Sidila Padi ಸಿಡಿಲ ಪಡಿ - Tourist attraction in Gajendragarh, India
Awesome😍😍
Sidila padi is located near to Konamma temple, Railway station Road Badami
It is a short trek, 3 kms one side. Better to visit in morning or when it is cloudy so you dont burn your skin. Please bring water with you, this is a secluded area and you dont get any food/water here. This trek is best enjoyed if you are solitary or with a group of friends.
ಒಂದ್ಸಾರಿ ನೊಡಲೇ ಬೇಕು .ಜಿವನದಲ್ಲಿ ...ಬನ್ನಿ ಬಾದಾಮಿ ಗೆ......☺️👌

Is the Beautiful 😍 place in Badami
Place is sweltering 3 km walk from park on the outskirts of Badami. There is nothing much left from prehistoric painting. All that you will see from 20th century spoilers.Walking trail is pretty easy and well paved.
Stone arch marvel created by nature. One need to trek about 3kms from main road to reach this place. One can follow the route mentioned in Google map. Also there is a prototype of this cave kept in Badami museum. One of the must visit place in Badami. Please keep the place clean and do not litter or spoil the nature.
Nice place
Ok
Amazing place in badami & we can see here inscriptions also
Such a nice place to spend some time alone . Actually maps location not accurate Which made us to walk 3-4 kms . You take your bike till the caves . The road / path is full stones kinda gave us off road feeling .
Nice place to trek and enjoy the beauty of the nature and the place.
Super place for trekking in Badami.
XD
Accessibility is bad as the same is to be upgraded
Good place for trukking
Its approx 3 KMs from Main road, Only walk Right turn the inside forest board go along pathway up hill till Telephone Tower entrance take left turn on steep stones go further up u find mud pathway follow it. Dont change route. You will reach SIDLILA PADI.
One of the best experience to have when you are in Badami... You need to trek for approximately 3.2 Km on hills to reach this naturally built cave which has cave paintings of dating back to Pre Historic Period also it has 2 Inscriptions which may of from Chalukyan Era and if you go behind the cave there is a valley where you can find some Peacocks...Its a must go for everyone once
Wonderful prehistorical place. No sign boards so beware start early. Nice trekking spot with moderate difficulty.
Its very cool place n feels awesome
Nice place for PHOTOGRAPHY📸📸📸📷📷🤳🤳🤳🖼️.......................................................................................................................................................................................................
Chennagide
Ignored place which should be visited... Around 5kms from the centre of the town.... There is an arch on the right side of the road after BP petrol station.. There is no parking or any sign board for the place... It takes around 1hr to walk till the site.. Take water and snacks with you as you wont find anything or anyone.... There is a tower once you walk for around 20mins from the main road.. Take a left there to reach the site..... We not knowing walked for around 3kms and came back asking some local guy... Place is naturally formed stone which has drawings of ancient people... The path to the site itself is like a trek.. You cant reach by cars and bike...
Nice place
HIDDEN PLACE IN BADAMI...
5 km offroad from highway. Enter the arch of garden named as tribute to salu marad timmakka. Directly the way will lead to sidlapadi. U need to way behind the mobile tower in between.
Super ignored, naturally formed stone formation which has drawings of ancient human race. It is believed that the holes on its roof are caused due to the thunder as the name goes. Its sad that the place is not recognised and guarded.
Nice place
This location is from stone age but most of the paintings are ruined.
nothing is their
Supper and ultimate
Must visit
Nice place on the hills.
Beautiful spot
Nice Place..
Beautifully scenery. Nice forest climbing hills more
Waste of time..... no road
Nice place
Super
You could touch the shelter walls & make your imagination travel to the prehistoric times when the stone age men lived here. The rock paintings are difficult to identify but an amazing place to remind you of the rock shelters inhabited by the early men.
Nice place. Not so easy to get in here. One has to trek for about 45-60 min from main road. Only few ancient paintings remaining. Tourist have scribed in few places
It is a 3.5 km hike from the main road. But, it is an amazing place for the outdoor enthusiast.
Great Place for half day trek - note quite a lonely place - Great place to collect rocks Geogologically I find this place interesting. Details of this and model of this Natural Cave is at the Badami Museum. Since the place is quite lonely do take care of your precious belongings and you can get lost very easily. If you have started trekking from point between Badami and Badami Railway Station where there is a sign board. From this place you can trek to Mahakoota.
