone was very kind and caring, only because of that I would be happy to come back anytime.

My wife and me want to share my bad experience when booking this Silk path hotel on Agoda.We are tourists and have been traveling around for years without any problem with booking.com and Agoda.This is our first worst experience with Silk Path Hotel in Hanoi.When we showed up at this property, their receptionist asked us to pay more money ( roughly the same amount we paid for Agoda in order to stay overnight).They only let us stay in their hotel for 6 hours.This is like a cheating scam.I didnt read the " Fine Printing " in bracket carefully on Agoda so I was cheated professionally and I couldnt do anything.I just left their property promptly because I felt like I was ripoff. I couldnt get my refund and cancel.Watch Out when booking a room at Silk Path or they may screw your trip. Hopefully, you dont have this scam when traveling.There are 2 attached photos for your reference.

Great location, well kept establishment. The only issue is the limited space guest rooms, maybe common sense for Old Quarter’s hotels

We quarantined in this hotel. From the start they were efficient and friendly. The food we received was beyond expectations and there was a great variety to choose from. Would recommend them for a fantastic experience.

Great hotel in good location, staff attentive and make you feel welcome, good food and lots to choose from, clean and tidy rooms, would stay here again when visiting Hanoi. If you get chance visit the Hanoi Social Club just up the back road from the hotel, lively bar good food and great atmosphere.

I was under quarrantine in this hotel, so could not explore any facility available in this hotel except room and restaurant service. I stayed in a premium deluxe room overlooking street and room size was pretty good. Bathroom has tub and shower area separately. Location pglf hotel is next to train street and many famous food joints. Overall a nice stay

Once of the good decent hotels around the area. Very nice roof top bar but, its not that big. Still you can enjoy the view while having a drink. Be careful when you cross the road the road is too busy and lot of motorbikes. Lot of small restaurants around the hotel to try the local delicacy.

Very friendly staff. Hotel always nice and cool. Always greeted with a friendly smile and the door opened. Room was enough for what we needed. Not huge but still comfortable. Bed also very comfortable. Location wise was a little out for us. Would maybe stay closer to the lake next time as it had more for us to do there.Very busy intersection right at the front however everything we needed was close (circle K, shops, spa, food etc)

Nice room. Very comfortable and clean. The only thing about our room we didnt like was that it was kind of an internal room... The windows looked out onto another wall of the hotel which mad the room very dark. Spas up on the top floor and a gym. Good buffet and very friendly staff throughout the hotel.

Super hotel, good location, nice big rooms, love the control panel for lights & TV by the bed, push button curtains are a cool touch. Bed was comfy, the two showers, rain shower & hand held were good, complimentary water excellent in the heat, tea, coffee & mini bar. Buffet breakfast excellent with different varieties each day. The staff are amazing & cant do enough for you. Loved it & wouldrecommend to anyone!

Location is wonderful. Staff top notch. Rooms are comfortable but can be small. We stayed two nights, one room very small on the sixth floor. The second night on the tenth floor much larger. Hot tub, sauna and steam room facilities are very nice.
