Sierra in Tauranga

Food was terrible! Egg Shell was in food overcooked eggs burnt bacon and very greasy disgusting!!!

I had a great breakfast at this Cafe. The coffee was good, and a reasonable size (not too large and milky). There omlette was great - light, lots of filling, and a good meal. I was surprised it was not busier.

Great coffee, delicious chocolate caramel square - rich enough to share. Choice of table seating or sofas. Outdoor option is lovely when theres no wind. Friendly staff. Dog-friendly cafe. Its my Dads local so we are return visitors. Operate a loyalty card system.

Met some friends at Sierra fir a coffee which was quite nice. All I wasted was some toasted bread and was pleasantly surprised when it was served in a wooden platter not only with the usual butter and jam but also with grapes and pears. I would definitely go back

good location , alot cleaner with the latest owners, different chefs different days so no consistentcy in cooking style and meal appearance but good coffee and service if not busy.

As a traveller and coffee lover, i stopped in many Café during my roadtrip. Sierra is one of the best Café to stop ! The barista is nice and skillful, friendly staff, awesome coffee and food ! And the final touch, they have really good tastes for their background music ! You can always start your day in a good mood in this cosy place !

Ok place. Have been before, however as I have said to Sierra Cafe before they need to put more Savery Gluten Free up as options instead of the same old boring sweets. But like most cafes in Tauranga they never take it on board and be pro active and cater for gluten intoleranceAlso had a hot chocolate and served in a glass so hot you couldnt touch it and had to ask to be put in a cup, go work that out. Wife ordered date scone and had to ask when it was arriving , only another 4 in the cafe so wasnt busy. Wouldnt be in a hurry to go back.

Wasnt very impressed.Thought meal was over priced for what was on plate. Salmon n prawn salad .Piece grilled Salmon 6 kumera chips.2 small prawns which I had to ask for..n would have given more if mine n a bottle of phoenix cola.Service guy was good..probably owner

There were 2 small berry and banana pancakes which were overpriced for what it was, they had a few berries in the mixture not on the pancakes and they tasted uncooked all the way through and just like eggs. And the steak sandwich was way overcooked and was only alright to eat due to the other things with it, but also very overpriced. very unhappy with this cafe and wouldnt recommend to go there any time.
