My girlfriend had great food. ( baked Mac and cheesehow ever I had chicken strip Buffalo style and the Buffalo sauce was just dumped on and disgusting. The strip where smaller than chicken nuggets. For $35 I shouldnt have had to come home and eat a sandwich. Wont be going there again

We were seated quickly, the setting was clean and the vibe was positive. The food and drinks were excellent and our waitstaff did a great job.

We shared a burger and the Korean pork tacos. The blend of seasonings and sauces on each dish was amazing and so delicious. Definitely worth the stop. Service was also friendly and quick. 😊

Really good spot in a former fire station, with a nice outdoor terrace. The beers were good but the food was great! The tacos in particular were 👌🏻

Excellent place. I had the burger, my wife had a chicken salad and Basil the Dog had fries, lucky dog. The gouda is an inspired cheese choice for the burger. The chicken on the salads is very crispy and delightful. The aioli for the shoestring fries is great! The back patio is spacious and dog friendly. Good beer too!

Very rude gal seating us at tables. Our car club came (we had called in advance a couple times, knew they do not take reservations, happy to wait), and she seemed overwhelmed and was very very rude. She should not be in customer service at all. Very mouthy and rude. Everyone mentioned it in our club. We should have left. It was Friday night, 8/26. Also, ahi tuna is not good. Those who ordered that meal didnt eat their meal. Others enjoyed their meal. House salad dressing is very good.

Driving cross country and happened upon this diamond in the rough. We are craft beer fans and this place did not disappoint with excellent food and beer. If youre lucky enough to get Jayden as your waitress youre in great hands. Also got to chat with Travis, the brewmaster, which was a real treat.

Service was great, the first hazy I had was not great, but I liked the altbeer. Burger was good, but the fries, while tasty, arrived at room temperature and none of the shredded cheese on top of them ever melted.

Best food in town. Beer is a bit hit or miss but the alt and the black are pretty solid.

In town for one night. Recommended we come here for dinner. If Im ever back Ill come again.Get the baked Mac and cheese...👌

Had tacos couldnt taste meat for stuff they put on it. Still the warmest beer ln town. Very noisy in side. Had French fries. More like French bits no longer than 1/2 inch long . Didnt like their beer.

A must! They have a great menu and the food is delicious! I really liked their peanut butter burger, and their fries is just right! Gets busy later in the day, so right before 5pm is a good time! Oh and the staff are incredible! Super friendly!

I attempted on multiple times to book an event and could not connect with the event coordinator. I went with another venue locally for our ten-year high school reunion... pretty big deal for us. The point is, my own coordination was reduced by your supposed "event coordinator".

I ordered a beer flight and soup of the day. The beer and food was at my table super fast. Everything was excellent, cant wait to stop in again.

Came to La Grande for graduation. Enjoyed two great meals and beverages two nights in a row. Highly recommend this brewery for good food and drinks.

We really enjoyed this cute little firehouse remodel. Very hipster and friendly. Clean bathrooms and great customer service. We got the fries, burger, tacos and kale side side. Everything was beautifully prepared and delicious. We tried several craft brews. Highly recommended.

I and family was passing through on our way to Idaho stopped for a bite, and now wished Side A was in my town. The food is outstanding! our table had multible selections and they were all very flaverable and filling. Oh the beer is pretty darn good too. If you are traveling through well worth seeking out.

Personally this brewery has some of my favorite beer in all of Oregon. They keep their solid "regular" beers and have a great rotating tap of seasonals and specials. The food is amazing as well and is made with fresh and local ingredients. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Cant go wrong stopping by!

Great stop on the way back from skiing/snowboarding.First off the people working there, some of the most friendliest peeps you will ever meet. Then lets talk about the food... OH MY! Options for all walks of life and the burger is made from a local rancher who has these like old time cows that have less fat in them than other beef (ya ya, fat = flavor but this is truly amazing). And then the beer. The beer is spot on def nothing to crazy but the hazys and strong ales are so good.Its a def must stop if your in LaGrand

The IPA’s are REALLY good, the Oregon Fog is sweet, a good river floatin’ drink. I got a really nice red wine. The burgers are thick, everything tasted fantastic. The spicy peanut butter burger was juice, sweet, spicy. The buns are really soft and fresh. The kale Caesar is FIRE!

Great spot. Food was amazing, beer was tasty too. Staff were very friendly. Lots of beer available to go. Bobolink is 2 blocks over with a huge beer selection too. Tre B and brewer are awesome, thanks so much for having us and a great time.

Nice micro brewery pub but very hard to notice from the road,. Solid beers and nice variety of beer styles on tap. The altbier was very clean taste , along either the Belgium pale ale, would recommend both. They also have some cans to go for some beers , nice looking labels. . They have indoor and outdoor seating, plus a firehouse museum that you can dine in. Friendly staff, quick service Regular fries a little over cooked. Truffle fries were good. Burgers were nice and thick. Would recommend the Korean pork tacos, good flavour and juicy. Nice feel to the place and not very busy on a Saturday night. Definitely worth a visit.

Not a fan of the beers. Hazy IPA and red were warm and one note on the flavor profile. Burger was ok but the fries were limp and cold. Setting is an old firehouse, which is kinda cool. However, they have about a 10x10 entry room where they have all the people waiting for a table, all the people picking up takeout, and all the people waiting to pay their bills. There were at least nine of us in a very small space and if course in La Grande nobody wears a mask. First time during covid-19 I was like, this isnt a good idea.

The service was quick professional and curtious. Food was served quick and of the highest quality. The beer was very good vibrant flavors and excellent color. Add on a museum that my two 7 y.o. were fully engaged in, great experience with memories for a life time

Stopped by on our way from New Orleans to Washington state. Had an amazing ahi tuna sandwich and the truffle parm fries are a must! Staff was super friendly and food was amazing.

Great little brewery in La grande! Stopped in for lunch with the family. Had a great fried chicken sandwich and an IPA. Kids had macaroni and cheese and a cheeseburger. Service is great and everyone enjoyed it. I would highly recommend it and buy some beer for the road!

Drove from Seattle to Boise, wanted a place to grab lunch so I looked up La Grande restaurants. This was the highest rated so I wanted to give it a shot. Very small town so there is a limit to excellence.Considering the local standard I do think this is an excellent place with some nice dive bar vibes. In Seattle places with this style usually have to pay someone thousands for this vibe. Ha.Had a house beer and a local cider which were good. They had some flavor just nothing world changing.The fried chicken burger was really good! Crispy, juicy, and savory! The arugula was definitely a nice touch to contrast the chicken but I felt it was cut much too large. Thinly sliced would be perfect.Honestly the kale Caesar was a really nice quality! Perfect amount of dressing and bacon! Wish I would have had more.Michael was a great host as well!

Great spot for a beer and grub in La Grande. We were visiting from out of state and glad we stopped here. Large picnic table style seating in the middle of the brewery with smaller tables around the walls. Waitress was super nice and helpful. Beer tasted fresh. Blue Tent and Brownsville Brown were standard brews but good. Dirty fries were delicious. Great experience.

This restaurant gets a lot of hype and I won’t totally diss this place but it’s not for me. The restaurant is very much so alive, has an interesting menu selection and last time I was there was having interactions with the customers sitting down to play along with the activity they were having. Service was good for me but the reason for the lower rating is because of the price and wha I got. My meal looks great in the picture but it was costing about $25 for what is featured down below...the hamburger was over cooked, not enough sauce on it and to have it be a cheeseburger it would have cost extra. Just feels like what I ordered wasn’t worth $25 plus tip.

Stopped here for a drink and got the kids a meal. They loved their Mac and cheese and we loved the beer. The other food looked amazing as well so next time we are passing through we will be stopping.

This place is awesome! The beer is great, the food we had was really good, and the service was great too. Lots of street parking. Discreetly marked entrance, just a small sign - worth finding. Would go here again next time were in La Grande.2019 update: Stopped by here again on our way to Salt Lake City, and again it was great. We stopped for lunch with a lot of driving ahead of us so no beer but the food was great again and they have 32oz cans to go. Still at the top of my list.

First class beer and food. Enjoyed it there. La Grande is a college town. Did not know that. Mostly locals. All age groups. Except children of course.

Great beer! However only decent food. Ive been here several times now and I have come to the conclusion that the food is decently good but way over priced. The inhouse brewed beer is really good, I would recommend the beer to all who enjoy a finer style of beer. The staff has always been very friendly and prompt. If it werent for the higher prices associated with the mediocre dishes I would have give 4 stars

Great restaurant. I had simple burger with fries, and Mac and cheese. The burger was well cooked juicy and tasty. The Mac and cheese was amazing. The fries was okay. The place looks nice and big. The prices were inexpensive compared to other places that serve food with the same quality.

Great food, steak was amazing and great lamb burger. Nice choice of brews and super nice staff. Big town feel to the place in a quaint small town!

One time here... So need to come more to give a good review. I do like this place though. I had the chili and sweet roll... I was skeptical, but it was good. I like the set up also... It looks to be a converted garage with a long picnic table in the middle of the restaurant. Its a great place to come with friends and hang out and eat. I would like to come again
